In a small, ancient medieval village hidden in the hills of Monferrato, after long and careful restoration, we open our Ca between the terraces of the old town. Four apartments with different sizes to allow two romantic weekends, family holidays or special moments with friends.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The hamlet of Brusasco is superb and worth a visit, as well as the restaurant, the Castello di Brusasco, excellent, recommended by our hostess who acted as an intermediary and arranged with the restaurateur for a delicious menu of homemade products and cold cuts, but too abundant. As for our accommodation, we did not get the one reserved! Without a real explanation despite our surprise from the embarrassed owner, and the change that cannot be justified by our two-hour delay on the announced arrival time. We were assigned a smaller one, also charming but less suitable for 4 big children, and the breakfast presented the day before consisted of a tray with some dry cakes, partly Belgian... The shower was clogged with previous guests' hair, causing a bathroom flood, several towels were torn, and the light remained on all night on the terrace with no way to intervene, illuminating the upper rooms without shutters. In the morning, early wake-up with the refreshing of the terrace without consideration for those sleeping, and no further news from our hostess despite our appointment for departure...

Accueil parfait. cadre tip top vraiment bien. Un effort devrait être fait pour le petit déjeuner qui est spartiate et qui n'était pas prêt le dimanche à notre départ vers 07h15.

Posto incantevole, lontano dalla città! Sembra di stare in un mondo a parte, appartamento fantastico, curato nei minimi particolari e l'agriturismo dove abbiamo cenato semplicemente fantastico! Sicuramente ci tornerò presto.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato qui per un weekend, ci siamo trovati molto bene; la struttura è bellissima, tutto ben curato, è praticamente un mini alloggio completo di tutto ma con un prezzo di un B&B, compresa una cucina dove potersi preparare il pranzo senza dove uscir di casa. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è adatta per rilassarsi o per fare una passeggiata nel verde della zona.
