Description
Casa Fattorini is a duplex with an apartment occupied by the owner and an apartment used as a B&B and fully independent again. The B&B consists of 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single, two bathrooms, terrace, dining room and kitchen. Absolutely perfect for families or couples.

It offers a rich breakfast with a variety of pastries and homemade jams. Located 5 minutes from the beach, city center and the railway station.

Two lines of public bus stops in front of the gate. Free public parking in front.

Absolutely recommended! The Casa Fattorini B&B is very welcoming, clean, and tastefully decorated down to the smallest details. The breakfast is very plentiful; the city center is less than a 10-minute drive away! And if that's not enough, the owners are fantastic, helpful, and welcoming.

The room that hosted us was called Room of Cuddles... it says it all. Elegance and good taste in the structure, cuddles from the managers Sauro and Marilena, breakfasts to lick your mustache and bicycles to reach the sea.

Coccole nella stanza delle coccole. Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questo sfizioso B&B che lo consigliamo a tutti voi con tutto il cuore. È una struttura molto nuovo, arredata con molto buon gusto, pulitissima e con le camere di un amore dolce, tutte con dei nomi particolari: la stanza della creatività, la stanza dei sogni, la stanza delle coccole (la nostra) che se vai in coppia ti senti veramente coccolato. Grazie ai proprietari per la disponibilità, la discrezione ed ospitalità che ci hanno offerto, i dolcetti della casa sono una divinità da leccarsi i baffi. Sicuramente torneremo in questo angolo di paradiso e anche a Fano, la città della fortuna con un mare bellissimo e con tantissimo obiettivi turistici da visitare intorno (Candelara, Gradara, Urbino.. ecc).

Gentilezza e capacità sono le caratteristiche professionali dei signori Fattorini. Ma le caratteristiche umane, la disponibilità, la cortesia, sono intrinseche nel loro animo. Difficile trovare della brava gente così che ospitano nel loro bed lavoratori e turisti di ogni parte d'Italia. Se passate da Fano per un giro turistico o per affari prenotate il Bed and Breakfast Fattorini e capirete che la mia opinione è fondata.

Alloggio Ok e i proprietari sono delle persone veramente disponibili e alla mano. I locali sono perfetti, puliti, in ordine, con arredi nuovi e tutto si presenta molto bene. Ben collocato rispetto alla città di Fano e alle zone limitrofe.

Sauro and Marilena Fattorini run for two years now this cute Bed and Breakfast just minutes from the sea. People who visit the B & B are not customers, but people "at home" treated with the utmost care and hospitality. Marilena does not hesitate to make you find a rich breakfast with homemade cakes while Sauro can answer all your questions logistical, areas to visit, how to move towards the sea or towards the hills.
