A pleasant place: it feels like being in a fairy tale,with frescoed walls,clean and fresh. The breakfast is far from mediocre,and is prepared to order with care and attention. The location is strategic:via the state road you can reach the most beautiful places; you arrive in Lucca,Florence,Pisa and beyond. I recommend this property and nearby the Baccarossa restaurant,where quality and price meet. I will definitely return. Thanks to Simone,the owner.

Charming B&B, very well maintained in all details, with a lovely pool and garden. Simone was very welcoming and kind: thanks to his help, we were also able to quickly resolve a car battery issue. We slept in the beautiful quadruple room with musical instruments painted on the walls. We would have gladly stayed longer.

We had a good time. The manager gave us many interesting suggestions for places to see on our way to Grosseto. Just a small inconvenience, one of the two rooms did not heat up enough, but it is certainly something that has already been fixed. Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean place. Simone, the manager, is very kind and always available. He put up with our three noisy and loud families (7 children and two dogs) etc etc without batting an eyelid. The only advice is to improve the breakfast management. Everything is good and made on the spot (Simone does everything alone)... For us, breakfast is rich and fun, and we like being able to try many things, the à la carte menu is not suitable (however, we had plentiful breakfasts).

Unique and fantastic structure in its kind, well-kept environments, extremely clean rooms and bathroom and bedroom linen that smell of true cleanliness! Clean outdoor pool and very comfortable outdoor space to spend moments of relaxation and for a great breakfast prepared by the legendary owner, the Poor Simone, known this summer but actually seems to have known him for a lifetime! Fantastic person, I won't add anything else, there are few like him around! I recommend everyone to spend their holidays or moments of relaxation in this structure.
