Beautiful house, located on a hill in the middle of beautiful Italian countryside, you can see the sea and at the same time the countryside. It's magnificent, also surrounded by vineyards. Nice clean and comfortable room. The very friendly manager speaks a little French.

Great welcome and availability from the host. The hill location is very peaceful; a breezy position with a beautiful panorama; there was almost no need to use the air conditioner. The access road is very uneven, but you can still reach both the beach and the city of Vasto quickly. Highly recommended place.

Excellent B&B located in the cool of the Vastese hill and not too far from the most popular seaside locations. Comfortable room equipped with everything necessary. Fabio, the owner of the establishment, has always been more than helpful in welcoming various requests and in recommending experiences and itineraries to discover. Go there in large numbers because it is worth it, if only to savor the exquisite desserts that Fabio proudly prepares and presents to you fresh at every breakfast.

Well, what can I say, I found myself by chance in this accommodation and I must say I am pleasantly impressed by the place and by Fabio, the owner, who made us feel at home. Optimal position for tranquility and view, about 10 minutes from the center of Vasto. Well-kept and clean rooms with linen change every day, from our room we could see the sea. Excellent breakfast, highly recommended.

Hilltop structure with sea view, just a few minutes from Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and with modern furnishings, equipped with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a friendly person, helpful, and always ready to provide advice on places to visit and where to eat. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Fabio, who was very kind. The room is very well-kept and well-maintained, the furnishings are in order, daily cleaning and change every two days. The view is sublime (the sunrise is fabulous). The structure is located on the hills, a few kilometers from Vasto Marina and San Salvo, in a quiet and breezy area. Breakfast is personally prepared by Fabio and is very rich and good; the only thing is there is little salty food, but for sweet lovers it's paradise. Fabio gives advice on places to visit and where to eat, very reliable. Absolutely worth trying. We will be back.

The room was spacious and spotless with the possibility to use the fridge located in the atrium. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts. The hillside location is very quiet, just 5 minutes from Vasto and San Salvo Marina. Fabio is very helpful in meeting every request and providing all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. Thanks to their advice and availability, Fabio and his parents accompanied us on a wonderful stay in Abruzzo. We stayed at this B&B and it is a wonderful place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, away from the noises of the city, immersed in nature. It is located on a hill, in a strategic position: 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the city of Vasto. The manager is welcoming, polite, and very helpful for any need. An exquisite person. The breakfast is abundant and complete, satisfying every palate and need with a particular attention to the tastes of the little ones. The manager prepares donuts, cakes, and pies every day, also there are packaged products. Offers delicious home-made jams and fresh seasonal fruit. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept. The room includes a bathroom and a private terrace. Impeccable daily cleaning. Breathtaking view. We had a divine time! Thank you Fabio, we really needed it. Now we await you in Puglia.

Nice structure on the hill with sea view. Fabio is very helpful, he suggested us where to go in the evening, letting us discover 'Vasto su', as he called it. Breakfast with all packaged products, but most likely due to covid prevention measures. So all good, judgment suspended on breakfast.

Spectacular panorama and abundant and good breakfast. Before arriving, it is advisable to call the manager because the navigator makes you take a different and inconvenient road, instead with the manager's directions it is 5 minutes away from both the center and the sea. The air conditioning was missing but it was not a problem as it was not very hot. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, thank you Fabio!

In an excellent location, cool room even with the sun, international breakfast. Some serious missteps in the choice of technicians maintaining the structure. Much more serious the primitive payment request, I would say just above barter. Hence the 5 in quality/price assessment. However, it is worth staying.

We had a great time! The B&B Colle Selvotta is located on a hill with a stunning view of the sea. A well-kept garden surrounds the property. The overall atmosphere is absolutely relaxing. The breakfast is spectacular with homemade pastries by Lena, who along with Fabio takes care of every guest by recommending places to visit and places to eat where you can be sure to spend little (thanks to Fabio's advice, we ate the best pizza of our lives!). I highly recommend it because you really feel at home.

Fantastic holiday at B&B Colle Selvotta: the structure is strategically located for visits to the towns of Vasto or Termoli, as well as for various beaches, from wide sandy ones to rocky ones, getting lost in small hidden coves with crystal clear water, also offering nearby typical restaurants where prices remain reasonable.\n\nAll details are meticulously taken care of, the rooms are very spacious with en-suite bathrooms embracing a modern design that offers every comfort to guests.\n\nThe garden is essential for relaxing after a day in the sun and getting to know the friendliness and cordiality of Fabio and Lena. Fantastic are the super abundant breakfasts with cakes made by Lena, jams, juices, yogurt. If you want to get back in shape, Fabio and Lena can give important advice.\n\nHighly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Colle Selvotta the last week of July. We had a great time. The property is in a beautiful location, on a hill, but very close to the sea. The view is on the sea and it is spectacular. The property is well-maintained, very clean, with a large and well-kept garden. The excellent location allows easy access to the beach areas of Vasto Marina and San Salvo Marina, and also to the town of Vasto. Being on a hill allows for great silence especially at night. Your nights will be accompanied by the sound of crickets and cicadas, and in the morning you will wake up to the singing of birds. And what about the hosts Fabio and Lena, a lovely couple, very kind, very helpful, and very attentive to the guests. They will pamper you from the first day. They are always ready to have a chat and give advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thank you very much, the way you manage this property is truly a significant plus. I will spend the last words to say that Abruzzo is a wonderful land, for us it was the first time but we will definitely come back. For those who, like us, enjoy a bit of wild sea, a few kilometers away is the Punta Aderci reserve, a spectacular place, where the sea has enchanting colors, the beaches are golden sand, and behind there is a green vegetation, with walking paths that complete the magic of the place. It really deserves.

Excellent location in the middle of olive trees, relaxing, beautiful panorama and absolute tranquility. Breakfast with delicious cakes and homemade bread. The owners are very kind and ready to give you useful tips on restaurants and beaches to visit; they have prepared a small manual with paths, places to visit and suggestions on how to get there, excellent guide. Enclosed parking. There are sunbeds and a beautiful lawn if you don't want to go down to the beach. About 20 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from there the first beach if you don't want to move too much, but it's worth visiting them all (Punta Aderci, Punta Penna impossible not to go, too beautiful) and for those who love cliffs and coves San Nicola and others have plenty of choice. Also go and visit Vasto town with its panoramic terrace and narrow streets. Stop to eat at Peppe's. Have a great holiday to all.

I spent a very pleasant week in full relaxation in this structure, together with a group of friends. There is the possibility of practicing the "sweet doing nothing" in complete silence, admiring the landscape of the gentle hills and the distant sea, reading or sunbathing in the well-kept garden or on the large balconies of one's room. The professionalism and pleasant friendliness of the owners is excellent, with whom it is spontaneous to create an open and familiar relationship from the very first moments of the stay. The location of the property is fantastic! On the hill that overlooks the entire area with a stunning view! Too bad we only stayed one night. We will definitely return.

The position and the view are enchanting. The structure, located in a hilly area, is excellent and adequately equipped, very quiet, and only 5 minutes from the sea. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing holiday. It is worth mentioning the kindness and availability of the managers, especially Fabio, who is very nice and an excellent point of reference. We will definitely return.

The location of the B&B Colle Selvotta is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside on a hill near Vasto from which you can see the sea. It is a truly quiet place. Fabio, the owner, is very kind and always willing to give advice on beaches and restaurants to go to eat. It is truly a place to relax.
