Original and cozy Italian house, stunning views and perfect location - 15 minutes of drive to the beach and 15 minutes of walk to beautiful Casale Marittimo. Nice and clean swimming pool on the property. Perfect spot for vacation in Tuscany when you want to combine relaxing with sightseeing. We rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for a group of 6 people. Worth noting that there are some insects and lizards in the house, but it’s typical for countryside houses like this.

We only stayed one night at the accommodation, but it was a very nice experience, as the old farmhouse has a lot of charm and the view is priceless. And we were able to cook ourselves something to eat. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation and the facility were very clean, and the landlady was extremely friendly. We really liked the quiet location, and at the same time, you can reach several beaches by the sea in 15 minutes. There are also plenty of shopping options if you drive for 10 minutes.

A very welcoming place immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with a splendid view of the village of Casale, the adjacent countryside, and the natural reserve of Bibbona. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything necessary, each bedroom has a private bathroom, there is no air conditioning, but fans and ventilation allow for good management of the hot summer nights. Functional pool, although not very deep (no diving). Enchanting place, we will return!

The place, the bed and breakfast, was in a beautiful location with a view of the Tuscan hills. It was a large room, with a good-sized bathroom and a spacious living/kitchen area. Very clean and comfortable, with typical Tuscan charm. The host was lovely, always ready to answer questions, and their pet policy is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place.

The registration of guests and access to the property were facilitated by the girl who was always kind and accommodating. The structure is as it appears on the portal, beautiful, comfortable, with reserved parking and very clean. Unique notes: there was no Internet connection, both paid and free, and, like the other guests who had just arrived, it took us several minutes to figure out where the reception was.

We have been to this fantastic place many times, the location is fantastic. It's a shame that the pool, but also the area around the pool, was still closed at the end of May. In fact, the opening was scheduled for the second week. Contact with the landlady via WhatsApp was easy. The apartment was clean, but some things are very old: for example, the carpets are old, stained, and the edges are worn. Flushing the toilets is difficult and the taps drip and are very calcified. This area could see a marked improvement with few resources. The fact that there is no Wi-Fi anymore is definitely outdated. We love this place and felt comfortable. The value for money is good. We will definitely come back.

I stayed at Fattoria Podere I Luoghi, a fabulous place immersed in a living picture. The house is very spacious and cool with some shortcomings, such as the absence of a sofa to relax on and the malfunctioning of the mosquito nets. The pool is in a magnificent position, tranquility and peace.

Beautiful Farmhouse, in a very cute village, a few kilometers from the sea. Excellent value for money and very kind staff. The only flaw, if you can define it that way, is that the stairs are a bit uncomfortable, but it is a characteristic of the old farmhouses, considering that it is very rustic and with antique furniture, which reflects the place. In short, a beautiful holiday.

I stayed with my family for 4 days in September in an apartment. 4 fantastic days, we practically had the pool to ourselves, beautiful panorama and super quiet area. With a short walk (a bit tiring but useful to burn off what you eat and drink in these places, highly recommended also the farmhouse with excellent vegetarian/vegan choices... try the vegan chocolate truffle made with their oil) you reach the beautiful nearby village. We will definitely come back, thank you very much.
