Mrs. Ersilia is very friendly, polite, and always helpful. The room where I stayed could use some small improvements: a bedside lamp, a couple of extra power outlets, a small armchair on the balcony, and maybe replace the laundry rack on the balcony, which is small, old, and rusty. I still had a good experience, especially due to Ersilia's professionalism.

Sol Y Mar B&B is inside the Regional Parc of Monte di Gianola, which has interesting archeological sites of the Ancient Roman Period, the Roman Harbour, the temple of Giano, the ancient Villa Mamurra. We are in a resort area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tobacconist's, chemist's, pizza metro, 5-minute -walking ; a big commercial centre is 800 km far. Formia railway station, the centre of the city, the touristic port where you can find ferry boats or hydrofoil to poza and Ventotene ( the Pontines Isles).
We are half way between Naples (80 KM) and Rome (140 KM)
