SOGGIORNO PEZZATI DANIELA
Our Family-owned inn B&B is located in historic building of 1500, second floor (no lift) new restailing year 2012, in the center of Florence in the area San Lorenzo, within 10 minute walking distance of the Santa Maria Novella train station (500 meters), Congress Palace (500 meters), Fortezza da Basso (600 meters) and the Piazza del Duomo (500 meters) and the most important museums and monuments.

#Our rooms are renew on year 2012, confortable equipped with private bathroom (with shower); quiet and bright, our rooms also have mini-refrigerators, tv color, phon, WI-FI Free, with kettle making facilities tea.

# If you have the rate with breakfast we provided in the room the tea, coffee, cappuccino with food every day.

All rooms with heating in winter and air-conditioning in summer.

In the hall you can find a microwave and maschine for express caffe for using our guestes.

We can make a reservation for the museums or for tour in Florence or in other towns.

WI-FI FREE in alla rooms.

We are in ZTL BUT you can arrive in front our place with the car, but you MUST parking the car in a garage with suitable price be tween 21 to 25 euro a day located in front our place, otherwise parking your car in the blu line in the street in about 500 to 800 meters from here and no paymant on Sunday and Holiday But in this case please not enter in ZTL.

We are present in the Soggiorno every day from 08: 30 to 13: 30 but if your arrival will be late..no problem we can make an appointment with us or we can give you the code with keyboard for enter alone, please inform us some days before..

There is no curfew as we will leave you with keys to the building so that you may come and go as you like. Managed by the owner Daniela and are assistant, the inn offers quiet and confortable accomodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela. It was well located, close to the station and also within easy walking distance to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Academia and more. Daniela’s communication was great and everything felt easy. The room was small but lovely, extremely clean and quiet. We loved having access to the kitchen and the breakfast items provided. We would definitely recommend the Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela.

Brilliant place, quiet, very central. If you have big luggage, be aware that there is no lift. Other than that, people were extremely friendly. I speak broken Italian, and the lad spoke broken English, but he made an incredible effort to provide help. Great place, great people.

Very central accommodation, all attractions are very close (5 to 15 minutes on foot). Mrs. Pezzati and her son Alex are very friendly and helpful. Parking very close (200m). All in all, the Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela is highly recommended.

Overall the stay was positive and without any kind of issue or unexpected events. Therefore, I feel comfortable recommending the property and will return if needed. The only things missing are: mosquito nets on the windows (although there is an electric anti-mosquito device in the room) and the shower tray, the absence of which causes the bathroom to flood when taking a shower.

Mrs. Daniela is a really helpful and welcoming person, the structure equipped with all the comforts fully met our expectations, the area is very central but not noisy or chaotic, close to the station, the center, and the main attractions that the city offers. The structure is exactly as seen in the photos here. The environment is fragrant, clean, and very welcoming. It is located right in the center, and in about 4/5 minutes you reach the Duomo Square. The B&B is very quiet despite being in the center; for example, when I went there were road works about 50 meters from the B&B, but inside you couldn't hear anything at all. The beds are memory foam and very comfortable, especially after a whole day in Florence. I really recommend this B&B for a good value for money and for the warm welcome of the owner Daniela!

Historical structure located a few steps from the center in a quiet area, easy to reach on foot. The accommodation is very welcoming and the rooms with private bathroom have TV, air conditioning, and a kettle for a cup of tea: practically nothing was missing! The kitchen offers a wide selection of breakfast foods (there was even soy milk for those who are intolerant like me). The manager is very helpful and kind, my family and I had a great time. If I were to find myself in Florence again, I would come back here, I recommend it!

If you need to come by car, know that the structure is located in the ZTL, so either leave the vehicle outside of it or you can park the car at Sant'Orsola parking in via Sant'Orsola at a cost of 25€ per day. For the rest, the accommodation is very comfortable and well located near the most beautiful artistic attractions of Florence.

We stayed here only one night because in the previous nights we had used a structure present in a smartbox that had been given to us. Immediately we noticed that it was a much nicer, cleaner and well-kept place compared to the other one and we promised ourselves that we would definitely come back in the future. Unfortunately, the trip to Florence between a stolen wallet and various health problems was not very pleasant, but despite this, the total day of rest that we were able to enjoy in this structure, together with the kindness of the staff, warmed our hearts. Moreover, the location is great and nearby we found a really good trattoria! In short, rating 10.

I stayed at Daniela and Idania's from the 22nd to the 26th of May. I had a wonderful time. The single room, number 4, where I stayed for 3 nights is cute, like a little gem. Decorated with taste and very functional. But being quite small for longer stays of more than a couple of nights, when tiredness sets in, it's better to opt for the double room for single use. I actually stayed in the green room (The 7th) for the last two days of my stay and immediately found great benefit. Beautiful room, very bright, well-ventilated, and decorated with the good taste of the previous one. Even the bathroom is significantly more livable. Daniela was very helpful and kind right from the start, ready to advise me for every need. Idania is a wonderfully sunny girl who brings contagious cheerfulness. I will definitely return to them as soon as I have the opportunity to come back to Florence. Thank you very much girls, see you soon.

Great welcome, the apartment was large, clean and original. Finely furnished and well equipped, with exposed roof and beams. Located on the second floor without a lift, in a typical house in Florence. The bedroom is small but the bed is very large and comfortable. The kitchen also has a sofa bed. The bathroom is decently large even though the sink is rather small (to open the door) and you risk wetting the floor while washing. Still beautiful and absolutely recommendable.

La Sig. ra Daniela gestisce questa struttura dal 1992 è stata una delle prime a Firenze ad aprire questa tipologia di ospitalità.... si avvale di alcune collaboratrici che l'aiutano nella gestione, nelle pulizie e nell'accoglienza, purtroppo non può essere sempre presente perché ha due bellissimi bambini che deve anche seguire come mamma.... potrebbe essere che in alcune occasione possiate vederla insieme a loro, perché abitando molto vicino al B&B vogliono curiosamente vedere le persone che la mamma accoglie nella loro grande casa.... Daniela è una gentilissima persona sempre disponibile ad aiutarvi, mettendovi il più possibile a vostro agio, vi può aiutare a pianificare al meglio il vostro soggiorno a Firenze...chiedete pure il suo aiuto o quello dei suoi collaboratori.... vi sentirete al sicuro....

Located in a historical building in the heart of Florence, this family owned Bed & Breakfast is a diamond in the rough. After you venture up to the 2nd floor and arrive at the Soggiorno Pezzati, one can expect to see simple, yet tasteful styled hallways decorated with colourful paintings.

This quiet and small Bed & Breakfast has six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, that are each decorated individually and can be booked as a single, double or triple occupancy room.

Each room comes equipped with a color tv, a mini refrigerator, a tea/coffee kettle, heating in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, clean sheets and towels, and daily housekeeping.

The Soggiorno Pezzati that is owned and operated by Daniela Pezzati and her assistant who are always present from 8: 30 to 13: 00 everyday and can be present at the Bed and Breakfast after 13: 00 upon appointment.
