The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Offers the possibility of parking within the property. You can make use of a very well-equipped large kitchen for those who need to prepare meals during long stays. The location is quiet. It is convenient to Via Mazzini and Sant'Orsola Malpighi Hospital. I recommend it.

We stayed at the Attico di Casa Menarini for 2 nights. We were not in Bolognola for tourism but for visits to the Rizzoli hospital, which is just 5-10 minutes away by car. The property is in a convenient location and we were able to use the kitchen and common areas of the apartment. The owners are very kind.

Excellent location to stay a few days in Bologna. Small apartment, but with everything necessary. Parking inside not paid, so excellent. Very helpful and kind owner. The center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or there are plenty of transportation options that take you there in no time.

We were in Bologna for some check-ups at the Attico di Casa Menarini. The apartment is extremely comfortable because it is very close to the hospital. Furthermore, due to its location, it allows easy access to the city center both on foot and by the buses that run continuously. The area is very well served. The manager was very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to this property because we were welcomed very well throughout the stay. Thank you Federico!

The room with bathroom was clean and tidy, with TV and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. The managers were very kind and helpful, the ideal location to walk around Bologna. I will definitely come back and recommend it.
