Triple room in the attic with a large bathroom. In the room there are two double beds in addition to a large refrigerator and a large television. Everything works perfectly. Breakfast with croissant and cappuccino. Parking space in an automated gate. Excellent quality-price ratio. Recommended.

We returned after 3 years to this property and it is always welcoming, with staff always available, like the first time. Surely, when we return to Latina to visit our friends, if possible, we will come back to this B&B to stay.

Very welcoming and full of personality structure that enjoys a wonderful garden where you can also spend entire afternoons in the shade of olive trees or under a gazebo with a small sitting area. Large room, comfortable beds, and guaranteed tranquility. In the room, there is also a large refrigerator and air conditioning. Top breakfast. Impeccable service and hospitality! Interesting location and with a 15, 20-minute walk you can easily reach the center. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and ice cream parlor. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful B&B located in a small villa on the outskirts of Latina, on one side the town, on the other the countryside of the Pontine Agro. The double room is not very large and is very warm and welcoming with the TV in front of the bed, bedside table and a small table for breakfast or any other need and en-suite bathroom. The only flaw is the lack of a socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The manager, Giovanni, very helpful and punctual, waited despite a delay of almost two hours of my train. Breakfast is not very plentiful (croissant, cappuccino/coffee and fruit juice) but still good and especially brought directly to the room, which is essential for me. In general, two days of very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

We stayed for a week. Overall good, the structure is good and in a quiet area. Only the room. Even though everything was clean, there was a sewage smell in the room at times.\n\nWe will come back but definitely to a different accommodation. We recommend it. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Although we stayed only one night at the B&B Latina, my daughter and I had a great time. The room and bathroom were spacious and equipped with everything we needed, very friendly welcome, breakfast in the room, and a beautifully well-kept garden. It's a must try.
