I stayed only one night and did not have time to fully enjoy the property. It certainly deserves a longer, more relaxed stay. The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality was equally good.

Old structure, with some heating problems in the bathroom with bathtub. Which is no longer used! Shower curtain missing! I stayed for one night and found several bugs inside the apartment. Since I am allergic to dust, I noticed that it had not been cleaned at all. Upon arrival, we found the environment still cold, which the owner should have ensured we found the room heated. I recommend a complete renovation.

Buonasera! I bagni, come la facciata dell'Intero edificio sono stati ristrutturati nel 2015. Comunque bagni e camere sono così come si vedono in foto. Gli insetti in inverno non ci sono, non resistono con le gelate, non siamo a Napoli che ci possono essere 15/20 gradi anche a febbraio. Abbiamo comunque le zanzariere per i periodi più miti. Le pulizie vengono fatte praticamente tutti i giorni, se c'era qualche punto in cui era rimasta della polvere, se ci ha chiamato per avere una stufa elettrica per il bagno, ci avrebbe potuto disturbare anche per non avere disagi con la sua allergia.

Location in the open countryside immersed in silence. Comfortable bed. Breakfast area very beautiful. Some details did not make the stay perfect: a strong smell of smoke in the room (blame it on uncivilized customers and not the manager). Being in the open countryside, a kettle and some drinks would make the stay more enjoyable, and last but not least, a couple of glasses in the bathroom.

The B&B Dei Paduli is in the middle of the countryside, in a very quiet and easy to reach location, and has a large parking area. It consists of two renovated buildings while maintaining the traditional character (one used to be a cellar). The room where I stayed was clean, quiet, and the bed very comfortable, with a view of the countryside. I will definitely come back if I have to stay in the area again.

We stayed at the B&B Dei Paduli for two nights, sleeping in the room on the second floor. I specify this because I read reviews complaining about insects in the room and poor cleanliness. The B&B is located in the countryside, which I believe is its main asset; obviously, living in the countryside, one must coexist in a context where a few little insects may enter the room, especially in ground floor rooms. We found a very spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a green view from all the windows, comfortable beds, and warm duvets. Bath linens and large bottles of hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. In the room, there was only a small spider in a high spot. Logistically, the B&B is about 300 meters from the breakfast room, with a path that has some bumps through the fields. It's a pleasant walk on foot. At breakfast, we found cakes, yogurt, fruit, jams, and biscuits, as well as milk, coffee, and cappuccino made to order. It was satisfying for us, perhaps less so for different tastes (salty). I conclude with a note of appreciation (in a B&B, it's what is most appreciated compared to a cold hotel treatment) towards the owner and the mother with whom we chatted before leaving. We will definitely meet again.

We are sorry to have to give a low rating to the property, especially for breakfast. It is served in a beautiful room, but not heated, as both the radiators and the pellet stove were off. This forced us to stay in our jackets. The outside temperature was just above zero. The first morning there was some assortment, although scarce. The second morning, at 7:20, there was almost nothing left. This is probably due to the voracity of the previous guests, but the owner, although kind, did not seem able to handle the situation well. She let us know she had health problems, and we are sorry for that. However, when you have guests, you need to provide a service up to standard. Otherwise, the overall structure would also be charming and with a lot of untapped potential. What a shame.

L'abbondanza non è mai mancata alle nostre colazioni, piuttosto se tutti vogliono arrivare presto e fare colazione tutti insieme bisogna avere un mimnimo di pazienza. Noi riforniamo sempre ciò che viene offerto a colazione. Le abbiamo dato tra l'altro una serie dis servizi che se va all'albergo glieli fanno pagare tutti: - parcheggio protetto nella proprietà - cucina attrezzata - pulizie giornaliere Tanti complimenti alla struttura e poi nu 6 ????

In the middle of the countryside, with the pros (good air, nature) and the cons (little animals in the room). Spacious rooms but not very clean, with dust and cobwebs even in not very hidden areas. Kind treatment by the owner. The rooms are far from the breakfast area, a car is needed to reach it. Commercial breakfast, but complete and pleasant. Good heating but the boiler in the bathroom is noisy at night. Considering the price, we are satisfied. But if you are a cleanliness lover, it might not be suitable. Furniture to be reviewed, some accessories are really old.

Beautiful location but the B&B, which is a separate structure, leaves something to be desired. The structure was not very clean and the interiors were neglected. Dust on the radiators, one of the shower towels was dirty. Good breakfast. Difficulty in payment as they do not have the POS.

Abbiamo clienti che pagano con POS quasi tutti i giorni, infatti è attiva la prenotazione diretta che avviene con l'inserimento dei dati della carta di credito. Mi dispiace per l'asciugamano, era rimasto dai precedenti ospiti ed essendo piegato non ci siamo accorti che era stato usato. Il tavolino bianco nell'ingresso è stato acquistato esattamente come lo ha visto, è nuovo in stile shabby, le parti di vernice mancanti sono volutamente fatte così.

We appreciated the kindness and availability of the manager, the cleanliness was also very good. However, the structure is decidedly dated, with very old furniture, malfunctioning fixtures and doors, etc. Furthermore, the two single rooms had a shared bathroom, which is not what we expected; each room should have its own bathroom, otherwise it is shared, and it's not the same thing. Considering the above, the quality/price ratio, although relatively low, is not very satisfying.

Io solitamente propongo questa sistemazione a chi mi chiede due camere uso singola e sono persone che si conoscono. E' sicuramente statu un mio sbaglio averla fatta alloggiare lì, ma dalla sua richiesta scritta non mi era chiaro se voleva due bagni...poi c'eravamo sentiti al telefono, ma io in quel frangente non potevo scrivere. Essendo passato molto tempo dalla telefonata avrei dovuto contattarla per chiederle ancora dei bagni, ma a quasi tutti solitamente va bene la soluzione proposta, così poi alla fine non l'ho più contattata. Se quando è arrivato avessi avuto un'altra camera libera l'avrei spostata in modo che ognuno di voi avesse avuto la sua camera con il bagno interno. Cordiali saluti. Noemi

B&B located in the countryside between Modena and Reggio Emilia inside an old renovated farmhouse. Quiet and peaceful location that still allows you to reach Modena or Reggio in a few minutes. Clean but dated rooms both in structure and furnishings. Excellent value for money and good breakfast even though it only included sweet items.

A nice surprise in the Modenese countryside, 20 minutes by car from the center of Modena. The property is convenient for those arriving by car, the courtesy and friendliness of the managers make you feel at home. I recommend it for a very informal yet well-kept accommodation. I will return.
