It was cozy and sweet and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the Politecnico di Milano, and there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with a direct connection to the city center, so the location was excellent and, all things considered, also quite peaceful. The host was very kind and pleasant.

Buongiorno , Mi spiace che la sig.a Alessia non sia stata contenta di aver soggiornato presso di me. L'ambiente è confortevole, con la possibilità per gli ospiti di dormire in camere separate, essendoci una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto in sala. Entrambi i letti erano stati previsti. Purtroppo la signora è capitata in un periodo molto richiesto, cioè quello delle Olimpiadi, in cui i prezzi sono stati generalmentr maggiorati. Io ho richiesto 100 euro al giorno per il.bilocale, che non mi sembra un prezzo elevato, considerando inoltre che l'ospedale si raggiunge a piedi. Mi spiace perché io ci tengo molto ai miei ospiti e spero sempre che siano soddisfatti. Francesca

Everything went very well from arrival to departure. The small apartment (the others were occupied) was nice and above all clean, with everything that can be useful in a house. Right outside the house there is a bus stop and 100 meters away tram 5 to the central station. A large supermarket is just a stone's throw away, right under the building: pharmacy, tobacco shop, café, hot food restaurant, in short, everything is within reach. On Saturday there is a large market where you can find everything and above all we found the kindness and availability of Mrs. Francesca. We hope to return but ...in.

I stayed for a period in this accommodation and I had a great time. Clean apartment, with all the comforts. The location is ideal for those who need the National Cancer Institute. Nearby there are also supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation. I heartily thank Mrs. Francesca, a friendly and very kind person. My stay at your facility was unforgettable and I hope to have the opportunity to return, but this time just for a pleasure vacation. Highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to stay for a short period, along with my parents, at the apartment of Mrs. Francesca. Very clean and bright apartment, well ventilated and in a convenient location for supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, bus stops, and tram (line 5). Located in an excellent position for those who unfortunately need to go to the Istituto dei Tumori in Milan (5 min walk). The owner Francesca is an exceptional person. Welcoming, always very helpful and generous. She showed her closeness throughout the stay. Really a fantastic person, thank you very much. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment in the Città Studi area, with a well-equipped kitchen for long stays, a large bathroom and two spacious rooms with really beautiful antique furniture. There is also the possibility to enjoy the fresh air of summer evenings thanks to the two terraces. Although in Milan for reasons other than a pleasure trip, the stay was pleasant having a house available to cook and relax as if at home. The prices are really affordable especially in relation to what is offered. The area is very well served, with many bars and public transport. 10 minutes from Linate. The services offered (right under the house, next to the door) are numerous including: the pharmacy; tobacco bar where you can have breakfast, lunch, buy newspapers etc; take-away pizzeria with a wide choice of dishes for lunches and dinners, bakery, laundry. Very close to the apartment there are also small or large markets for shopping, as well as ice cream shops, hairdressers, beauty centers and shops of all kinds. On Saturday morning there is a very nice and well-stocked market a few steps from home! One thing to highlight in particular is the kindness of Mrs. Francesca, a truly exquisite and very helpful person, attentive to every request! Really very satisfied! Great location, bus stop right outside the house: in 20 minutes you can reach Piazza San Babila. Small apartments but very clean, nothing is missing: dishes, towels, dish soap, etc.

Wonderful stay, very convenient B&B location, all comfortable, nothing is missing. I will definitely return here as soon as possible. Perfect management and very kind owners. Only the Wi-Fi connection was missing but everything else is ok.
