Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

The host was really friendly, picked us up from the train station and dropped us off there again, giving us a very comfortable feeling in general! the decor was very nice and everything was clean. Tip-top!

Very welcoming and well-maintained structure, perfectly located: a stone's throw from the sea and the center. Ideal for enjoying a weekend in beautiful San Benedetto. Making the stay even more enjoyable was the owner Amilcare, an exceptional person. Friendly, very willing to accommodate all our requests (even last minute ones) and made us feel at home right away.

The answer from the host:
Rispetto tutte le opinioni ma chissà cosa è successo al signor Stefano perché sembrava contento, abbiamo parlato piacevolmente, mi ha stretto la mano dicendomi “alla prossima”, e riguardo la colazione sapeva che fosse al bar, che d’altronde è un bel bar, comodo e grande. La posizione? Siamo a non più di 50 mt dal mare, davanti a un grande parcheggio libero e alla spiaggia libera. Meno di un km dal centro in piena zona turistica del lungomare. Rapporto qualità prezzo? I B&B come il mio (ma anche quelli decisamente messi peggio) in agosto non fanno meno di 90 euro a notte. Ripeto, chissà cosa sarà capitato al sorridente e simpatico Stefano dopo avermi stretto la mano sorridendo nel salutarmi dicendomi “alla prossima”.
