Very practical and well-kept residence. Convenient internal parking if you are traveling by car (a bit tight if you have a large car, I still managed to park an Opel Zafira with a few maneuvers). Well-kept and clean room.

Spacious and welcoming apartment, equipped with all comforts. Excellent relationship with the manager. Very close to the center and all the most important artistic and historical sites.

I can only give a more than satisfying review both for the location and for the optimal management of the bed and breakfast. I will keep it as a reference point for the next trip to Padua.

All high ratings: they deserve it. We had a great time: beautiful, well-kept, very clean, quiet, in an extremely strategic position. Friendly and very helpful managers. When we return to Padua, we will only stay there. Thank you.

I stayed with a group of friends for 5 nights and we had a great time. Very clean apartments, availability of everything in the kitchen and bathroom, and maximum availability from the staff of the Residence La Fenice. Excellent location, close to the center of Padua and the bus stop to the station.

Even with family in tow, Residence La Fenice offers excellent service. We arrived coinciding with the patronal feast, but we received efficient reception and maximum availability despite the hitches of our trip. We recommend it for cleanliness, location, and the kindness of the staff. Its location allows access to the center in a minute. Quiet and well-equipped, it allows a comfortable stay even for extended stops. The only downside, if one could say so, is the wireless, not always accessible. However, we highly recommend it and will return soon.
