The hosts were very welcoming. Very clean premises, comfortable bed, generous breakfast and an amazing view of Lake D'Orta from our room and the breakfast room. Easy drive to the town centre and good parking at the B&B. You can walk to the town centre but it is quite steep, which didn't worry us. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Magnificent guesthouse with a comfort worthy of a grand hotel and the price of a simple hotel. The view from the terrace is stunning and it's hard to take your eyes off it even during breakfast. The owner also speaks good French, which simplifies things. The region is sublime and Orta San Giulio, a 3-minute drive away, is absolutely beautiful. In short, a magical place to recommend without hesitation.

B&B Il Barsot has been renovated and open since Easter 2015. The decoration is elegant and modern. The furniture is of quality. Rooms overlook a balcony with a small table and chairs. The dining room-lounge is remarkable for the 180° view of Lake Orta and the mountains through a full-length glass wall with direct access to a large terrace equipped with armchairs. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Friendly and warm welcome. French is spoken and understood.

Great room with a spectacular view of the lake and a wide view over the landscape thanks to a balcony that surrounded the entire perimeter. Spacious and clean room with a comfortable and new bathroom. Excellent breakfast with fresh baked goods every morning and a plentiful selection of sweet and savory, although we opted for the sweet. Warm welcome from Maura and Luciano who were happy to engage in pleasant conversation and provided lots of information about the area and dining options nearby. Delightful, relaxing stay and definitely recommended for anyone looking to spend peaceful and restful days by the lake. We had a great time.

You arrive at B&B Il Barsot and it's already relaxing, the singing of the birds and the chirping of the crickets are the soundtrack. The almost complete view of Lake Orta fills your eyes, the atmosphere is peaceful. The environment is well cared for and neat. The welcome makes you feel like a family member. Availability, kindness, attention, and attention to detail are the characteristics of the fantastic Mrs. Maura, generous with advice on where to eat better, what to see of interest. Very happy to have spent a few regenerating days.

The B&B Il Barsot is in a well-maintained building and the rooms (Emma and Bianca) are clean, well-furnished, and renovated. These communicate with a large veranda/living room used in the morning for breakfast. Spectacular view of the lake from both the rooms and especially from the veranda. The breakfast is abundant and with good and fresh products. The only difficulty was the arrival, as we had to adapt to the host's schedule. Given the panoramic location, to reach the B&B there are winding narrow roads to navigate. We definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful structure, the view from the breakfast room is wonderful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the lake. The location is very convenient, in 10 minutes you reach Orta San Giulio. What makes this structure even more pleasant is the owner, a lovely and helpful person. The breakfast was perfect, thanks again for the welcome, if we come back to the area we will definitely choose this B&B.

If you want to spend a weekend (even more if you have the chance) on Lake Orta, I highly recommend this property. Immersed in greenery, tranquility, but above all courtesy and kindness make this B&B a nest to relax, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, the tastefully furnished rooms are very clean. Mini-bar available (not common). The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Thanks to Maura for her availability. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful structure in the greenery, a stone's throw from the town and the lake. Recently renovated with great attention to detail. Very beautiful room, well-kept in the details and very clean. Terrace available to guests with a spectacular view of the lake. Very kind owner who welcomed us very well, explaining the various trips and excursions to do on the lake. And gave us excellent advice on where to have dinner in the evening. The breakfast was very abundant, prepared with care. All very good things. In short, I couldn't have been better.
