Great place, very clean and the owner is very nice. It is located a bit out of the main locations, but accessible by bus without any problems and within walking distance of a train station as well. Affordable.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is located near the buses, the subway, and 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who is very available. He speaks French and gives very good advice. The rooms are spacious. We had a very good stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is well located (20 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museum) and well served by bus and metro from the city center. The rooms are spacious (we were 4 couples) with a bathroom for each room. The owners are very welcoming (they speak French) and explained very well how to get around, moreover they arranged for us to park our minivan (extended traffic) in a garage. The Vatican and Rome are magnificent, very good stay.

Mr. Euro was very courteous and kind, very helpful, so overall a good host. The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. It could be much better. Overall I was very satisfied with my choice.

Terrible stay. The owner welcomes you on arrival and is polite when explaining the rules, but does not inform you about the presence of IP cameras. There is no POS: you can only pay in cash. If he has to print the invoice, he asks for extra money, even for the printer's color. He says he records you as required by law, but he did not send me the PDF of the payment receipt via WhatsApp. I booked a room for three people for two nights. The room had a double bed and a rollaway bed; the rollaway bed had no mattress, only some cushions, it was broken and was supported by a pile of books. The furniture and sheets looked like they were from the 1970s. The bathroom was unacceptable and dirty. There was a lack of water: the owner saves on water and keeps the valve almost closed, producing a trickle that is not even enough to fill the toilet tank. It was impossible to shower: the water came out either scalding or freezing. Internet was slow and clearly restricted. On the last day at 7 a.m. he asked us if we were leaving; we told him we were going to have breakfast and would check out at 9:30 as per the contract. After returning from breakfast 'Mr. Euro' had turned off the internet and no water came out anymore. Shameful. I paid €280 including the tourist tax, but from the start he offered me a more comfortable room for an extra €100 (the amount was higher but I don't remember exactly). Definitely a place to avoid, perhaps the worst I have visited in 20 years.

Non E' Degno di risposta una marea di menzogne completamente inventate complimenti ottima fantasia certamente essere immondo non capisco penso si debba far curare; in 22 anni non ho mai trovato gente così. La ricevuta è stata mandata tramite watsap dopo poche ore anche se non era stata pagata la marca di 2 €. la telecamera inquadra solo l'ingresso della struttura in reception ed è segnalata sulla porta. non mi dilungo sulle altre fandonie.

Well, what can I say? Mr. Euro was that "plus" that made my stay in Rome perfect. With his tips, he gave me great advice on seeing parts of the capital that I would never have visited. The room was clean and quiet, the area well served by public transport in an absolutely quiet neighborhood. When I return to Rome, I will definitely be a guest at this B&B again!

Very nice B&b, in a strategic location close to public transport (bus stop in front, urban train station 5 minutes away, metro about 15 minutes away), in a commercial street, with the added value of a host, Mr. Euro, kind, friendly, very hospitable, always present but never intrusive. The rooms are equipped with every comfort (safe, TV, stereo, fridge) and the bathroom is really in the room. In the bathroom, there is everything, even a “real” hairdryer. The room had a well-kept internal balcony where one could relax. We chose this B&b as a base during our move, we really felt at home and could not ask for more. It will certainly be the reference point for any need and for anyone who asks us for accommodation in Rome.

Excellent value for money. The room is equipped with all comforts, quiet and with a double bed whose mattress is ideal for someone like me who has back problems. Located in an elegant building in the Balduina district, quiet and safe even if you come home late at night, ideal for its proximity to the Vatican Museums. Mr. Euro Rossi alone is worth the visit. Courteous and discreet, he will captivate you with his (non-pompous) culture and his anecdotes, from which the boundless love for this His Rome emerges, which, as he says, can be lived in for decades without ever being able to fully know it. I will definitely return.

Terremo conto delle osservazioni della nostra ospite, e ci saranno preziose. Non capiamo tuttavia perché, se ha avuto questo giudizio negativo, sia tornata presso di noi. Era stata infatti già presso noi i primi di ottobre del 2023, da allora nulla è cambiato nella struttura, e neppure in noi. Mi spiace soprattutto per il giudizio sul gestore che ha avuto sempre 10 nelle altre recensioni, punto forte della struttura. Forse non concorda su alcune opinioni socio, economico e politiche. Non possiamo pensare tutti allo stesso modo, per fortuna e voglia il cielo. Per le insufficienze della doccia bastava palesarle, avremmo rimediato. Per gli arredi non li cambiamo certo ogni anno. Per la pulizia mi spiace ma un poco sarà dovuto anche al fatto che si mangia in camera. Ripeto mi spiace ma non si può accontentare TUTTI.

I found myself very well. Very nice room with private bathroom in an elegant condo, easily reachable by public transport, bus stop right there and about ten minutes walk from the Cipro metro stop, very convenient to reach the center in a short time. Very kind and helpful manager. Recommended!

I stayed with a friend for just one night at this Eraflap B&B and we were both extremely happy! The location of the property is very close to the bus stop (and also the train) that quickly takes you to the center of beautiful Rome. The property is super cute and personalized to the maximum, making the place welcoming and making you feel at home, and in this the owners are the masters! Max provided us with all the necessary information to move around and his friendliness will always be in my heart! Hope to visit again soon!

Excellent structure, we were greeted very warmly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast excellent, we also asked and obtained to have a military rebreather sector meeting, we deal with diving for a. n. carabinieri, designation G.
