Villa Caterina is found outside Levanto, Liguria, immersed in a hilly Mediterranean landscape.

Located in a very peaceful area, it is just two kilometers from the hold town center and the beach, and eight km from the 5 TERRE NATIONAL PARK.

Guests will find: a pleasant atmosphere with common areas inside the house, a garden, where breakfast is served during the summer, parking in front of the house, a pass to park free of charge in the town center and the environs of the train station.

The owner, Vittorio, speaks English and French.

Together with his family, he's always available and glad to help, providing information and tips on how to discover this unique territory.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

We had a great time at the BnB everyone was very welcoming indeed. We would very much recommend the accommodation. It was like staying at home. We even had our own shelf in the fridge. Which was needed it was hot! The Garden was an extra bonus to me as I am a gardener. it looked fantastic with much interest, views and colour. Many thanks to all at Villa Caterina.

Vittorio is very welcoming and gives good advice. Moreover, he speaks French and it is very appreciated. The parking badge is a real advantage, it allows easy movement in Levanto. The house is very clean and very pretty.

What a lovely encounter we had with Vittorio, discreet and caring! The property is very beautiful, located in a peaceful area, much appreciated after a day in the Cinque Terre. The room is comfortable with a view of a lovely terrace and the breakfast is plentiful. The parking pass provided by Vittorio allows free parking from Levanto station, the starting point for wonderful hikes, by foot, by train or by boat. A great address to share without moderation! We had a pleasant stay at Agriturismo Villa Caterina, in the quiet at the foot of the hills with a beautiful garden. The room was very pleasant and impeccably clean. The breakfasts served by Vittorio on the terrace were delicious; we could exchange with our host who speaks very good French and was of good advice for our visits and hikes. The villa is very well located to visit the Cinque Terre; we recommend this place for a holiday in the heart of Italy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le B&B de Vittorio. Pour commencer, l'établissement est isolé et entouré de verdure et de fleurs ce qui rend le lieu extrêmement agréable et calme. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont vraiment très propres et sont toutes à proximité de la terrasse. Concernant le petit déjeuner. Excellent ! Un morceau de focaccia fraîche tous les matins, des tisanes bio, des yaourts bio, des fruits frais, du jus frais, du bon pain, du muesli..Qualité et quantité sont au rendez-vous. L'établissement est à 5 minutes de la gare et de la mer en voiture. Le gros plus: le badge de parking compris dans le pix de la chambre, nous permettant de nous garer à la gare et dans la ville très facilement. Vittorio est une personne extrêmement serviable, à l'écoute et agréable. Il nous a accueilli en prenant le temps de nous expliquer pleins de choses sur la ville et les 5 terres. Ce séjour était vraiment très agréable, aucun point négatif et je recommande fortement le B&B de Vittorio!

L'accueil professionnel et la gentillesse de Vittorio qui s'exprime en Français, ses conseils sont très utiles notamment pour visiter les Cinque Terre et la région. La villa Caterina est charmante elle dispose de 4 chambres, notre chambre avait un grand lit, une salle de bain confortable, un lit enfant et un local pour le rangement, la décoration est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est servi par Vittorio à qui on peut demander les conseils du jour. Avec le prix de la chambre nous bénificions d'un passe pour la gratuité de certains parkings de la ville Levanto notamment celui de la gare (qui est à 5 mm de la villa). Nous avons pris un "Cinque Terre Pass" à la gare pour 2 jours ainsi on profite des nombreux trains pour visiter les villages des Cinque Terre.

Tres belle maison, tres beau jardin, chambre très bien. Frigo à disposition, la pause the pouvant être pris sur les différentes terrasses. Un espace pour chaque chambre. Hôtes charmants et tres discret. Le plus la carte de stationnement. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous étions trois un adulte une enfant de 12 ans et un chien.

Accueil très, très chaleureux de Vittorio et ses parents. La chambre était très, très agréable et très, très propre et très, très jolie comme l'ensemble de la villa. Les petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin sont excellents et copieux. Vittorio qui parle très bien français, nous a donné de précieux renseignements pour le déroulement de notre séjour. Quel plaisir, en fin d'après-midi, quand on rentre de ballade de prendre un thé dans le jardin, en écoutant le chant des oiseaux. Un lieu paradisiaque, à recommander sans retenue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos cinq jours à la villa Caterina. Excellente adresse pour découvrir les Cinque Terre. Maison d’hôtes dans un endroit très calme tout en étant proche du centre de Levanto (5 mn en voiture). Vittorio, le propriétaire, est très attentionné. Tout était impeccable. Chambres spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements. Très grande propreté dans toute la maison. Parking privé juste devant la maison. Petit-déjeuner très copieux avec des produits de qualité, pris dans le jardin durant tout notre séjour car la météo le permettait. Possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine pour boire une boisson chaude par exemple en soirée. Mise à disposition très appréciable d’une carte de parking permettant de se stationner gratuitement dans le parking de la gare de Levanto et d’autres parking en ville (pour aller dîner au restaurant par exemple, au départ de randonnées ou prendre le bateau depuis Levanto).

Excellente adresse, au grand calme, tout en étant proche de la ville et de la gare. Dans une maison ancienne rénovée avec goût, à environ 900m de la gare. Parking privé. Tout à fait pratique pour le départ vers les 5 Terre, les restaurants. Chambre très agréable, charmante et lumineuse, literie très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Boissons chaudes et réfrigérateur à disposition. Accueil très aimable de Vittorio, le propriétaire, qui est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, tout en restant très discret. Nous avons suivi à la lettre ses conseils judicieux pour les randonnées, la découverte des 5 Terre, les restaurants et tout était parfait. Stationnement gratuit en ville et sur le parking de la gare grâce au pass mis à disposition gratuitement. Vraiment appréciable ! Excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci beaucoup Vittorio!

Cet établissement est vraiment excellent; lieu très calme, chambres et locaux spacieux, propres, aménagés avec goût. literie excellente; Jardin magnifique. Les PDJ sont servis dans le jardin (si beau temps). Ils sont très copieux et le service est parfait. Le propriétaire est d une gentillesse remarquable qui vous fait apprécié d autant plus les lieux. Il vous donne tous les renseignements nécessaires et plus si besoin. La carte permettant des parkings gratuits dans Levanto est vraiment appréciable. Nous recommandons à 100% cet établissement.

Très bon accueil et très bons conseils de Vittorio tout au long de notre séjour. Environnement calme et verdoyant, jolie maison, chambre confortable. Un peu éloigné du bourg (voiture nécessaire) mais un laissez passer permet de se garer gratuitement en ville. Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine pour boisson chaudes, réchauffer un plat, mettre des aliments au frais.

Un ami m'a conseillé la villa Caterina et je le recommanderai à mon tour. Notre hôte Vittorio est trés accueillant, disponible et trés agréable. Il parle français ce qui est un réel avantage et nous a bien conseillé. La villa et le jardin fleuri sont trés bien entretenus et arrangés avec goût. Nous étions un peu excentré au calme et nous nous sommes sentis magnifiquement bien pendant ces 2 jours. Trés bien situé par rapport au cinque terre, nous étions prés de la gare mais aussi prés de l'embarcadère pour le bateau.

Agriturismo Villa Caterina is a charming small accommodation, lovingly decorated, without frills. Everything you need is there. The cozy seating - stone terrace - is nestled in the greenery right by the rooms. You can sit outside for a long time. The location is quiet and very convenient for exploring the Cinque Terre. Levanto town can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The path is okay, just a short stretch without a pedestrian path, which is tiring as it is very chaotic. You also receive a parking permit which allows you to park there for free. Levanto offers nice places to eat or simply stroll. Host Vittorio seems to run his accommodation with joy. He is warm, attentive, and has many useful tips for the holiday. He always has time for a chat if you want. Breakfast is simple and with local products. We enjoyed it. Warm greetings to Vittorio.

Il soggiorno a Villa Caterina è stato veramente piacevole, grazie all'accoglienza e alla disponibilità di Vittorio e di suo padre, persone davvero squisite; all'ambiente, alle piante e ai fiori che creano un'oasi di pace; ai pochi minuti di distanza dal centro di Levanto e dal mare e al pass per il parcheggio che è proprio la classica ciliegina sulla torta. Abbiamo soggiornato, io e la mia compagna, presso il B&B Villa Caterina per 2 notti. L'ospitalità del titolare, Vittorio, è stata veramente encomiabile, la sua cortesia e premura senza paragoni. Quello che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è la tranquillità del posto. Altro elemento che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il pass per i parcheggi che è compreso nel costo del soggiorno, un'attenzione davvero squisita. Consiglio vivamente Villa Caterina a chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo. Molto comodo anche come base di partenza per visitare le 5 terre.

Villa Caterina si trova in una zona collinare a pochi minuti di auto dal mare, è immersa nel verde ed è l'ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dal caos del paese. La struttura è ben curata, le stanze e i luoghi in comune molto puliti e ordinati, la colazione è abbondante (buonissima la focaccia fresca tutte le mattine) con prodotti biologici. Ottimo servizio è il pass gratuito per parcheggiare l'auto in paese.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile. Struttura davvero bella ed immersa nel verde. Rilassante, accogliente e con tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta da un Bed and Breackfast come si deve. Situato a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni che in breve tempo ti portano ovunque attraverso le 5 terre. L'unico punto non raggiungibile in treno è PortoVenere che si può raggiungere in Traghetto. Come faccio a sapere tutte queste cose? Grazie a Vittorio, il gentilissimo proprietario. Sempre disponibile. Molto cordiale. Fornisce addirittura il pass per parcheggiare l'auto nei due principali parcheggi di Levanto e vi dirà tutto quello che c'è da sapere. Che dire. Serviti e riveriti. Io sono rimasto davvero contento. Il prezzo è davvero giusto per noi poveri italiani, soprattutto se si pensa che per mangiare fuori nelle 5 terre ci vuole un piccolo capitale! Problema risolvivibile con la cucina in comune messa a disposizione nella struttura, munita di tutti i comfort! Io purtroppo non ho usufruito perché ero tutto il giorno fuori, perso nei meandri di borghi e spiagge meravigliosi. La colazione è tipica italiana, con in più delle buonissime focacce prese da un forno locale. Le camere sono molto belle, curate e molto pulite. Forse la TV è un po' piccola, ma, in fondo, chi ha tempo per la TV? Per finire: Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo posto di partenza per visitare le 5 terre. Appena fuori dal paese di levanto in zona tranquillissima. Viene dato un pass per poter parcheggiare gratuitamente in tutta levanto, anche di fronte alla stazione! Locali curatissimi e con pulizia estrema. Colazione fresca e abbondante. Cordialità massima! Super Consigliato.
