Casa Vacanze Casale Nunziatina von Sorrent

Die Struktur ist ein altes Bauernhaus die in den 1700 gebaut wurde. Im 2006 ist es ganz Renoviert geworden aber es hat seine Originalität behalten,wie mit den Bogen den Mauern und den Dach.Es gibt alle Komfort für einen Ausruhenden Urlaub.

Die Struktur hat 3 Komfortabele Wohnungen.

Jede Wohnung ist verschieden und hat Bad mit Dusche, Ehebett mit möglichkeit eins oder zwei Bette hinzufügen.

Das Bauernhaus Nunziatina hat ein Garten von 300 mq mit Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.

Die Wohnungen haben auch Klimatanlage und Heizung, Fernsehapparat LCD mit Satelliten, Kochecke mit alle Küchengeräte für self-catering, mit Kühlschrank und Backofen.

Das Bauernhaus Nunziatina befindet sich in Sorrento, idealer Platz um die schönste Orte von der Costiera Amalfitana zu erreichen,die Scavi von Pompei, die Insel von Capri zu besichtigen oder nach einige KM Napoli und die Reggia von Caserta zu erreichen.

Die Struktur kann man durch einer alten römischen Straße am liebsten zu Fuß oder mit ein kleines Auto in den letzten 400 Meter erreichen.Für die Autos die größer sind gibt es ein bewachter Parkplatz 500 Meter von der Struktur entfernt.

Pasquale hat uns sehr schnell und sehr schnell wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Dies ist ein sehr sauberes Juwel einer Unterkunft für Menschen, die den alten Baustil mögen und wie die Einheimischen leben. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen, müssen Sie es auf einem Parkplatz 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt abstellen. Pasquale wird Sie abholen, wenn nötig, also ist es immer noch ziemlich bequem, aber besser ohne Auto anzureisen. Der Garten ist erstaunlich und die Familienkatze auch sehr freundlich: Ich empfehle :).

I would recommend this place to anyone, if we travel to southern Italy in the future I would stay at this same place. The room was clean and nice with a large balcony where we could look over the city. The gardens around the place were beautiful and sitting outside eating breakfast was a relaxing, beautiful way to start our day.

We stayed for nearly three weeks at Casale Nunziatino and just had a great time. The residence is beautifully situated in the middle of lemon orchards, only a short walk away from downtown Sorrento. The appartments are complete and spacious, with. Pasquale and Rosa being very friendly hosts. Sorrento is a busy town, that is worth some visits, and it is a good place to start visits to Naples, Pompei, Vesuvius, the islands in the Golf of Naples, the Amalfi coast and so on. In case you case want to relax you can go to Marina Grande, a romantic family beach in Sorrento, or you just stay at Casale Nunziatina, a little paradise under the lemon trees.

Casale Nunziatina spiegelt die Fotos der Unterkunft wider, Pasquale ist eine entzückende Person, respektvoll gegenüber der Privatsphäre, aber zu 100% verfügbar. Der frische Garten mit Zitronenbäumen zum Entspannen am Abend ist ein Juwel. Die Straße ist kurvenreich und leicht bergauf, aber Pasquale kam zum Check-in zum Bahnhof, um uns abzuholen, und brachte uns zum Check-out zum Bus. Ein lobenswerter kostenloser Service vom Casale zum Zentrum. Danke Pasquale.

Il posto è incantevole lontano dal caos del centro, dal quale dista pochi chilometri. Ciò nonostante credo che, per una migliore facilità negli spostamenti, sia meglio affittare un motorino. Il signor Pasquale, nella sua immensa gentilezza, saprà consigliarvi diversi rivenditori che offrono tale servizio a prezzi giusti. Non perdete l'occasione di soggiornare in questo posto.

Hey, ich bin Pasquale

Hi, I am Pasquale the Owner of the Residence Casale Nunziatina and I wish to give you a brief account about the history of this House. It is an old farmhouse, with citrus groves, grapes and olive plants, which was rented by my grandparents dated back on 1920. After my grandparents the renting of the Farm was transferred to my parents and in this Farmhouse I was born along with my brothers. Nunziatina was our mother. My childhood was a beautiful season of my life, very close to the nature, but I left soon to attend the Nautical School and starting the career of Merchant Navy Officer which lead me to the position of Ship’s Master on oil ships. I had the opportunity to travel, to know a lot of people and acquire many friends, and I was always appealed and fascinated by the Hotel’s world and the” sense of hospitality “for the tourists and visitors. Tough I had the opportunity to travel all around the world I have always looked foreword to coming back and living in the old farmhouse where I was born. Eventually on 2003 I did manage to purchase it. The farmhouse was quite old as it was dated back on 1700 and a long restoration was required. During this process the house was, practically, re-made but still preserving the feature of the old farmhouse such as wall, barrel vaults, roofs etc. Once the restoration was completed, four charming apartments were arranged, and their tiling, decoration process and furnishing were strictly supervised by my sister Rosa, a woman which is assisting me to manage the Residence. Eventually I did manage to fulfill the dream to make available the apartments for the Guests who come to visit us all along the year. Guests which are always welcome as Family’s Friends to show them the place where we were born. Ah …of course the Residence took the name of our mother Nunziatina, a woman very strong who spent her life for the family and the work, therefore we deemed fair to dedicate to her the Residence. Sorrento, is one of the most well-known international tourist sights. It has a landscape unique in the world, where low and high hills, deep valleys and majestic mountains alternate; where grandiose terraces degrading towards the sea, on which have been cultivated orange and lemon trees, olive groves and vineyards . Sorrento: land of colours; Sorrento: the city of the orange and lemon groves and many other definitions for this magical land.

All the definitions are true as Sorrento is indeed a very pretty little city where kindness and hospitality are a combination that is handed down from one generation to the next. Sorrento, not to be rhetorical, is indeed the land of colours: brilliant or delicate hues depending on the change of the seasons.

If you just pause a moment to observe a sunset you will be amazed by the variety of colours and the beauty of the scene. Or look, preferably from the sea, towards the majestic ridge of tuff rock that changes colour at every hour of the day.

The mild and dry climate for most part of the year makes Sorrento the ideal destination in every season.

Today Sorrento is a modern city with may comfortable touristy facilities . In a tidy and safe atmosphere, everybody will spend his ideal holiday, having the opportunity to choose from nature and silence, health and culture, swims, thermal treatments , boat excursions, naturalistic walks, excursions and visits to museums (Mineralogy Museum, Museo Correale, Museum-workshop of wooden tarsia, Museum of Villa Fondi), to the old city centres rich in monasteries and cloisters, , and to the ancient hamlets with frescoed churches, ; but also sport and musical and cinema events of international echo, theatre performances, night clubs and bars.
And it is the ideal starting point for visiting to all the tourist sights of the area (Capri, Ischia, Naples, Ercolano, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi) and for any other destination, thanks to a thick network of aerial, road, railway and maritime links.
