Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I stayed at this property with my partner during the summer holidays. We really enjoyed it. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful people. The location is great for visiting the area of Siracusa and the entire eastern coast. We focused on the beaches, but the pearls of Sicilian baroque are also easily reachable. We appreciated that the property was immersed in the green countryside, yet restaurants and bars are nearby. The room, located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, was functional and extremely clean. I recommend this property.

Ottima posizione, a 10 min in auto da Ortigia, gestione attenta al cliente, gentile e premurosa, parcheggio interno giardino, luogo ameno e curato, colazione dolce molto varia e squisita. Accesso al B&B, alloggio e parking, autonomo in tutte le ore. Da consigliare per visitare il sud est Sicilia.
