Luvì Bed & Breakfast is located just outside the historic village centre of Maruggio at the first floor of an early 20th century building recently restored to offer accommodation. We are just 1 km from the sea in an area devoted to hospitality: the Ionian Salento.

4 bedrooms with their own private restroom and shower, a common lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, all of them completely renovated through (with) rural design characterized by a minimalist approach which recalls old times.

Luvì B&B is run by Marilisa e Francesco, two brothers who decided to turn their grandparents’ house into a place where to host those people who visit Salento and who are attracted by its wild nature, its millenary culture, its wine and food, fun and relax.

We are in the area of production of the quality wine Primitivo di Manduria, very close to Campomarino beaches among which the wild and popular “D’Ajala beach” stands out, a corner of paradise surrounded by the scented Mediterranean Maquis which covers the sand dunes.

Maruggio, a small medieval village, its origin related to the Knights of Malta who received the village in commendam, lies within easy driving distance from the main touristic sites of central and south Puglia: Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Taranto, Ostuni, Alberobello.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 16 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 15 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

J’ai vraiment bien aimé la location, l’accueil et sympathie du staff. Les chambres sont grands et lumineuses, les salles de bains très propres et avec tous les nécessaires. Si vous aimez les petits villages, très caractéristiques de l’Italie, Maruggio et Campo Marino, sont parfaits et vous tomberez amoureux de ces endroits. La cuisina, la mer, la dance et la musique, surtout pendant l’été, m’ont vraiment fasciné. Je vous conseille cette structure et en général un voyage en Puglia.

Il destino ha voluto che trascorressi la mia settima di vacanza qui con la mia famiglia. Scelto casualmente su internet e contemporaneamente una coppia di amici erano lì! Tutto ok! Grazie ad Elvira che è stata sempre attenta e carina. Maruggio è veramente un bellissimo borgo. Lo consiglio di cuore. Alla prossima.

Il B&B è molto carino, la mia stanza aveva il soffitto con la volta a stella e un vecchio camino che dava un atmosfera antica. Al piano di sopra una bella terrazza arredata con gusto, la colazione con dolci fatti in casa buonissimi, pane fresco, biscotti, frutta ed estratti ogni giorno diversi, simpatica e disponibile ad ogni richiesta di informazioni la ragazza che serve le colazioni ed anche i due fratelli, Francesco e Marilisa, che gestiscono la struttura. Siamo stati benissimo.

Ottimo B&B. Proprietari accoglienti e molto disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso due belle settimane. Apprezzato moltissimo da mio figlio Carlo che ha festeggiato con torta a sorpresa preparata da Elvira il suo ottavo compleanno, che ringraziamo tantissimo. Tutto ottimo. Ottima accoglienza e pulizia delle stanze arredate con gusto. Sarebbe opportuno integrare la colazione con della pasticceria calda (cornetti, pasticciotti etc).

Accoglienza familiare piena disponibilità della struttura per non parlare di una meravigliosa terrazza posizione poco distante da un mare splendido, punto strategico per raggiungere le località circostanti abbiamo trascorso quindici giorni fantastici.

Avevo notato lo stile, garbato e ricercato, ed ho convinto gli altri due amici a pernottare due notti lì. il posto è risultato essere ancora meglio delle immagini che si possono vedere, si nota che c'è la mano di un professionista ma c'è anche l'amore per la casa di famiglia. Dopo che Marilisa ci aveva chiamati per sincerarsi che fossimo in arrivo ed il viaggio andasse bene, siamo stati accolti da Francesco, ed abbiamo scoperto che è un architetto, ha studiato e si è laureato a "La Sapienza", ed è l'artefice, insieme alla sorella, delle scelte di ristrutturazione del "Luvì", posto carino, nel centro di Maruggio, con una terrazza panoramica (appena ultimata) strepitosa, luogo dove poter fare colazione, un aperitivo, cena o un dopocena, disponendo degli spazi comuni. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Ho soggiornato con altri 3 amici in Puglia per il ponte del 1 Maggio volendo anche partecipare al grosso concerto di Taranto e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Innanzitutto la struttura è arredata in modo fresco e giovane con attenzione al dettaglio e grande pulizia, in secondo luogo Maruggio è esattamente a metà strada tra Taranto e Lecce (abbiamo visitato entrambe le città) e ha un mare fantastico, terza cosa da sottolineare è la cucina attrezzata a disposizione degli ospiti (avendo soggiornato per 5 giorni di fila ci è capitato di rimanere a mangiare nel B&B per non spendere sempre soldi fuori), quarta cosa i proprietari (2 ragazzi) sono super gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Da Luvì è come sentirsi a casa! Un luogo accogliente come pochi, dove relax e sano divertimento si coniugano perfettamente. inoltre, è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere subito il magnifico mare, oppure immergersi nelle stradine caratteristiche del centro storico... respirare l'atmosfera del Salento fa bene a tutta la famiglia, e con Luvì è ancora più bello!

Probabilmente il miglior B&B nel quale sono stato. Nuovissimo, accattivante, accogliente. Design originale, totale indipendenza della camera da me affittata (mini-suite). I proprietari sono squisiti e non fanno mai mancare il loro sostegno su eventuali richieste. Il prezzo, per tutto ciò che si ha a disposizione è davvero irrisorio, tenendo conto della concorrenza. Per me, 5 stelle. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

La struttura, a mio giudizio, si trova in auge in tutto ciò che offre: design, allestimento, servizio, qualità, disponibilità, gentilezza, ecc: Luvì si trova nel bel mezzo di Maruggio, in una posizione strategica e più che perfetta! Centrale e vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni: quindi il centro del paese, e la marina di Maruggio Campomarino. Inoltre qualora il vostro viaggio non fosse un viaggio di piacere ma di affari lavoro ecc, Maruggio è collocata ad una distanza quasi equa dai principali paesi rinomati del Salento, e qual miglior cosa, dopo una giornata lunga, rilassarsi in un magnifico alloggio? La pulizia è micidiale, tra l'altro i gentilissimi titolari Francesco e Marilisa, oltre all'immensa disponibilità e gentilezza, trasmettono la passione e l'amore per la loro professione in una maniera tale da lasciarti molto più che gratificato dalla scelta non solo dell'alloggio ma anche delle persone a cui vi siete affidati. Arredamento tutto nuovo con un look che raggiunge uno stato di perfezione: l'ambiente ha molto stile, e rimane molto armonioso ed accogliente allo stesso tempo. Le stanze sono munite di tutto ciò che serve, ed il tocco dei gestori si nota molto. Sono bellissime, comode, lussuose, fresche, molto confortevoli in quanto abitandole, si raggiunge una bella dimensione regalata appunto da tutti questi fattori. Cucina comune munita di tutto, molto grande, ben arredata dove si trova anche: macchinetta per caffè, lavatrice, un angolo relax, tv e molto altro. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è fenomenale, se si guarda anche il servizio offerto! Se tutte le strutture seguissero questo modus operandi, il settore crescerebbe molto. Da Luvì non si trovano solo: confort, pulizia, gentilezza, bel rapporto, ottimo servizio, qualità ottima della struttura, ecc. ma si trova un ambiente immerso in una realtà molto ospitale ed armoniosa che ti mette nella situazione di dover tornare. Pienamente soddisfatto e felice di avere trovato questa struttura e queste persone.

Ho soggiornato presso Luvì pochi giorni fa. Tutto perfetto. La struttura si trova nel caratteristico centro storico di Maruggio, a pochi minuti dal mare cristallino di Campomarino. Quello che caratterizza Luvì è prima di tutto l'accoglienza che Francesco, Marilisa e la sua famiglia mi hanno riservato facendomi sentire subito a casa. Il B&B è davvero molto bello, arredato con gusto ed eleganza, la cura dei dettagli e il suo stile molto ricercato rendono Luvì unico nel suo genere, che lo contraddistingue dalle strutture nelle quali mi è capitato di dormire. Le camere sono molto funzionali, pulite, ampie e luminose, stessa cosa per gli altri ambienti comuni come la cucina, l'ingresso e il terrazzo dal quale si può ammirare un bellissimo paesaggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Spero di ritornare presto. Elvira.
