Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Everything was perfect although we would have appreciated a savoury choice at breakfast such as plain bread, egg, cheese, ham.

We stayed for 2 days at Il Borgo del Fattore B&B in a beautiful village. Very beautiful structure and immersed in an oasis of absolute tranquility. Rooms very clean and the staff's welcome was very friendly and kind. To come back.

Ottima struttura, molto confortevole. Cura del B&B per quanto riguarda spazi verdi e pulizia. I gestori sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili. La colazione servita la mattina della partenza comprendeva torte e muffin prodotti da loro stessi (buonissimi).
