From the moment we arrived at Fattoria Podere I Luoghi, we did not feel welcome. It took a long time to finish the administration before we received the keys, and they let us wait in the warm sun until finally, someone explained what was expected of us. It felt as if they did not trust us, even though we had already paid a significant part in advance. The rooms are nice and authentic but lack air conditioning, making them very warm during the night. With a Bed and Breakfast, we expected breakfast to be included, but this was not the case and it was also unclear. Throughout our stay, there was no contact at all with the owners. We felt as if we were persona non grata, which was very strange. The pictures show a swimming pool as if it is part of the property, but this was a bit of a walk outside the property. Since there was hardly anyone around to ask, we never found it. If the management had just welcomed us, showed us our rooms, and dealt with the administration at a later stage, our experience would have started off better. In short, we will never book this property again.

The good part was that the owner responded quickly to my request for an early check-in, and the room was ready around midday. The bad part is communication - no one was there or even came to see us during our stay. The description in the room was confusing. We booked including breakfast, and the description in the room said it would be served downstairs. However, the cleaning lady and the owner later said that they don't have the staff to serve breakfast, and we were sent to a cafe. We had to contribute €7 per person, which was very disappointing. Additionally, no one asked for our passports for registration. The worst thing of all was the heat in the room. No one can sleep there during the summer. Last week, temperatures were around 35°/36°C, and even after midnight, the temperature in the room on the 1st floor was over 30°C. The owner needs to invest in an air-conditioning system. We left 1 day earlier because we couldn't sleep, even after taking a shower. I sent this message via WhatsApp, but no one responded. We haven't seen the owner once. The toilet seat, which was broken when we arrived, was fixed a few hours later, which was positive. We went to the pool, but the description on the leaflets in the room was very poor. There were no sunshades at all, and the equipment was very basic. The description of the place (also on booking.com) is misleading. We will not stay there again unless there are rooms with air-con. The WiFi did not exist, despite the description saying it works in some rooms. Also, the signal from the phone reception is 'E', which is why we couldn't even send emails, etc. We were lucky to get a connection in certain areas. The dogs were barking (or at least one of them), and even their place looked poorly. All the previous comments were reading very positively when we booked in March, but today I found a comment on booking.com that confirmed our experience. We spent the last night in a different hotel further north, and although we paid twice for the night, we were happy that we moved out. It would have been nice if someone had spoken with us.

Our room looked nice, like the whole building, the location, the village. But there were a few faults in our room, such as the bed being uncomfortable, the mosquito nets being torn, the curtains being really dirty, there was no proper wardrobe to hang the clothes, and the bathroom without a window had inefficient lighting. Since there were very few guests - we only saw two in the three days we stayed there - we asked for another room and were told that it was all booked out! We must say that the standard was not good enough in relation to the price. This is a pity and the host should take better care of his place. If it helps, we can send you photos of the faults in the room we had.

Ancient structure externally well-kept and in line with the style of the Tuscan village, but inside the furniture and furnishings are a bit too dated, carpets whose cleanliness leaves much to be desired, a bathroom a bit dated with some pieces falling apart. Suite with no panoramic view but with a sofa bed whose mattress left much to be desired. Breakfast not on-site but to be consumed at the village bar (pleasant). Reheated dinner. Clean pool but without the shade of an umbrella, still pleasant for the panoramic view. In short, it's okay for a few nights, but overall it's not worth the money you spend.

I stayed at Fattoria Podere I Luoghi, a fabulous place immersed in a living picture. The house is very spacious and cool with some shortcomings, such as the absence of a sofa to relax on and the malfunctioning of the mosquito nets. The pool is in a magnificent position, tranquility and peace.

Beautiful structure, in a charming place. The exteriors are well-kept, with relaxing corners facing the panorama of the Tuscan hills. The outdoor dining area and the lounge under a patio with plenty of books are very evocative. However, I regret to point out a sore point, which I really recommend the managers to consider: the breakfast is not at all up to the standard of the structure. The bread is packaged sandwich bread, the brioches are supermarket-bought and a bit stale, the cakes are not homemade, and the jam comes in a tiny jar. It would take very little... fresh bread, even the Tuscan one from dinner, fresh brioches or at least frozen and heated at the moment, a few more choices of jams, fresh fruit. I have visited many hotels in Alto Adige and breakfast has always been a strong point. I hope this criticism is taken constructively, because that is my intention, given that the managers have done a great and beautiful job to make their agriturismo attractive and competitive.

The price is excessive for the level of the offer. It is unthinkable that the wifi is only available in the common areas... which are closed. The restaurant closed for low season is the second flaw. The room was icy with no possibility of temperature adjustment, the supply of towels was barely sufficient for one person. And to finish, The bed had inadequate mattresses for a structure that advertises quality.

Signora Rotondo ci aspettavamo questa sua recensione. Iniziamo ricordandovi che avete prenotato e cancellato il soggiorno 4 volte e non abbiamo mai voluto addebitarvi le penali di cancellazione (ma forse era meglio così dopo la prima disdetta non avreste più riprenotato. Il ristorante è chiuso poiché è stagionale. Forse (sicuramente) lei non sa cosa sia un agriturismo e che le ore lavoro agricole di trasformano il giornale di apertura. Quindi per legge possiamo aprire 120 giorni l’anno. Per la prossima stagione ci informeremo sul suo periodo di vacanza per poter aprire quando sarete in zona. La camera era bollente (e del resto ci sono 20 gradi ancora di giorno ci fa ridere che parli di camere ghiacciate come se fuori fossimo a -4) e nella stanza avete un termostato con cui regolare la temperatura che probabilmente non avete visto e anzi che chiedere a noi come poter fare avete preferito tacere per poi sfogarvi qui. Il letto è lodato da tutti quindi questa sua affermazione è solamente denigratoria. Gli asciugamani forniti sono 2 viso 2 doccia e 2 bidet per ovviamente 2 persone. Quanti ve ne servivano ancora? Il Wi-Fi come indicato in tutte le descrizioni è solo nelle zone comuni che essendo esterne non capiamo come possano non essere accessibili. Ma anche qui, domandare è troppo facile perché poi se la risposta è esauriente toglie la possibilità a persone come voi di poter scrivere delle recensioni come questa. In ogni caso cosa aggiungere riguardo ad una persona che ancora non era entrata dal cancello e già aveva la faccia di quella a cui mi sarebbe andato bene niente nemmeno se si fosse trovata all’hilton? Ma perché non evitate di andare in vacanza se il solo scopo di uscire di casa è quello di essere cattivi, acidi e non farsi andare bene niente?

The lady who welcomed us was very courteous and down to earth. The structure is very clean and welcoming. The only downside is that the rooms are lacking a television and Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast is a bit meager with prepackaged food. As a base to access the major Tuscan locations, good location.

Beautiful Farmhouse, in a very cute village, a few kilometers from the sea. Excellent value for money and very kind staff. The only flaw, if you can define it that way, is that the stairs are a bit uncomfortable, but it is a characteristic of the old farmhouses, considering that it is very rustic and with antique furniture, which reflects the place. In short, a beautiful holiday.

We were looking for a place to relax and distract ourselves from the city routine and the choice was perfect, enchanting place furnished with attention and care with antique furniture full of charm, dinner and breakfast related to a farmhouse that gives you taste, contact with nature, and the pleasure of not having to move upon your return. Welcoming and kind staff always ready to meet your needs. We recommend trying it.

I stayed with my family for 4 days in September in an apartment. 4 fantastic days, we practically had the pool to ourselves, beautiful panorama and super quiet area. With a short walk (a bit tiring but useful to burn off what you eat and drink in these places, highly recommended also the farmhouse with excellent vegetarian/vegan choices... try the vegan chocolate truffle made with their oil) you reach the beautiful nearby village. We will definitely come back, thank you very much.
