Description
Built in a building of the XIX century (1880), our apartment widens out into a multiple room selection, starting from a single room ending to a quadruple room, ideal for a family.

Each room has a comfortable private bathroom gifted with a wide shower, an air conditioner with inverter, a heating system, a LCD cable TV (SKY Gold), a blu ray, a WiFi-DSL connection, a mini-fridge and a hairdryer.

We offer an Italian style brekfast at the bar located just outside of the main building and the available kitchen is furnished with all the modern cooking utensils as well as a microwave oven and a modern coffe machine.

Airport shuttle available upon request, as well as car rental and private bookings of the major museums and ruins of the eternal city.

As our guest, you will dwell in the most favourable area of the city where, by walk, you may reach everything.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 1 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Situato in un bel palazzo della Roma storica, dispone di stanze comode, accoglienti, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole (wifi, tv sat, bollitore per caffè e tè). Punto di partenza ideale per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Roma. Riccardo, il proprietario, è un gestore molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
