Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Un posto meraviglioso e tranquillissimo immerso nel verde con una struttura a dir poco ottima, camere ben curate e pulite e per non parlare del ristorante con cene a bordo piscina e ottimi cibi, con staff gentilissimo ma soprattutto i proprietari stupendi e disponibili a tutto. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
