The B&B Skipper ' was carried out in a large house sky-earth, separated from that of the owners. The B&B is a Bed and Breakfast Skipper authorized by the Tourist Promotion of the City of San Benedetto del Tronto and meets all the hygiene and safety at work laws. Authorization No. 00024255 /08.

The B&B Skipper, thanks to the recent modernization work contributes to energy saving by having installed a ROTEX Solaris - Solar energy for the production of domestic hot water and space heating.

Simonetta and Mattia: we arrived at the structure on Thursday afternoon without specifying a time, so we called the owner who gave us the access code to enter. The room was clean but cold and damp. We reported the issue but it was not resolved. Looking at other reviews, it seems this problem has been raised before. The radiators were barely warm for only one hour a day. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, unable to connect with two devices simultaneously. Not recommended location.

Buongiorno, mi dispiace leggere una recensione altamente negativa. Non sono d'accordo su alcune affermazioni dal momento che non risultano vere, mi riferisco al wifi e ai termosifoni. Se arrivate senza avvisare, e se arrivate in un momento in cui vista la crisi energetica ci hanno chiesto di ridurre la temperatura nelle abitazioni, non potete pretendere di trovare una sauna. Parlare di camera umida, quando questa si trova al secondo piano è una grande sciocchezza. Mi domando perché dal momento che mi ha chiesto la password del wifi e mi ha risposto "ok tutto a posto" non ha avuto la stessa idea di chiedere il telecomando del condizionatore. Simili punteggi sono attribuibili solo da persone che non sanno neanche loro cosa vogliono. Saluti e buona fortuna per le prossime vostre vacanze.

I always come back to this property. Comfortable and clean rooms, equipped with all comforts. Convenient location to reach the center and the beach. The owners are always kind, friendly, and helpful. Recommended!

Gestore disponibile e cordiale. Posizione comoda (non è sul mare, ma dieci minuti di camminata e sei sulla spiaggia). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerando primo weekend d'agosto 35 € a notte mi è sembrato onesto. Unica pecca la finestra che dava sulla strada, era come avere altri inquilini nella camera.

Il B&B è situato in zona tranquilla dove si riposa bene. Dista circa 1 Km dal mare e 2 Km dalla stazione e 500 mt circa dal centro. La mia stanza era molto accogliente, sita al secondo piano con un balconcino che dava sulla corte dove era possibile fare colazione o riposarsi. La colazione è "fai da te" con l'utilizzo della macchina da caffè. Diversi prodotti confezionati e 2 tipi di brioche fresche. Nel complesso non è male, la pulizia è buona anche se il 2° giorno la Signora non è passata a fare la camera. Forse un tantino "caro" visto che la posizione è un po' decentrata, soprattutto dal mare. Il conto l'ho saldato interamente al momento del check-in. In camera ho rifatto il conteggio e mi è sembrato che mi fossero state richieste circa 20 euro in più di quanto previsto. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ed il gestore mi ha detto che la camera che avevo prenotato era una economy con bagno privato esterno e per meglio accogliermi mi ha destinato un'altra stanza con bagno interno. Non avevo con me il dettaglio della prenotazione e quindi ho ringraziato per avermi accomodata in una stanza più confortevole. Ora ho rivisto la prenotazione la dicitura riportata sulla prenotazione è: Camera 1: Camera Doppia (Adulti: 1) Camera Doppia per 2 Numero massimo di ospiti: 2 Bagno in camera. Ci sono rimasta male.

Siamo stati in questo B&B per due notti. Camera pulita a parte dei capelli nella doccia non nostri e la porta del bagno in camera molto cigolante. Colazione abbastanza ricca con delle torte/ciambelle fatte in casa e merendine compre.

Ottima ubicazione: a due passi dal centro storico e altrettanti dal mare; camera fornita dell'essenziale e pulita quotidianamente, colazione self-service abbondante. Buona accoglienza da parte del personale; dalla consegna delle chiavi al termine del soggiorno completa autonomia e libertà vengono lasciate al cliente. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglierei di mettere a disposizione del cliente biciclette per potersi muovere nel centro e usufruire della pista ciclabile del lungo mare. In sostanza il BB Skipper offre un piacevole soggiorno senza alcun inconveniente.
