The Bed & Breakfast Torremerlata is a beautiful building from the early Twentieth century, located on the slopes of Vesuvius, in a quiet place, cool in summer and mild in winter, surrounded by a large park with views of the sea and the volcano.

The extremely quiet and privileged position is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in nature and, at the same time, wishing to visit the famous art cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and the popular tourist areas of the Gulf of Naples, and the Costiera Amalfitana e Sorrentina: Positano, Vico Equense, Sorrento.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 18 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 17 to 16 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 15 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 50% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Während wir in Italien waren, hatten wir 4 verschiedene Unterkünfte (Camping, Hotel, B&B und B&B). Dieses B&B war sehr sauber! Wir hatten Blick auf den Vesuv vom Zimmer aus und es gab einen herrlichen Garten, in dem wir die reifen Maulbeeren vom Baum essen durften. Sehr ruhig gelegen und alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt. Schade, dass wir nicht etwas länger bleiben konnten!

Very beautiful, elegant, welcoming, and detailed structure, surrounded by a large garden (which I will reserve to enjoy on a sunny day), the structure also has a splendid reception hall, also very elegant, overlooking the garden. I stayed in a very beautiful, comfortable, and very clean room, located at the entrance of the structure and very close to the breakfast room (a small kitchen, also lovely and well furnished). I was welcomed by the exquisite kindness of the owner, kind in voice and in person (perception I had since our phone acquaintance), welcoming and caring like few others... besides being interested in having a good trip to get to her structure, she also welcomed me in the room with an exquisite limoncello (made by her) that I enjoyed despite the afternoon hour. For work reasons, I will probably go to Pompeii several times and will always choose to return to Torre Merlata.

We were greeted by Mrs. Annamaria and Enrico with warmth and kindness and with a great sense of hospitality. The property is surrounded by greenery with a meticulously cared for garden. Convenient parking. The breakfast is abundant and served in a beautiful room. The rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent. I would say one word: EXCELLENT. I will return and recommend it to everyone.

Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Annamaria con estrema cordialità, ci ha offerto un caffè e dato tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere Napoli e Pompei. Ci ha consigliato anche alcuni ristoranti. La struttura, così come la camera dove abbiamo pernottato, è molto bella, pulita e confortevole, fornita anche di un comodo parcheggio custodito dove abbiamo lasciato la nostra auto senza nessuna preoccupazione. È circondata da un giardino curato con piante e fiori profumati. Nel giardino ci sono bei gazebi sotto i quali ci siamo accomodati a prendere il caffè che ci hanno subito preparato all'arrivo, dimostrandoci gran senso di ospitalità (ci hanno anche dato consigli preziosi su ristoranti dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e sugli orari dei musei e degli scavi archeologici che ci interessava visitare). La colazione, servita in una bella sala da pranzo, è stata gustosa ed abbondante. Caffè napoletano e sfogliata superbi.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene dalla signora Annamaria. Molto bello il giardino, che si presta, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, all'organizzazione di cerimonie ed eventi. Accogliente la camera e molto buona anche la colazione. Il luogo è vicino a siti di interesse culturale, come scavi di Pompei e Vesuvio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Un'oasi ai piedi del Vesuvio. Ogni volta che torniamo è come stare a casa. La mattina una splendida colazione con vista del golfo e del Vesuvio, stanza sempre in ordine e pulita, personale super gentile e poi la signora Annamaria, ormai amica, e suo marito Enrico sono persone super gentili che amano il loro B&B. Giardino immenso, curatissimo. Vale veramente la pena di soggiornare qui, infatti noi abbiamo già prenotato per settembre.

1 km from Pompei, 6 km from the spa Stabiane, 9 km from Ercolano, 30 km from Positano and 20 km from Sorrento.

Also noteworthy is the presence of 2 km of the Metro del Mare (ferries that offer the possibility to reach the towns of Amalfi Coast and Sorrento).
