La Pepanella is a Bed & Breakfast located in Magnano, a little village found in the middle of the moraine hill "La Serra". The B&B is located in the nearby open country, in Cascina Carbonera region, just right to the Bose Monastery and very closed from Golf Club Le Betulle.

This was our second stay at the B&B La Pepanella, Beatrice is a fantastic host and we enjoyed our time here just as much as the first. The place is clean and well equipped. We went with my two children who were able to have their own room meaning my husband and I didn't have to go to bed as early as they did. The family farm is meters away and the girls just loved to watch the cows and chickens. We will definitely be going again when we are back in the north of Italy.

La note de localisation tient compte de l'isolement du site. Par contre les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et vraiment serviables. Les structures d'hébergement sont très belles et très fonctionnelles. Nous sommes très content de cet endroit. Guy et Michèle Legros.

Beatrice e suo marito sono molto accoglienti. La camera e la saletta della colazione sono confortevoli e molto pulite. Puoi prepararti un caffè o una tisana in ogni momento della giornata e questo è una grande opportunità. La colazione è abbondante, arricchita di formaggio locale e del latte fresco della fattoria. Mi sarebbe piaciuto non trovare i prodotti da forno e le marmellate confezionate: in un momento storico dove la plastica è onnipresente sarebbe bello abbandonare le monoporzioni in vaschetta. La vicinanza col Monastero di Bose ti permette di raggiungerlo a piedi con una comoda passeggiata fra i prati. Consiglio caldamente La Pepanella in qualsiasi stagione per riposare e godere della pace e del silenzio. Bravi!

With a pleasant 10 minutes walk you can get to Bose monastic community, oasis of spirituality and peace.
With a similar walk you can get to San Secondo, one of the most interesting examples of Romanic Architechture found near Biella and Ivrea, built in the eleventh century A. C. . In August and September the church is open to public to host the Antique Music Festival.
By foot you can get to Magnano and to its Medieval Shelter, built in 1204, that every year in August hosts the local Medieval Festival.
If you love golf, near Magnano you can find the famous Golf Club Le Betulle, listed as one of the best National and International Golf Club.
