Description
Independent and cosy apartments, completely at the guest’s disposal up to four people. Made up of a double room, a living room with a sofa bed (that can be used eventually as an additional bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower and two balconies. At your disposal: tv, washing machine, kitchenware and electric appliances (you can prepare warm dishes). The apartments are situated in Milano Città Studi close to the university district, relatively quiet neigborhood, with many shops, pizzerie, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Means of transport: 10 minutes by car from Linate Airport; bus n. 61 Terminal right outside the door; which brings you to the city-center (San Babila-Duomo) in about 15/20 minutes; tramway n. 5 brings you to the Central Station in about 20 minutes.

We kindly ask you not to smoke inside.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare per un breve periodo, insieme ai miei genitori, presso l'appartamento della Signora Francesca. Appartamento molto pulito e luminoso, ben arieggiato e in posizione comoda per supermercati, bar, farmacie, fermata autobus e tram (linea 5). Situato in un'ottima posizione per coloro che purtroppo hanno necessità di recarsi presso l'Istituto dei Tumori di Milano (5 min a piedi). La proprietaria Francesca è una persona eccezionale. Accogliente, sempre molto disponibile e generosa. Ha dimostrato la sua vicinanza durante tutto il soggiorno. Davvero una persona fantastica, la ringrazio tantissimo. Consiglio vivamente!

Appartamento ben collegato con il centro di Milano linea 61 sotto casa e linea 5 per la stazione centrale. Sempre sotto casa farmacia, bar tabacchi dove fare colazione, pranzare, pizzeria da asporto, panetteria e nelle immediate vicinanze piccoli o grandi market per fare la spesa. Poi la signora Francesca, persona gentilissima, molto cordiale e pronta per ogni eventuale richiesta.

Appartamento davvero molto carino in zona Città Studi, con cucina abitabile accessoriata anche per lunghi periodi, grande bagno e due camere spaziose con mobili d’epoca davvero belli. C’è anche la possibilità di godersi l’aria fresca delle serate estive grazie ai due terrazzi. Pur essendo a Milano per motivi diversi dalla vacanza di piacere, il soggiorno è stato gradevole avendo a disposizione una casa in cui cucinare e rilassarsi come a casa propria. I prezzi davvero accessibili soprattutto in relazione a ciò che viene offerto. La zona è servita benissimo, da tanti locali e mezzi pubblici. A 10 minuti da Linate. I servizi offerti (proprio sotto casa, accanto al portone) sono numerosi tra questi: la farmacia; bar tabacchi dove fare colazione, pranzare acquistare giornali etc; pizzeria da asporto con una scelta infinita di piatti per pranzi e cene, panetteria, lavanderia. Vicinissimi all’appartamento anche piccoli o grandi market per fare la spesa, e anche gelaterie, parrucchieri, centri di bellezza e negozi di ogni genere. Il sabato mattina c’è un mercato molto carino e fornito a pochi passi da casa! Cosa da segnalare in particolare è la gentilezza della Signora Francesca, persona davvero squisita e molto disponibile, attenta ad ogni richiesta! Davvero molto soddisfatta! Tornerò sicuramente nella prossima visita a Milano. Consigliatissima Teresa Home, a presto! Laura.

Posizione ottima, fermata dell'autobus sotto casa in 20 minuti si raggiunge Piazza San Babila. Appartamenti piccoli ma molto puliti, non manca niente, stoviglie asciugamani, sapone per i piatti ecc.

Soggiorno stupendo, posizione del B&B comodissima, tutto confortevole, non manca nulla. Ritornerò sicuramente quì appena possibile. Gestione perfetta e proprietari gentilissimi. Mancava solo la connessione wi-fi ma tutto il resto è ok.

Proprietari veramente gentili, struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, vicina ai mezzi di trasporto per ogni dove e vicinissima a supermercati, tabacchi, bar ecc. Insomma non mancava nulla.
