Just 3 km from the sea, in the Riviera delle Palme, and easily reachable at the foot of the Ligurians hill, there is an ancient noble house, ”Casa Nobile” in the charming village of Tovo San Giacomo.

Here is the famous passion for craft and detail, an authentic culture of doing things supremely well. Guests and delegates sense the empathy, the timeless manner that is unique. In the classic Italian style, rich woods and soft colours, elegant furnishings are arranged in all rooms. Here everything is done for you so that your journey and holiday will be unique.

The garden is amazing, done with a natural method and full respect for every plant.

Independent and modern style built, overlooking the garden, a one family cottage with too floors: upstairs there is a double room with bathroom and big terrace, on the ground floor a kitchen, dehors and barbecue to give the possibility of eating in open air.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A small and delightful gem, with an ancient flavor managed by Ms. Doris, a kind, attentive, and helpful owner. The structure is easily reachable a few km from the sea and the hustle and bustle of the "ferragostiano" period.

On the occasion of the Borgio Verezzi Theater Festival, we had the opportunity to stay in this delightful 1600s residence maintained in excellent condition. High level of cleanliness and modernized services. Comfortable bed. Rich breakfast with tastings of local products, some of which were prepared by the host. Jams, butter, fruit, yogurt, various types of fragrant sandwiches, focaccia, and cake in addition to fruit juices, tea, and coffee are served in a bucolic and happily romantic setting on the terrace-bridge that connects the house to the garden below. Colorful plants and flowers frame the breakfast by peeking out from supports, vases, and suspended baskets all around, bringing additional serenity and relaxation. The particular check-in and check-out times are much appreciated, making guests' arrivals and departures more peaceful, especially in case of travel mishaps. A small note. It is not very easy to find Casa Nobile, as the delicate sign indicating it is not very visible when passing by. It is worth mentioning that access to such beauty may not be too easy for people with mobility issues as the staircase, though direct, has a decent slope, like many of the historic buildings in Liguria. Two-story house immersed in greenery with a beautiful garden and terrace on the upper floor. Wide and open view, the owner and the girl who welcomed us were very kind and helpful. Breakfast with many local products very good and plentiful. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

We stayed with our little dog in this wonderful establishment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very kind Doris who made us feel immediately at ease. We were impressed not only by the cleanliness, but above all by the care with which every single object was placed in the room. A style that makes you forget for a moment the hectic life we are subjected to and immerses you in another dimension. Upon awakening, a plentiful breakfast awaited us with fresh and 0 km products such as the delicious jams made with the fruits from their own garden, served with great care. A wonderful place! It felt like being in another era and living a dream! Everything is taken care of in the smallest detail, with passion and love. Superlative breakfast with very fresh products and authentic flavors. Vanessa is a delightful person! And Mrs. Doris, whom I did not personally meet, seemed very kind and helpful. It was very nice to be hosted by Doris. A woman from another era, with an incredible attention to detail. I recommend it because you sleep well, breakfast is served outside in a very magical place, and you feel at home. Beautiful experience!

Mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura è un piccolo gioiello un passo indietro nel tempo che ho apprezzato molto. Accogliente, la gerente e collaboratrice gentilissime e disponibili. Ho apprezzato molto anche la qualità dei prodotti offerti per la colazione oltretutto ricca e varia. Il giardino interno un'altra sorpresa. Ricco di fiori e piante da frutto. Complimenti a chi si impegna per offrire un ottimo servizio.

A parte un piccolo inconveniente con la prenotazione ci siamo trovati benissimo siamo andati con due cani Doris, la proprietaria, li ha accolti senza preoccupazioni anche il corso di 65kg!!! Ci ha viziati con le sue marmellate fatte in casa e ci ha messo a disposizione il barbecue in terrazza. Siamo stati benissimo.
