Il Borgo di Campi is a former countryside hamlet surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

All 30 accommodations overlook the Liguran Sea. Each studio or apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, a satellite TV, a furnished garden or terrace sea view with sunbeds.

The restaurant serves delicious local dishes and wines. During pleasant weather, meals are served on the panoramic terrace
A public minibus service connects the Borgo di Campi with Riomaggiore.

Free parking is available on site. To reach the apartments from reception, guests must go down a 200-step staircase with panoramic views.

Incredible place, incredible location, incredible views and incredible charm at an incredibly affordable price. I would not look for any other place to stay if I were to explore Cinque Terre. The property itself is worth spending a few extra days in itself. I would highly recommend this to all my friends visiting.

A wonderful place - very well designed, on the slope with a view of the sea and sunset atmosphere. The atmosphere in June in the evening with the fireflies is simply magical🤩.

Fantastic experience! Breathtaking views, a small apartment with a private garden perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. The hotel's restaurant was a surprise: great food at a fair price. A few small details to improve, but the stay was truly unforgettable, with excellent value for money!

Lovely and quiet place. Clean rooms. Suitable for stays in complete tranquility. Delicious breakfast. Dinner with very good dishes. Only suggestion, I recommend lighting between the parking lot and the structure for greater safety.

La ringraziamo - pensi che per l'illuminazione già 15 anni fa avevamo presentato progetto per illuminare a nostre spese con le specifiche della Provincia che ovviamente era d'accordo, il tratto di strada tra il parcheggio e l'entrata anzi oltre, fino alla curva ma il Parco che deve dare benestare definitivo, con grande sorpresa anche della Provincia, negò l'autorizzazione adducendo ragioni senza senso, si immagini che dissere che se qualcuno voleva guardare il panorama le luci lo avrebbero disturbato...pazzesco...

Very unique accommodations with a spectacular view of the marine park of the 5 Lands! Not great the cleanliness of the rooms (lots of dust...) but sufficient. Breakfast and dinner rather limited in quantity and availability (especially if you arrive late...). Manager and staff still kind and helpful. But those 200 steps between the reception and the rooms... are both delight and damnation!

Structure with a spectacular view. Convenient to reach the 5 lands by means of transport without moving the car. Convenient to reach trails. Provided with free parking. Clean. Small studios but well equipped. Owners and staff extremely kind and helpful, to say the least. Staying there was a pleasure.

Lovely place for true nature lovers. Very cute and kind staff. The steps to climb? If you love nature, you won't even feel them. Each step allows you to connect with the surrounding nature and the view is breathtaking.

Excellent structure, breathtaking panorama, well-organized mini-apartments where you can be absolutely independent and autonomous to manage the day, lunch, and dinner, each one with a private garden. Nice idea of the barbecue available for the guests of the structure and accessible hammocks with a view of the panorama. Well connected to Riomaggiore with the shuttle. Rating 10.

I do not recommend, my room was very dirty, no Wi-Fi, sometimes no hot water, also to reach the parking you have to climb 200 steps, really a hole.

Too bad... We found ourselves in a stunning place with a breathtaking view, we had a sea view veranda and the room was also equipped with a hairdryer, detergent, and coffee maker, and the restaurant was also excellent. However, it is certainly not a place suitable for everyone since the steps are really many to reach the rooms carrying the luggage. The issue could have been resolved since they have a luggage trolley, but a part of the staff turned out to be the real problem. In fact, it is not possible to use the luggage trolley upon arrival for reasons that escape human understanding and if you think of arriving before 3 pm, leaving the luggage to then check in later... well, you are greatly mistaken! You have to keep everything in the car and wait there losing a good part of the day. Also, evidently, they themselves do not know the rules for using holiday bonuses and despite their mistakes and the mess they made, we heard the owners arguing clearly mentioning our room with various insults. After having “welcomed” us, the lady owner further allowed herself to raise her voice even in our presence blaming us for mistakes made due to their inefficiency and attacking us before realizing that she had mistaken us for other people who had booked many days in advance... Needless to say, all this ruined our experience and this was not even the only unpleasant moment as evidently kindness is not in her nature. Too bad because the place is fantastic and you can see that they work hard to keep it in order, but it is unacceptable for an owner to address customers in this way... We will definitely not return.

Ma con che coraggio. Oltretutto che vi abbiamo fatto un favore..accettando i vostri 2 buoni per una sola prenotazione..e aver dovuto cambiare tutto al momento del vostro arrivo. LA LEGGE è CHIARA E BISOGNA RISPETTARLA. E bisogna rispettarla al momento delle prenotazioni, non cambiare le carte in tavola all'arrivo! Lei ha proprio preso un granchio. Oltretutto che vi abbiamo consigliato di cenare e fare colazione per raggiungere il valore del buono..e voi volevate cucinare x risparmiare. Siete proprio giovani...svegliatevi. e imparate a rispettare il lavoro degli altri !!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights, paying with the Holiday Bonus. We were in a studio, small but functional, with a bathroom and equipped kitchenette; the view is priceless, overlooking the sea. However, the flaw is the cleanliness, which is not impeccable, especially the dishes (if the previous guests have not cleaned them well, the staff should take care of it) and the floor. All in all, however, the value for money is good! Furthermore, assuming that this does not depend at all on the structure, the bus service to reach it, especially in times of Coronavirus, is really terrible: we were left stranded several times! However, we resorted to the taxis affiliated with the structure, which are quite inexpensive.

Exceptional structure, position between mountain and sea, generally satisfied, except for the fact that not having the terrace we did not enjoy the view as we hoped. There are private spaces but outside the apartment. Breakfast to be revised, EXCELLENT dinner! We had dinner once and it was exceptional! Compliments to the CHEF! Kind staff, available parking but be careful crossing the street. 1000 steps to reach the apartment. I can't tell you the effort with two suitcases and two children. Anyway, I will definitely come back! I like it!

Located in a fantastically beautiful place, the apartments, gardens, and the whole place have been designed with great creativity and heart. Simple but very cozy. The staff is cheerful, smiling, especially the lady at the reception, and the restaurant is run by a bearded, young man who is very charming and helpful. There is a parking lot, but if it gets full in the evening and you can't park, he will take care of it. The kitchens are well equipped, we rented two apartments, so we know there are knives, forks, scissors, spoons, ladles, pans, pots, plates, glasses, oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer. The air conditioning is not so strong, but we couldn't decide if it was due to the high humidity. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, the sea water is very clean. There are many hiking trails, coves that with a short but difficult hike could become private beaches. The beach in Riomaggiore is also great, a few meters from the shore (even 2-3 meters) swim colorful fish. There are also jellyfish, but even if they sting you, it's just like a mosquito bite. Parking in the area can be more problematic, but with patience it works out. La Spezia is only 10 minutes away, there are plenty of shops, food prices are not higher than ours, in fact! Oh, and the beaches are not paid. Great place, highly recommend it!

Il Borgo di Campi is run by a family of Milan, who is in love with the place and has restored the ancient homes of peasants toil of Riomaggiore, that in summer they moved here to raise the vineyards typical of the place, Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino, from which it arises the Sciacchetrà, dessert wine, that Slow Food combines with the spicy Gorgonzola. Try it!

The Cinque Terre are an UNESCO world Heritage. The hard work of the people has transformed the environment impervious, from which are derived the typical terraces supported by dry stone walls. This allowed us to use the land with the only crops that resist in this land dry and stony, the vineyard and the olive tree. The small villages that cut the mountain and facing the sea are a special attraction for the tourists from all over the world.
