From this philosophy is born KALINIKTA a Bed and Breakfast of premier quality. The structure is composed of 3 spacious and bright rooms furnished with elegance and charm: ITACA (Suite), ULISSE (Superior) and PENELOPE (Standard). The facilities are a perfect mix of design, art and tradition and create a very warm atmosphere. The summer garden is the ideal environment to relax and breakfast, to listen good music, read a newspaper and/or to have a work meeting. The privileged position (250 meters from the sea), the excellent service, the food of high quality and the numerous services make it one of the best in Calabria.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Nice welcome by the familie. Well located with regard to the beach and the centre although Locri is not so exciting. Excellent breakfast with home made products. The bath room was a little bit small.

Gusto, creatività e armonia in un ambiente piacevole dove abbiamo potuto riposarci in una giornata molto calda, ma soprattutto grazie alle preziosissime informazioni arricchire ulteriormente la nostra tappa: purtroppo il tempo a disposizione era breve, ma sicuramente il soggiorno ha contribuito a mettere in programma un ritorno. Anche la collocazione, comodissima per raggiungere il museo e altre località, con facilità di parcheggio, è risultata apprezzabile. Grazia e Roberto.

Ho soggiornato con mia sorella in questa struttura. Location curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulitissima, ed arredata in modo estremamente minimal chic, FANTASTICO! Raramente mi sono sentita a casa riuscendo persino a camminare a piedi nudi (segno di estrema sensazione di pulito). Massimo, proprietario del B&B, e la sua famiglia riescono a darti calore e accoglienza. GRAZIE e, a prestissimo. Ps: consigliatissimo.
