Bed and Breakfast Maria Marì has 3 double rooms, easily adaptable, newly and tastefully furnished, of 3 different colours, all provided with private bath with shower and independent air conditioner. Breakfast is served by the house-owner in a large and pleasant living-room with the typical warmth of Neapolitan people and it includes home-made traditional sweets.

We cannot recommend this place enough. It is centrally located and is a real pleasure to stay in a Neapolitan house. The hosts, Maria and Enzo, are amazing and full of love, kindness, and Italian hospitality. They prepare a spectacular and homely breakfast for you, from eggs, to good Italian bread, to homemade jams, to croissants, sfogliatelles, homemade fruit tarts... and homemade cappuccinos using the moka pot. Having them as hosts was part of our Naples experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay with B&B Maria Marì. We were well looked after, and the breakfast is a treat with local produce and homemade options to try that would tempt anyone interested in authentic Italian food. It is more like a family home than a business, and the location is perfect for easy access to the city of Naples with the Metro close by. The owners were helpful in providing local information and advice on places to visit. We would definitely go again one day.

We could not have asked for a better location in Naples. Our host arranged for a driver to take us to and from the airport to their B&B. Our hosts Vincenso and Maria were wonderful, delightful and most helpful. Napoli is a wonderful and hectic city and their help was most welcome. A perfect location to explore the city by foot or metro. We had a lovely, large double room to accommodate the four of us. Breakfast was everything you could ask for - homemade jams and pastries. It was communal, so we could meet folks from around the world. When we return to Naples, we definitely would like to stay with our hosts again.

Maria and Vincenzo really made us feel very welcome and comfortable in their Maria Mari Bed & Breakfast. Right from the time of booking (via the portal) to the detailed instructions on how to get to the B&B from the station, it was evident that a lot of care and love has gone into this B&B. Vincenzo met us when we arrived, and gave us some excellent advice on where to go, how to travel and also some really helpful recommendations on where to eat. The two rooms we had booked were spacious, light and airy, and beautifully decorated. The air-conditioning worked well and the en-suite bathrooms were well equipped. Be aware that you need to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The B&B has an excellent location - walking distance from most attractions in Naples and right in the historic centre. Every morning we were greeted with a delightful breakfast - local fruit (medlars), yoghurt, an assortment of freshly baked bread and brioches, along with delicious marmalades and jams made by Maria, and also a fantastic marmalade torta, and sfogliatelle on the final day. Vincenzo was a very attentive and thoughtful host, and made us excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. On the final morning, Maria arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. We felt very comfortable and at home right through our stay. Thank you so much Maria and Vincenzo.

We had a lovely time staying here. The location felt safe and was walking distance from most of the areas we wanted to visit. Maria and Vincenzo could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We would defiantly stay here again if we are ever back in Naples.

Wonderful stay! This B&B is very well located in the heart of Naples, between the Spanish Quarter and the historic city center. Vomero is also easily accessible. Even though the metro (also very close) is convenient to reach the train station, many things can be done on foot. The street is quiet, between two noisy streets, but very little noise is heard. The owner is very friendly, smiling, and not stingy with advice (thanks to his 'small' list of restaurants by street and tourist spots!). Valentina, whom we saw at breakfast, is also very kind and pleasant. Thank you. The breakfast is very good. Served at the table with the other travelers, we enjoyed the cake, croissants, brioches, and homemade jams! The coffee is of course excellent. And what about the freshly squeezed orange juice in front of us. The rooms are spacious and clean. In summary: nothing to complain about, go for this accommodation for your next visit to Naples!

Deuxième séjour au bed and breakfast, extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui font tout pour faciliter votre séjour. Au petit déjeuner on vous servira en fonction de vos gouts du sucré et du salé. On aime beaucoup le quartier qui regorge de bonnes adresses pour goûter les spécialités napolitaines, on les remercie infiniment et jamais deux sans trois on y retournera! La maison de Maria et Vincenzo est très accueillante. Ils sont tous les deux d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité rares. Leurs bonnes adresses vous font vous sentir à Naples (presque) comme à la maison. Leurs petits déjeuners sont délicieux et permettent de commencer la journée dans la bonne humeur des échanges qui se font autour de la table commune. L'adresse est idéalement située au centre de Naples dans une rue calme, à proximité de tout, à pied. Nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons pour continuer de découvrir cette ville qùils participent à rendre addictive.

Le B&B de Maria est tout simplement très accueillant. Très bien situé proche de la Via Tolédo, il est un excellent point de départ pour vous balader dans Naples. La gentillesse des propriétaire, leurs attentions et leur envie de partager avec vous, les petits déjeuners très agréables avec des produits frais, des confitures maison, ne font agrémenter votre séjour. Une très bonne adresse.

Wer in das Leben in Neapels Altstadt eintauchen will und nicht unbedingt Wert auf tolle Aussicht legt, der ist hier richtig: Das B&B liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse der Via Toledo und damit sehr zentral und trotzdem für neapolitanische Verhältnisse recht ruhig. Besichtigungen, Einkäufe und Essen gehen z. B. im Centro Antico kann man gut zu Fuß machen kann, auch bei den Stationen verschiedener Verkehrsmittel ist man schnell. Mein Zimmer mit Bad war nicht groß, aber freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, insgesamt ist das B&B gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nett ist die Wohnküche, wo ein großer runder Tisch die Gäste zum Frühstück und Gespräch zusammenbringt! Und vor allem: Maria und Vincenzo sind bezaubernde Gastgeber! Sie interessieren sich nicht nur für ihre Gäste, fragen nach, geben Tipps und erzählen, sondern verwöhnen sie auch mit selbstgemacht Kuchen und Marmeladen (sehr lecker!). Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Small structure located in the heart of Naples, very close to the metro, very well cleaned and maintained. Staying here on vacation was a bit like being with family, Mr. Vincenzo knows how to suggest the best solutions both regarding history and food, Mrs. Maria prepares delicious cakes for breakfast, all accompanied by exceptional friendliness. The room was spacious and clean, a stone's throw from all the interesting sights of Naples. I had the return bus in the evening, they gave me the opportunity to leave my luggage all day, and since no arrivals were expected during the day, I could use the room with an attached shower the evening before leaving (which is no small thing). I can't wait to come back and visit you.

I had a great time, the lovely and welcoming homeowners. A nice abundant breakfast with typical local food. Also, as soon as we arrived, they left us a map of Naples and two Word documents with all the places to visit and all the local restaurants written on them. It is located right in the historic center, and within 50 meters we are immediately in Via Toledo and within 100 meters the metro stop. I recommend it to you.

Great experience. Maria and Enzo were truly special in terms of hospitality, but also as tour guides in recommending places and telling Neapolitan anecdotes and stories. We will definitely come back.

Structure on the second floor of an 1800s building, stairs need to be reviewed. The typical Neapolitan breakfast (should be served at least 30 minutes earlier) could be enhanced with savoury options, butter, fruit juices, some typical sweets, and also plain croissants. The homemade jams are good but unique (cedar, lemon, orange, and mandarin). Coffee made with the moka pot and cappuccino are excellent. The sleep quality is great, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Enzo are very kind and helpful, full of advice on visits, itineraries, and last but not least, restaurants.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B at the beginning of August for 5 nights. Located on the second floor (no elevator) of a building in the Pignasecca district, it is just a short walk from Toledo metro station and therefore in a great location to explore the city. The room assigned to us was lovely, clean, with air conditioning and double glazing. The bathroom was equipped with products and a hairdryer. Free wi-fi service with excellent signal. Delicious breakfast, with bakery and/or homemade products, prepared by Mr. Enzo or the very kind Valentina. Guests have access to the lounge/kitchen (spacious and where breakfast is served). Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. One thing worth mentioning is the kindness of Mrs. Maria and Mr. Enzo. Delightful, friendly people who make you feel at home. Thanks also to Mrs. Valentina. What can I say, if we were to return to the beautiful Naples, we would definitely know where to stay!

We were looking for accommodation for the Easter weekend at reasonable prices and we chose this B&B Maria Marì based on the reviews we read on some specialized sites, and I can only confirm the goodness of the choice. The structure consists of a total of 4 rooms, of varying sizes, inside a palace in the historic center of the city (Pignasecca district), in a truly strategic position to visit Naples by walking or using public transport. The rooms are spacious enough, with all the necessary comforts (bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning with heat pump), and at guests' disposal a dining room with kitchen and refrigerator fully available to guests. The owners, Maria and Vincenzo, are truly exquisite people and will do everything to make your stay interesting, providing advice with a rare availability and hospitality. Breakfast is prepared on the spot by Vincenzo and Mrs. Valentina (who will also take care of tidying up your room with care and professionalism) with cakes prepared by Maria and with the freshest sweets and bread that Vincenzo will bring to the table every morning from his trusted pastry shops/bakeries. I just stayed 3 nights at this lovely Bed & Breakfast, booked last minute and convinced by the many positive reviews, which I confirm 100%. The structure is welcoming, clean, with quiet rooms (despite the proximity to Via Toledo) and located in the historic center, therefore in a very central and strategic position to visit all the major points of interest in Naples. But the difference is made by the two managers Enzo and Maria, two kind people, super helpful, always ready to provide advice on visiting the city and with whom it is truly a pleasure to converse during the excellent breakfast with sfogliatelle, jams, and typical sweets prepared by Maria. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back!

Allora, dico subito che questa soluzione non è per tutti.. e meno male, perché qui riesci a stare proprio nel cuore pulsante di Napoli in una vera casa napoletana, coccolati da Enzo e Maria, che ti trattano come uno di famiglia e ti aprono una casa che brilla di pulizia, con camere non enormi (ma chi se ne importa) ma, ripeto, pulitissime e insonorizzate, complete di aria condizionata. E come in famiglia, si fa colazione nel salotto/cucina con tutti gli ospiti della casa, una mattina con la pastiera buonissima della bella Signora Maria, un'altra con le sfogliatelle appena comprate dal Signor Enzo, persona garbata, colta come ce ne sono ormai pochi. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità, ritornerò presto.

Posizione centralissima e abbastanza comoda per i mezzi di trasporto. Unica pecca, per chi cammina molto come me ma non è al massimo della forma, le scale da fare fino al secondo piano, strette e ripide, senza ascensore. I gestori sono assolutamente fantastici: gentilissimi, premurosi, cordiali, disponibilissimi e prodighi di informazioni utilissime per il soggiorno (visite, collegamenti, etc). La colazione è ricca e varia, dal dolce al salato e comunque perfetta e basata anche sulle richieste personali. Sicuramente torneremo e passeremo parola a parenti e amici!

Siamo stati ospiti di Maria ed Enzo per sei giorni e volentieri scriviamo queste quattro parole di compiacimento. Oltre alle osservazioni già espresse da altri ospiti (che condividiamo integralmente) vogliamo fare qualche considerazione che forse sarà utile per chi legge. Il prezzo modesto giornaliero non deve destare sospetti: considerando il soggiorno offerto è veramente contenuto. Anche nei posti più reconditi della casa la pulizia degli ambienti è accurata e completa. Quanto alla cordialità simpatia e disponibilità di Maria e Enzo, vogliamo aggiungere che rispecchiano molto la migliore anima dei napoletani (anche se Enzo è calabrese di origine ma da decenni a Napoli). Infine, le numerose specialità gastronomiche di Maria, tutte di produzione propria (pastiera, “casatiello pasquale”, migliaccio, ecc.) che abbiamo gustato sono il massimo che potevamo chiedere ad un soggiorno che non dimenticheremo. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la permanenza in questo B&B grazie al calore e alla simpatia dei gestori che ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa, facendoci assaporare le specialità locali preparate dalla simpaticissima Maria. Ottima la collocazione in pieno centro, che consente di raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse storico-artistico del centro storico. Chi ama invece fare acquisti, si troverà immerso in una delle vie più importanti per lo shopping. Insomma un soggiorno da Maria Marì è un'immersione totale nello spirito più autentico di Napoli.

Se capitate a Napoli "obbligatorio" soggiornare al B&B da Maria Marì, si trova in una posizione strategica, centralissima e quindi è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi più belli e interessanti di Napoli. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulitissime. Il salone comune è super attrezzato e la colazione davvero super, sfogliatelle, pane fresco, frutta e le buonissime marmellate biologiche della signora Maria fanno davvero la differenza! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, il signor Enzo e la signora Maria viziano e coccolano i loro clienti come fossero parte della loro famiglia, cortesi, dolci, simpatici e disponibili. Non potete scegliere altro B&B.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti da Maria Marì ed eravamo un gruppo di amici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gentilezza e cortesia di Maria e Vincenzo che ringraziamo per tutte le indicazioni e la loro disponibilità. Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno a Napoli e nel B&B ci siamo preparati pure il nostro cenone. Il B&B è vicinissimo a Spaccanapoli, via Toledo e alla metro. Napoli è una città molto bella e ritorneremo sicuramente in questo B&B.

Consiglio di soggiornare nel B&B Maria Marì perché si trova in una posizione strategica, in centro; da qui è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi più belli di Napoli. Il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura è dato dalla cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità dei due gestori, Maria ed Enzo, due persone squisite che con i loro consigli ci hanno fatto scoprire la bellezza di Napoli. Alloggiare da Maria Marì è un valore aggiunto alla vacanza a Napoli. Oltre alla pulizia e cura impeccabili delle camere e all'ottima posizione del B&B, la cordialità, il garbo e le attenzioni dei proprietari fanno la differenza. Il bed and breakfast Maria Marì è nel cuore pulsante del centro antico di Napoli, in una traversa della animatissima via Toledo e a un passo da due delle artistiche fermate della metro 1, Toledo e Dante. Dal B&B con una piacevole passeggiata si arriva a piazza del Plebiscito e al Lungomare di Chiaia da una parte, mentre dall'altra si raggiunge in pochi minuti la chiesa del Gesù Nuovo, il chiostro di Santa Chiara, il Cristo Velato, i presepi di San Gregorio Armeno e la zona dei Tribunali. Insomma, il posto è strategico. Segnalo la piacevole accoglienza e le ricchissime colazioni preparate dal signor Enzo, docente di chimica in pensione e marito della signora Maria. La struttura è al secondo piano senza ascensore, è dotata di wi-fi e di un balconcino dove si può fumare. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a lasciare il bagaglio in attesa dell'orario del treno per il ritorno. Le stanze sono essenziali ma pulite, e così i bagni interni alle camere, che forse avrebbero bisogno di un pizzico di cura dei particolari in più. Tornando a Napoli, sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura, per la comodità e la simpatia.

Il B&B è situato in un tipico vicolo nel cuore di Napoli, punto di partenza ideale per la visita del centro della città a piedi in tutte le ore del giorno. La cordialità e l'attenzione dei proprietari alle esigenze degli ospiti rendono gradevole il soggiorno e ti fanno sentire a casa. L'ambiente è pulito e le colazioni sono ricche e varie, con torte preparate personalmente dalla signora Maria e dolci tipici napoletani. Fattori importanti sono anche la vicinanza alla metro e alle vie dello shopping. Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia e personalmente ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole assaporare per qualche giorno l'aria di una bella città come Napoli.

A parte la posizione che permette di muoversi benissimo, a piedi sei subito in centro, vicino alla linea 1, la cosa che più mi ha lasciato un'ottimo ricordo e che mi farà tornare, è stata la squisitezza dei padroni di casa, due persone veramente ospitali e premurose, un vero piacere.

In una posizione strategica per visitare i siti più interessanti di Napoli, il B&B Maria Marì è una struttura accogliente e confortevole, dalla pulizia impeccabile, con stanze ampie e luminose, e soprattutto, pur essendo nel cuore di Napoli, silenziosissime, letti comodi e tutti i comfort necessari. La struttura, situata in posizione centrale e strategica, è ben curata e pulita.
