Completely renovated from a medieval building, Casa Da Rosetta offers elegant accommodations in a historic atmosphere in the center of San Gimignano.

At Casa Da Rosetta will have the opportunity to enjoy this charming city charge for quiet rooms and buildings, surrounded by ancient towers. All rooms and apartments are elegantly decorated with antique furniture and overlooking the towers or on pines and cypresses of verdant park that surrounds the city. The rooms and apartments have private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, hair dryer and comfortable rooms with typical Valaisan Tuscan style kitchens.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Nice apartment just in the city center. It was ok to arrive by car to unload our luggage. GPS really has problems so study the map beforehand!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Historic property because it is located in the historic center of San Gimignano. Clean, charming, and with a very large shower. Quiet place with included services such as air conditioning and wifi. Ideal for a night to visit San Gimignano in tranquility.

Room complete with everything and in a central location. The managers are very helpful and have indicated a free parking for the car nearby. We found it a bit uncomfortable to climb onto the bed, also because of the low ceiling in our room.

Probably we were not lucky. The room assigned to us did not do justice to the photos that are included. Small room and half with a sloping ceiling (it was not possible to stand up straight). All in all, a little would be enough to renew it, let's say that the furnishings and accessories are quite dated.

Soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia come camera, pulizia, cordialità. L'unico consiglio mettere tenda oscurante perché i balconi lasciano filtrare la luce. Consiglio il B&B a chi deve soggiornare a San Gimignano!

Bellissimo palazzo storico, gestore davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, a 1 minuto a piedi dal centro. Insomma, bella struttura in un punto strategico. Una piccolissima pecca, il Velux era troppo altro per me per essere aperto a mano, meno male che il mio ragazzo è alto.

Delizioso appartamento a 5 minuti dal centro storico di San Gimignano. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita. Proprietario molto accogliente, simpatico e disponibile. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi vuol visitare un paese splendido.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionali, gestori giovani, simpatici, disponibili anche nei consigli per parcheggi. Camera piccolina e un po' scura (mansarda con travi in legno che la rendono comunque caratteristica) ma dotata di condizionatore. A disposizione una cucina pulitissima per tè, tisane, ecc.

C'è a disposizione una cucina ogni due camere dove sono messi a disposizione gli alimenti base (the, caffè, zucchero, fette biscottate, marmellata) per prepararsi da sè la colazione. Comodo il frigorifero dove poter mettere il proprio cibo. Camera (n. 4) molto graziosa, con travi a vista, anche se un po' piccola e con soffitto basso lungo un lato.

Bella struttura, posta in zona centrale, dentro le mura. La stanza numero 3 è carina ed accogliente, con bagno un po' spartano sulla destra (manca un adattatore per la presa!) e box doccia sulla sinistra, ritagliato nella camera. Letto ricavato in una nicchia del sottotetto, idea simpatica ma non comodissima. Non ben isolato dal punto di vista acustico e del buio. Bisogna sottolineare che la colazione non è compresa nel prezzo, ma nella cucina al centro della casa c'è un ripiano con un sacco di cose per preparare una colazione minima.
