Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo gioiello nascosto. L’host ci ha atteso al check-in spiegandoci tutto e consigliandoci i migliori posti da visitare con sorriso ed una grande calorosità. La stanza (super romantica) e bagno completamente sanificati ad uno standard altissimo. Che dire: ci rivedremo presto! Continuate così.

Had a great three nights at the BnB. The location is perfect. Few minute walk from the Duomo. The street is quiet. Room is spacious and clean.

We had a really spacious room on the "piano nobile" first floor of a flat in original conditions of an Palazzo with long corridors etc. Good bed and mattress. Windows to the street with good soundproofing, people walking on the street did not disturb us at all. The host is very friendly and helpful and we appreciated that he rents rooms in a flat of his own. He offered us a late checkout as cleaning was delayed bu some hours the day of our departure. Perfect location. Furniture is a creative mix of old and new, the bathroom was rather small but totally fine for us. We would return to this place an recommend to others, if they (as we do) put originality and local spirit above newness and perfection.

Charming room in historical property right in the centre of Florence and full of local character is an absolute gem. Federico, the host, has been very welcoming and happy to recommend places to visit, eat and shop in Florence so his guests could make the most out of the holiday. I rented it to do the summer painting course and enjoyed my stay very much, bug thanks to Federico. Highly recommended!

On a passé un super sejour dans ce b and b! La loc lisation est incroyable, c est a 4 minutes a pied du duemo! Le propriétaire est tres arrangeant et hébergement tres propre. Je recommande a 100%.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der kleine Balkon geht direkt in einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Garten mit viel Grün. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Federico super accogliente, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie fin dalle 10 e anche per il ritorno. Posizione super, a 3 minuti dal duomo. Affacciandosi alla finestra è possibile vedere il campanile di Giotto. Camera superior super ampia con una comoda doccia.

Un soggiorno eccellente! Il Relais Accademia si trova a solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia e molto vicino ad altri siti come il Duomo e la Galleria degli Uffizi. La stazione ferroviaria di Firenze SM Novella è a soli 15 minuti a piedi, quindi non c'è bisogno di un taxi. La camera è incredibilmente spaziosa e ben arredata con un bagno moderno. Federico, il gestore, è molto gentile e tenuto in contatto dalla prenotazione al check out. Consiglierò questo B&B a chiunque visiti Firenze.

Gent. ma Doris, la ringrazio della recensione. Vorrei puntualizzare che ci sono le finestre insonorizzate oltre ai vecchi infissi (quindi doppie finestre!) Io stesso dormo in quel lato della struttura spesso e volentieri, certo è che si dorme con le finestre aperte, Essendo a due passi dal Duomo qualche rumore è inevitabile sentirlo!per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo, una camera singola di 35 metri quadri, nel pieno centro di Firenze in altissima stagione a 70€ non credo sia facile da trovare!Spero comunque che vi siate trovate bene nonostante questo inconveniente!

Location fenomenale, letteralmente dietro piazza del Duomo. Il B&B è all'interno di un palazzo antico di Firenze, pulito e spazioso. Camera con arredamento semplice ma grazioso, aria condizionata, bagno nuovo, fondamentale la doppia finestra che isola i rumori della strada. Gestore gentilissimo e pronto a fornirci tutte le info che abbiamo richiesto. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posizione strategica a 100 metri dal duomo di Firenze, su una strada non molto trafficata. Appartamento spazioso, pulito. Ospita 6 camere con bagno interno. Colazione non inclusa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il gestore è di una gentilezza straordinaria. Camere confortevoli e silenziose, munite di TV, AC, wifi ben funzionante. Unico consiglio: se avete esigenze particolari per shampoo e bagnodoccia portateveli da casa perché lì troverete solo sapone generico per le mani. Ottimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
