The srtructure Amica Roma B&B, wich has been completely renovated, is located in an elegant building from the 1930s on Baiamonti street, 2, first floor, a quiet street in tehe Prati neigborhood, just steps from the ost famous shopping in the capital, such as Cola di Rienzo street, near Vatican City (10 minutes walking), Vatican museum, and Olympic Stadium. It is 800 meters from both Ottaviano underground stations, from wich you can arrive at the Piazza di Spagna after two stops and Terini Station in five stops. The rooms with private balconies are elegsntly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, a flat screen TV, free wi-fi, tea and coffeepot and a private bathroom. In the morning we offer you a continental breakfast served in the elegant breakfast room. AMICA ROMA B&B: the confort of a high class hotel and the warmth and hospitality of a Bed & Breakfast

My stay at Amica Roma Guest House was excellent; Roberto and Miguel are very kind people. When I arrived, Roberto showed me how to get to different places of interest and good places to eat. He always made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely come back to this place.

We stayed for two nights during the New Year period. Prati is a very quiet neighborhood. The B&B is in a great location (max 10 min walk to Ottaviano metro stop and 1 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to Piazza Navona/Palazzo Madama); excellent communication with the host, always available and attentive; Cozy room and functional bathroom in the room.

I must say it's worth it. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is a bit dated but has all the comforts. I give the manager a 10++: friendly and helpful. The property is centrally located. It's a yes for me.

We stayed for four nights and everything was perfect. The property is in a strategic location to reach the center, thanks to the presence of various ATAC bus stops in the area and the proximity of Ottaviano metro station. The area is very quiet and offers the presence of shops, pizzerias, and bars all within a few meters. The staff was kind and helpful. We really appreciated the breakfast and the room cleanliness was excellent.

Rooms a bit dated, flying sockets to charge the phone, on the other hand the rooms are clean. The managers are very kind and courteous. Overall, I recommend it, especially for a quick visit to Rome.

The B&B is located in a fabulous position in the center of Rome. The environment is very welcoming and clean, with optimal temperatures inside the room. Moreover, the rich breakfast in the morning is well taken care of. A warm welcome and total availability from the B&B owner. I recommend it to everyone!

Available and kind, excellent location, everything you need in the room but unfortunately it all becomes useless in the face of very poor cleanliness, especially when you pay so much. Dust accumulated everywhere, evident that it had been there for a long time, a quick glance was enough to realize the dirt, even the tables, tablecloths, and breakfast cutlery not clean at all. Too bad, it would be a nice structure.

Grazie per la sua recensione,non conosco i suoi canoni di pulizia,ma basta guardare tutti gli altri giudizi su tutte le piattaforme ( 9,2 su booking .com 9,2 su expedia e anche su Bead and breakfast abbiamo un ottimo punteggio,che è un vanto ,da sempre della nostra struttura. Ma evidentemente i suoi parametri sono trppo alti per noi!!!! Credo che lei sia piu' tipo da Hotel a 4 stelle,ma a 90\00 euro e' piuttosto difficile Cordiali saluti

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a tiny bathroom and the sink in the room, with the promise of being moved the next day to a larger room. The day after, instead of going to the room assigned to me, I was moved to a room on the lower floor where there was a strong sewage smell, much lower than my booking. Long live the spirit of adaptation!

Grazie per la sua visita e la sua recensione, purtroppo per la colazione in questo momento, causa covid è il massimo che si può offrire, nonostante tutto offriamo cappuccino tutti i tipi di the, caffe espresso, caffe americano, spremuta di arancio fresco, yougurt, cornetti, ciambellone,crostate, frutta fresca, poi se lei prende solo acqua calda e limone, certo che molte cose non le ha potuto apprezzare. Grazie e alla prossima volta, anche se da una esigente come lei, mi sarei aspettato un ringraziamento per il check-in alle 6.50 del mattino (invece del normale orario delle 11.00,e un check - out ritardato alle 12.30 invece del normale orario delle 11.00. Grazie.

Recently renovated structure already shows walls with streaks and dirt lines on the walls. The floor of the room and the bathroom had pubic hairs and hairs from other people. I was not very happy with the room, but considering it was a business trip, a more accurate action and the use of a vacuum cleaner would have been necessary to solve the problem. On the other hand, I must give heartfelt compliments to the manager for the welcome and for the abundant breakfast accompanied by his friendliness. I will gladly return. Amica Roma Guest House.

Ottima posizione, anche per arrivare in centro a piedi, se siete buoni camminatori, altrimenti mezzi vicini (bus, taxi, metro). Discretamente pulito, colazione ottima ed abbondante, il proprietario disponibilissimo per ogni necessità e richiesta. Complessivamente un'ottimo posto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in occasione del concerto degli U2. Ottima la posizione rispetto allo stadio Olimpico che si raggiunge a piedi in soli 15 minuti. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la simpatia del gestore, ottima la colazione e ineccepibile la pulizia della camera. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B solo pochi giorni, ma sono bastati per poter assaporare tutta la bellezza di Roma. La struttura è comodissima per la metro e a Piazza San Pietro, pulita, ordinata e con piccole accortezze veramente raffinate. È situata in un palazzo signorile, il titolare è una persona di una gentilezza disarmante, disponibilissimo sia per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti sia per consigli su come muoversi e anche per fare 4 chiacchere in compagnia. Consigliamo caldamente la struttura.

Ci siamo trovate veramente bene, accolte da Giovanna e Claudio che sono persone molto gentili e ti fanno sentire in famiglia. L'ambiente è ottimo, con un bel tocco di eleganza; la posizione fantastica, molto vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere, in una zona molto silenziosa. Da provare. Lo consiglio con tutto il cuore.
