The “Le Midi” is set in the best part of Lido di Camaiore, just 500m far from the beach, from where you can easily reach (few minutes walking) basketball and football playing grounds, a park, the pinewood and the promenade of Viareggio and the promenade of Lido di Camaiore.

By car, in few minutes driving as well, you can reach the best pubs and clubs in Versilia, the Festival Pucciniano in Torre del Lago Puccini, the carnival of Viareggio, and many other vacation destinations.

In a word, a very central location to reach almost everything interesting in Tuscany! (e. g. Lucca 20km, Pisa 25km, Firenze 80Km …).

The wide rooms have got a private balcony, private bathroom, a TV, a small refrigerator, a fan, free wireless internet connection and also everything you need to prepare and have breakfast in your own room at the time you prefer.

Since we wish our guests to have a perfect stay, they also can use our internet point and bicycles for free.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 12:30 PM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

The structure is located about 500 meters from the sea. The host is very kind and gave us numerous tips to enhance our stay. The room was very clean and carefully furnished, quiet. Of considerable importance, the structure offers free bicycles for adults and children! Excellent value for money.

We stayed one night at this bed & breakfast, very kind and helpful manager, spacious and clean room, recently renovated structure. Excellent opportunity to use the bicycles provided which allow easy movement. I note the absence of air conditioning, although we did not need it. I hope to return if necessary and possible.

We booked 2 rooms (quadruple + single) and both were clean and equipped with a coffee machine (with pods and biscuits), mini fridge, water, and bathroom products (soap, shower gel, etc). It was very useful to be able to use the bikes made available to all guests. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent accommodation, really kind, helpful and friendly manager. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Possibility to also use bicycles and free street parking, right next to the Le Midi structure.

I chose this accommodation because it offered me a single room at a fair price and gave me the possibility of not paying any deposit for the reservation and choosing not to have breakfast, instead offering a coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room, that is, total freedom of schedules. Nothing to envy from a 3-star hotel, including the free use of a bicycle. Better than this. Highly recommended. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. Rating 10 for everything.

B&B just 10 minutes walk from the sea, in a quiet area with easy parking. Very large room with a much appreciated small terrace. Breakfast is self-service in the room, excellent coffee. Kind and helpful owner. Excellent value for money.

Buona struttura, piccola ma con tutto il necessario, come se si fosse a casa. Utilissimo il servizio delle bici gratuite. Si trova a 500 m dal mare in una zona molto tranquilla. Gentilissimo il personale. Colazione buona.

Posto tranquillo ma vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. Verde, pulizia, spazi adeguati. Gentilezza e disponibilità più che rari. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata nella camera dove ho soggiornato. Sicuramente un posto da considerare per brevi soggiorni. Adatto a giovani e coppie.

Cortese e disponibile il padrone, biciclette free, tranquillo e riservato il posto. Va bene anche per chi vuole andare a Viareggio. Ambiente un pò datato, ma pulito e vasto, noi (famiglia di 4 persone, di cui due bambini piccoli) era come se fossimo un un bilocale con tutte le comodità, ci tornerei volentieri!

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I titolari sono molto cortesi e disponibili. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Zona molto tranquilla senza problemi di parcheggio. Molto utile la possibilità di usufruire di biciclette per gli spostamenti. A noi è piaciuta anche la colazione da gestire in autonomia nella propria camera. Adatto a tutti.
