Separated from the main house, with a private entrance in a pretty garden, our B&B
can offer you relaxation and privacy, just a short walk from the centre of Bologna.

The B&B consists of a large downstairs room with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower, and is equipped with a refrigerator, a microware oven, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, wireless internet connection, and air conditioning. Upstairs, in a secluded and agreeable loft, you’ll find a single bed. Free private parking is available in the garden. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Shower area slightly small but with certainly adequate. Beautiful garden with benches and a small table to eat outside. Situated in an nice part of town with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The centre is within walking distance. Best of all are the hosts, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would definitely return on our next trip to Bologna.

This family-owned B&B is absolutely wonderful! We stay here every year and they always make our stay in Bologna so special. It's a beautiful place, owned by the nicest, most accommodating people you will ever meet, is so convenient, with a lovely garden and parking.

We stayed here on the nights of 7 and 8 august 2016. Excellent B&B suitable for 3 people. Good location next to transport, nice local restaurants closeby. The owners are lovely kind and gentle true old fashioned couple. The door of the accomodation opens onto a very quite secure and picturesque backyard (big walnut tree as well, we ate a lot of walnuts, as it was just coming into season) car accomodation is at your doorstep, onsite, you will get a remote for the huge steel gate. Excellent over all, will go back, and will recommend to friends. John and Gina.

The structure is central and close to all the places of interest. It is well equipped, comfortable, and nice to see with a spacious garden and lots of greenery. The owner is very explanatory in providing information and available for any request. It is a top bnb.

A pochi passi dal centro di Bologna, è un monolocale caldo ed accogliente, riservato e con ampio spazio verde ben curato. I proprietari sono molto cordiali, rispettosi della privaci dei loro ospiti. Pulizia accurata degli ambienti interni ed esterni, con il massimo confort e tranquillità. Comodo il posto auto (bisogna considerare la difficoltà anche economica di parcheggiare in città). La colazione è abbondante, con un comodo ed utile angolo cottura completo di tutti gli accessori. Insomma l'impressione è quella di essere a proprio agio come in casa; non vorrei elogiare maggiormente il Tiglio 44, per paura di non trovare più posto quando ritorno a Bologna. Complimenti e buon lavoro.

Casetta indipendente nel giardino molto carina e pulita. Fermata degli autobus praticamente davanti alla porta in ottima zona a due passi dal centro. La signora è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Posto delizioso, strategicamente situato a 10 minuti dal centro, ottimamente servito dagli autobus. Giardino bello, molto curato. Colazione ottima. Struttura molto pratica, con cucina. Pulitissimo. I proprietari sono tutti di una gentilezza squisita, sempre pronti a migliorare il nostro soggiorno. Silenzioso. Parcheggio interno. Il cane, molto ben accolto, ha potuto godere del giardino. Tutta la struttura è più che raccomandabile per un soggiorno comodo, piacevole, rilassante.

Ho prenotato questo B&B per amici che venivano da Catania. Si sono trovati benissimo, pulizia eccellente, ambienti confortevoli e immersi un bel giardino. Siamo andati a piedi da lì al centro tutti i giorni, essendo davvero vicinissimi ai principali siti monumentali da visitare. Sono certa di aver fatto una bellissima figura grazie anche al gestore che è stato molto disponibile, facendo sentire i miei ospiti come fossero a casa. Lo consiglio, anche alle famiglie con bimbi. La camera ha un grande soppalco, alto con la possibilità di mantenere la privacy fra genitori e figli, o amici, ecc. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici indispensabili per quando si è in tanti (lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè, ecc).

Grazie ancora per l'ospitabilità! Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal centro di Bologna con parcheggio privato al coperto in una corte. I gestori sono gentilissimi ed è stato un piacere farci 4 chiacchiere. Comoda la posizione ben dagli autobus, altrimenti in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Alla prossima!

Uno dei B&B migliori in cui siamo stati: ottima accoglienza, proprietari disponibilissimi e molto ospitali, posizione strategica e vicinissima al centro, allo stadio, ai principali luoghi d'interesse, con 2 fermate del bus di città a meno di 50 mt e un paio di supermercati a due passi. Ristoranti ottimi nelle vicinanze, consigliateci dalla proprietaria, e una gelateria ottima subito dietro la Chiesa di San Paolo. Posto auto interno tranquillissimo, luogo pulito e confortevole con (veramente) ogni comodità: tv satellitare con Sky, wifi, moltissimi libri da poter consultare. Posto consigliato per le famiglie e adatto per trascorrere giorni tranquilli e sereni. Dunque se dovessimo tornare nella splendida Bologna sappiamo già dove andare: straconsigliato! 😊

Bologna has a good bus network connecting the city centre, Marconi airport and the Fiera (Exhibition) district.
