We booked the accommodation a few hours before arrival and received a reservation confirmation. Upon timely arrival in the early evening, however, the room had already been assigned to other guests. Another room was not available. The hostess did try to accommodate us at another B&B.

Very quiet, surrounded by apple trees. Absolutely clean and cozy. We were passing through and stayed overnight only once, heavenly quiet. Mrs. Carin very friendly and accommodating. We often go to Southern Italy and will definitely stay there more often. We even had our two dogs with us and there is also space for the car. See you soon!

Great accommodation for those looking for a good quality price ratio. Located just outside Bolzano in the midst of apple orchards, but in 5 minutes by car you are in the city center. Peace and silence are definitely at home. A small flaw, the bidet was missing in the bathroom of my room. Otherwise, recommended, I would definitely return.

Quiet place among vineyards and apple orchards. The owner is very kind. Too bad there is no breakfast, only the classic kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Mostly it's just a "bed" No breakfast... Overall good.

Mrs. Carin was very kind and helpful. The four rooms were all occupied by my family and we had a great time. The rooms were completely renovated, set amidst apple trees and therefore absolutely quiet and peaceful in the evening. It's a shame there is no breakfast, otherwise it would have been a perfect place. In any case, very convenient for traveling by car. Small suggestion: add hooks for towels in the bathrooms. If we come back to the area with a bit more time to explore, we will definitely take advantage of the same place! Thank you, Carin.

New and beautiful structure, in a quiet location but at the same time easy enough to reach. The room where we stayed was well-kept and quite spacious. In conclusion, a positive evaluation, the only "missing" thing was that I could not pay everything electronically but only in cash, but as far as the stay is concerned, I would say everything is ok!

Excellent structure, convenient to the Bolzano Fair, which we were interested in visiting. The villa is surrounded by the famous apple orchards of Trentino Alto Adige, which makes it a very characteristic location. The owner was very kind and left us a nice basket of apples in our room upon our return.

The villa is surrounded by apple trees south of Bolzano, near the military airport, in an industrial area. The center is easily reachable by car or by bicycle; the surrounding countryside is very quiet despite the presence of the airport. The managers are truly exquisitely cordial and the villa, as well as the rooms, are elegantly furnished. The garden is very tidy. The children were welcomed with enthusiasm. We really relaxed.
