Description
The apartments have been built in an old farmhouse from the 800 finely decorated and equipped with all comforts (air-conditioned rooms, swimming pool, breakfast room, private parking.) The estate is located in a strategic position, is in fact about 2 km from the sea, 1 km from the city center, 7 km from the mountain and about 3 Km dall'Acquapark "Odyssey 2000".

HOW TO GET THERE:
By car: take the Autostarda A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria, exit at Sybaris-I sign, continue to Rossano on ss 106 (exit Rossano-c/da Amica).

By bus: bus service Simet SPA (www.simetspa.it) and IAS Scura Srl (www.iasautolinee.it) that make daily services connecting bus to and from Rossano with the main cities of Italy such as Rome, Bologna, Siena, Perugia, Florence, Naples, and more.

By train: station of Sybaris, Rossano to continue on the railway obstacle on-Crotone (Crotone direction).

By plane: Airport Sant'Anna-Crotone (www.aereoporto.kr.it); Airport Lamezia-Catanzaro (www.sacal.it); Int Airport "Karol Wojtyla"-Bari (www.seap-puglia.it) with frequent connections to Rome, Milan and other cities where you can take advantage of rental cars.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B dal 13 al 17 agosto 2018, con due bambini di 6 e 4 anni. La location è incantevole, la camera stupenda, arredata con gusto, comoda, luminosa e confortevole. La piscina, pulita e comoda, ha un annesso giardino, particolarmente adatto ai bambini che sono liberi di muoversi e giocare. La pulizia è impeccabile ed effettuata ogni giorno, la colazione offre, tra l'alto, cornetti freschi. La proprietaria è super disponibile, attenta ad ogni esigenza e dispensatrice di ottimi consigli. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole riposare nel silenzio e nella quiete, a metà strada tra i fantastici lidi ed il paese. Assolutamente fantastico, da consigliare a tutti.

La tenuta è un posto incantevole. Ho trascorso 3 giorni in piena tranquillità. La tenuta dista a pochi km dal mare e dal centro del paese. I gestori sono delle persone cordiali e gentili. La struttura offre una bella piscina dove poter stare in qualsiasi momento della giornata. le camere sono curate nei dettagli e molto molto pulite!colazione abbondante e ottima. Potete usufruire del lido in convenzione con il B&B indicato per chi ha dei bambini perché presente l'area giochi e controllata dai ragazzi che gestiscono il lido. Durante la mia permanenza ho cenato al ristorante presente nella struttura e ve lo consiglio vivamente!

Consigliatissimo. Un B&B di stile, atmosfera tranquilla e romantica, funzionale in tutto. I gestori sono disponibili e molto gentili, ottimo per brevi pernottamenti ma anche per vacanze più lunghe come punto appoggio per visitare i dintorni. I consigli di Ester, la proprietaria, sono stati determinanti perla nostra mini vacanza. Speriamo di tornare.

Tutto piacevolmente ottimo, dall'accoglienza della signora Ester, al confort delle stanze, alla bellezza della tenuta e alla colazione ricca e accompagnata dal gentile servizio dei proprietari. Consigliato.

Incantevole tenuta con camere ampie e grande terrazza la piscina è molto gradevole e il giardino molto curato bellissimi ambienti dentro e fuori ideale per un soggiorno rilassante la padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile peccato per il ristorante forse non gestito al meglio delle sue possibilità comunque un'esperienza da ripetere.

Gentili, disponibili, una perla nel mare blu della Calabria. All'interno sembra tutto immacolato, per chi cerca la tranquillità e il relax. Non facile da trovare, ma vicino alla statale. Immerso nel verde. Complimenti anche ai ristoratori, simpatici, professionali e con buon consiglio. Un voto 10 ai proprietari, non è solo un agriturismo è come sentirsi a casa. Grazie di tutto!

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi subito dall'aspetto della struttura, un giusto mix tra antico e moderno. Stanze curate e ben organizzate. Ci si sente immersi nei suoni della natura! Siamo contenti per aver scelto questo B&B.
