The Affittacamere Da Angela is a cozy family-run establishment, inaugurated in January 2011, located just 80 meters from the lively central square of Villasimius. This strategic location offers the convenience of easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and essential services, including banks and an archaeological museum, making every stay practical and rich with possibilities. The beautiful beaches, reachable within a few minutes' drive, further enhance the experience for those visiting this wonderful location in the southeast of Sardinia.

Angela is a great host! She gives you lots of advice for Villasimius and around. She will lend you even beach umbrellas and chairs. The house is located very close to the main street which in the evening becomes the main spot to go in Villasimius full of shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend it if you are thinking to go to Villasimius.

Very good 2-night stay at Affittacamere Da Angela with Angela who is very kind and helpful; her place is comfortable, very clean, with spacious rooms, good bedding, and a nice breakfast. A nice touch was the loan of an umbrella, very much appreciated in August! Good recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

The place is ideal for a stay in Villasimius. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and very well appointed. Angela is a wonderful host, very helpful, who knows how to assist, converse, and build connections with her guests. On the day of our arrival, she was kind enough to drive us to the beach (as we were not motorized and were the last tenants of the day). Later, we rented bikes at a recommended address. They were perfect. She even made a reservation for us at an excellent restaurant located away from the center. In short, we had a very pleasant stay in this small town and we highly recommend Angela's rooms.

The location is very, very noisy, and there is no possibility to sit on a terrace. The breakfast is very sparse: no fresh bread and no cheese or salami.

Gentilissima Patricia, la nostra struttura non è un bed and breakfast e la colazione non è obbligatoria per noi. Non abbiamo nemmeno l'obbligo di avere una sala per la colazione. Preferiamo però offrirla, in modalità buffet, ai nostri clienti gratuitamente per dare comunque un servizio in più. Nel sito web e nei vari portali è proprio indicato che forniamo una colazione dolce con brioches, pizzette salate, biscotti, frutta fresca, cereali, bevande calde di tutti i tipi, succhi di frutta, etc... Mi dispiace che non siate rimaste entusiaste, ma forse sarebbe stato meglio informarsi prima dell' arrivo, oppure cambiare struttura appena arrivate, visto che non avevate pagato alcuna caparra.

The owner Angela is simply a great woman and has everything under control. She is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Only downside - the beds are a bit short, it could be a bit difficult for tall people. The location is almost in the center, but about 2 km from the beach. However, you can rent bicycles or scooters, then you can visit all the beaches, even the ones that are difficult to reach by car. We had a great holiday in Villasimius! We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We stayed with Angela in the last week of September and had a wonderful time. The property is in the very center of Villasimius, so it is very convenient both for evenings and for the beaches, which are almost all a 5-minute drive away. Our room was very large and every day all the towels were replaced and the room cleaned. Beach umbrellas are available and the breakfast is very plentiful. A huge plus for us was the drinks machine in the hall, which was always available outside of nighttime hours. Angela was extremely kind and more than helpful; she recommended many things and let us keep the room for a few extra hours on the last day so we could have one last swim in the sea and wash in peace. I highly recommend this property for its excellent value for money and I will definitely return on my next trip to Villasimius. Thank you!

If you have a car, the property is located in a strategic position to visit all the beaches in the area. And there are quite a few. Just a few kilometers from the most famous ones like Porto Giunco to Costa Rei, but I also recommend all the others, from Santo Stefano to Cala Caterina (lots of fish) to Campus, Campulongu, etc. Depending on the wind, you can move from one side to the other always finding shelter. Also, it is near the main road that is pedestrianized from 7 PM, so you can walk and find places to dine without having to drive. Free parking available near the property. The property is clean and feels like home. Angela is a special person, who puts passion into her work, always attentive to guests, making them feel at ease right away. This is why many guests, after the first time, return for years. There are 7 rooms and the breakfast buffet is consumed in the room. The breakfast offers seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, brioches, milk, fruit juices, tea, brioches, and an automatic coffee machine available all day. Spacious room cleaned daily. There is a drying rack, hairdryer, umbrella, and beach chairs to take to the beach, fridge, air conditioning. In short, an excellent B&B for its category. If I could, I would return tomorrow, so I highly recommend it. Thank you Angela, see you next time!

The structure is new and very clean. The owner is present and very kind. The breakfast is a buffet. It is set up in a designated area in the hallway and then consumed in the room. There is a wide selection of fresh and packaged products. We were also given a new umbrella which we returned on the last day. I highly recommend staying in this structure.

My wife and I stayed the second week of September. The welcome from Angela was immediately very warm, and her morning advice for the beaches was essential for our holiday. The structure is practically in the center of Villasimius and with a few steps, you can easily reach all the restaurants in the center. The room is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge, which can be taken to the nearby beaches. We had a late flight back to Cagliari, but we did not give up the whole day at the beach because Angela gave us the opportunity to store our luggage in a deposit and provided us with a bathroom with towels to take a shower before leaving. We will definitely return!

We stayed for a week at Affittacamere Da Angela and I can assure you that there is nothing better. Angela pampered us as if she were a mother from the first day, advising us on beaches to visit, restaurants to try, and bars for a pleasant aperitif. The structure is in a strategic position close to the center with free parking just steps from the property. The breakfast is also top-notch, very abundant with fresh products. We have just returned from a beautiful week-long vacation in Villasimius where we stayed at the bed and breakfast of Mrs. Angela. We are happy to have booked this structure because Mrs. Angela gave us valuable advice every day on the beaches to visit and also on the restaurants to go to for dinner. The bed and breakfast is equipped with umbrellas and chairs for the beach to be used for the entire vacation. We really liked the breakfast, especially the warm pastries and the delicious fresh fruit that we truly appreciated. If we were to return to Villasimius, we would definitely choose this bed and breakfast again for its excellent location just steps from the center.

Very central location, in 2 minutes you are in the main pedestrian street. The room was clean and fresh, the owner, Mrs. Angela, is very helpful and kind, as well as her daughter. They recommended excellent farmhouses in the area where you can eat local cuisine. The breakfast was varied and rich with croissants, cookies, fresh fruit, jams, etc. Moreover, the location is strategic to reach the nearby Porto Giunco beach (if you wish, you can even walk there, with a nice 4 km walk). Highly recommended, we will definitely return for a longer stay!

I stayed at Affittacamere Da Angela for 4 nights in June. I was really very satisfied. She is a special host. Kind, cordial, very helpful, and professional. She loves her job and we guests perceive the attention she puts into making us feel comfortable. The room is really very clean, the breakfast varied and plentiful. The structure is in the town center, close to restaurants, bars, and shops. To go to the sea, if you are on foot, the walk along Via del Mare is very convenient. We were very pleased with the property, it is close to the center and well maintained. Excellent reception from Mrs. Angela, a very helpful and kind woman with the guests. Breakfast with packaged products unfortunately, although every day the fridge was full of juices, yogurt, fruit, and water. We would have preferred obviously fresh local products like typical Sardinian sweets! We had a great time and we recommend it. Room prices are a bit high!

Excellent accommodation. The very kind Mrs. Angela did not let us miss anything for a beautiful stay in Villasimius. Excellent breakfast, in compliance with anti-Covid regulations, clean room every day, as well as bathroom towels. The owner Mrs. Angela is very kind and helpful. We found a fridge in the room stocked with everything, from breakfast to snacks with fresh seasonal fruit. Cleaning 10 out of 10. Easy to move around, the property is located just a stone's throw from the center and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed at Angela's place for a week in August and I can assure you that it surprised us day by day. Let's start with Angela who was very kind and satisfied any request we had, she even came to pick us up and take us back to the bus station. Then, the cleanliness is fantastic, not to mention the breakfast. Every day in the room we had packaged brioches, cookies, cereals, pastries and in the fridge in the room there was always water, various juices, various yogurts, fruits, in short, a top service that we did not expect, so a splendid surprise. Also, outside the room, we had the possibility to wash our swimsuits in an organized corner with detergents and clotheslines. We even took advantage of the umbrellas provided by Angela. Usually we have to buy them and then always leave them there since we travel by plane. Last thing, the location... In a 5-minute walk you are on the main street (via Umberto, I think), where in the evening you can take a walk and find bars, restaurants, etc. In short, we were amazed and satisfied. If I have to find the only negative thing, I could say the coffee machine outside the room... We used to wake up around 9:30, so we heard the noise every time a customer selected their drink... For the rest, fantastic experience and wonderful Angela.

Excellent guest house just a short walk from the center but very quiet (outside the evening ZTL), large bathroom with shower and hairdryer available, air conditioning and fridge filled daily with fruits, juices, yogurt and water. Linen changed daily and sheets every 3 days. Mrs. Angela is very kind and welcoming. Parking available right outside or a short walk from the property (free). The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away (Simius beach). Also available for guests for free are beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommended!

Finally a new structure with a host attentive to offering a good service and not just cashing in from an overnight stay, as many seasonal accommodation facilities do nowadays. A must review, elements that are no longer a given to find, as frequent travelers know: Firstly, attention to the cleanliness of the room every morning and the presence of a mattress protector that already shows a particular attention to hygiene. Finally, even a shower with abundant water flow and drainage that doesn't cause problems. Extremely kind host and central location only increase the likelihood of return and booking for the next vacation.

Wonderful stay at a simple, comfortable, clean, and absolutely functional property in the city center (reachable on foot in 3 minutes). Excellent value for money. We had a great time at Affittacamere Da Angela, we recommend this place to everyone. The lady provided us with a private parking space, closed by a gate, for our motorbike. Nothing was missing, there was everything we could need, even two bottles of cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival.

What to say if not thank you Angela. Brand new, spotless, precise and well-kept structure. The room is very spacious with impeccable daily cleaning! Television, bedside tables, large wardrobe, small table (for breakfast) and a very useful refrigerator with ice packs for the cooler bag, and if you don't have the cooler bag, no problem Angela lends it to you. Angela also provides umbrellas, beach chairs and wind stakes (all free of charge). In the room there are numerous power outlets, which is positive for me, and support points. The air conditioning is very silent. In addition, there are two large external washbasins available to everyone with detergent and clotheslines to hang everything necessary upon returning from the sea. It is a guesthouse so breakfast is not included but there are packaged snacks, cookies, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit, as well as juices and hot drinks, even though everything is fine, I would only recommend adding toast and jam, just to be picky. I recommend it to everyone, Angela's sweetness and courtesy are worth a visit to this structure. Angela thank you for the stay, you made it perfect.

Very central and welcoming structure. Host available to give advice on the town. Perhaps breakfast to be improved with more fresh bakery products.\n\nAvailable outdoor area for hanging clothes, where maybe a small roof could be provided to prevent unpleasant tricks from birds.

The structure is very nice, in an area very close to the center of Villasimius and with easy parking. In the rooms you can find all the comforts (air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer and ice packs available to customers, well-kept bathroom, small courtyard with a tub for washing swimsuits and towels, clotheslines, as well as a toilet with a shower outside the room for those who after check-out would like to, upon returning from the sea, take a shower). Honestly, it does not deserve the name of "affittacamere" as for the set of services it offers, I would consider it a real hotel. We were very satisfied with the services and especially with the kindness and availability of Mrs. Angela, truly lovely and ready to meet every need. We love Villasimius and surely now that we have discovered this structure, we will return to stay as the quality/courtesy/price ratio is optimal.

Everything super, the owner really thinks of everything. The rooms are equipped with every comfort (even ice packs for cooler bags in the freezer). Beautiful place located in the heart of Villasimius. Easy to reach, outside the limited traffic area and equipped with private parking for guests. Following the valuable advice of the very friendly and kind Mrs. Angela, we saw the most beautiful beaches and ate in the best restaurants. The entire structure is very clean, umbrellas and sunbeds are available for guests free of charge, simple but abundant breakfast. We had a great time. The property is simple and functional, and for our needs (without a car) it was an excellent solution, both for the central (yet quiet) location that allowed us to move towards the various (beautiful) beaches of Villasimius, and for some services offered that were very valuable to us (bicycles, beach umbrella). Everything was truly excellent. We were very satisfied with both the manager and the structure as well as the services they offer. They correctly informed us beforehand that breakfast was served through a vending machine for drinks and packaged pastries. However, you could use the vending machine for free throughout the day, at your convenience.
