The Mistral Residence is very clean. The staff is very helpful. The location is extremely good as it is practically at the sea, all services within 100 m (bakery, grocery, pharmacy). A cafe frequented by local Canneto people next door. The fishmonger comes to the door every day. Good beach chair service every day. The bus stop is right outside. The only negative thing to be aware of is that the traffic, like everywhere else in more or less densely populated areas in Italy, can be extremely noisy at times. That being said, the property is well equipped with modern windows and good baffles, which together with air conditioning can allow for a cool and rather silent night's rest.

Simple and clean B&B with sea noise and proximity to the sea (vis-a-vis). Large studio with cooking facilities. Paola working at the reception is very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy due to the road between the B&B and the pebble beach, no breakfast.

I met Mistral Residence 2 years ago and this year I recommended it to my daughter. She is also enthusiastic. Very kind and helpful staff. The structure is very cute and has a spectacular sea view. I hope to return soon.

We had a great time, spectacular place, wonderful sea and the local people are very friendly and hospitable. The Mistral Residence is located 10 meters from the sea and nearby there are all the amenities: supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and the bus stop that allows you to tour the island without using the car, enabling maximum relaxation. Excellent choice.

The staff was very kind and helpful even with my request to stay all day of check out in the common areas to work using the fast Wi-Fi and comfortable sun loungers in the shade. The apartment, in addition to having all new amenities, was very clean. The balcony with sea view is another positive point. There is also the possibility to store your own bike inside the garden. The bus stop to the center of Lipari stops right in front of the gate of the property.

Unfortunately we arrived during a period of construction work on the coast and the noise was deafening. The cleanliness and order were perfect. Room number 13 is spacious and welcoming in every way, except for the noisy refrigerator. I recommend improving the breakfast service (voucher at the bar) and a slightly larger television. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for more.

Comfortable apartment provided with everything necessary for the stay. Excellent location right on the beach of Canneto. Well served by public transport that passes approximately every 20 minutes, the bus stop is right in front of the gate. You can enjoy the panorama of Panarea and Stromboli and admire the sunrise over the sea. Only negative point is the shower too small, toiletry set sufficient only for the first day, everything else including the change of linen is not included in the price. However, we had a good time.

Se ci aveste chiesto la formula hotel saremmo stati felici di fornire cambi giornalieri anzichè infrasettimali, pulizia giornaliera, ecc. ovviamente con un piccolo sovraprezzo. Speriamo di riavervi presto tra i nostri ospiti!

Review aimed at Mistral Residence. Essential condition is to have a means of transportation. Excellent location with exceptional panoramic view of the pumice quarries. I think it is one of the best places on the island. Very large house that can accommodate at least 7 people. Good privacy even if the neighboring villa is occupied. In the house there is everything, microwave, hairdryer, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue, etc. The only downside is no internet because adsl does not arrive and the only line that works is Wind. The beach of Porticello is very nice and is a 1-minute drive away (walking is difficult because there is a steep descent). Great for those with children, even very young ones. The managers are of a kindness, availability, and unique professionalism.

The 5-day/4-night stay at Portysud cottage was wonderful, with no problems thanks to the availability and patience of the manager who fulfilled our every request. A charming, spacious, completely independent structure, with a breathtaking view and above all every comfort and service necessary for daily life (4 adults and two children). Not far away you can enjoy beaches like Ponticello (the Havana Beach lido is cute and characteristic) and White Beaches (the White Beach lido is excellent). Recommended.
