We really liked this property and the price was excellent. We had pizza when we arrived at the restaurant right downstairs. It is very close to the port. There were no problems until the next morning. Check-out is early anyway, and we were fine with that. However, the cleaning woman was yelling at me to get out soon and not to forget my breakfast vouchers, which would have been fine except she came into the room where my husband was still sleeping and turned on the lights to let me know. She then repeatedly pointed at the sign about the 10:30 check-out. It was 9:00. Because of this, I would not recommend it.

The property was adequate, but nothing to rave about. It didn’t look much like the pictures. We never met or spoke with the host. It was pretty clean, but a suitcase placed under the bed was dusty when removed.

Lively and central location above bars and restaurants. Perfectly located for boarding a cruise as the train station and port are both easily accessed on foot.

My stay at B&B Piazza Fratti was not exactly what I expected. Although the building is old and the interior has been renovated, I found my room impersonal and not very welcoming. The towels were threadbare and there was no plug for the washbasin. There was no mention of having to share the kitchenette, and I was most surprised to leave my room and find strangers outside. There was only one glass and two mugs in the kitchen, and a mixture of other implements that were no use, as I was told we were not permitted to cook there. The breakfast voucher was not provided for the first morning (2 January). Benilde was very apologetic, and then gave me two vouchers for breakfast, which was no use, as I was leaving the next day, so I had to pay for my second breakfast. The wall between the two rooms is very thin and I could hear the television as well as the other guests talking. Only when I knocked on the wall at about 1 a. m. did they quieten down and I could sleep. Overall, although the unit is well priced and also very well-situated, I would not book there again.

Great place for its cost. Great location if you need to be close to the port or train station. We had a nice walk along the seaside in the morning. It is a B&B as stated. You might not see anybody but you are perfectly served. There are two sets of steps before you get to your room. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed here after finishing our cruise. The B&B is located in a quiet square and is easy to find. It is also not far from the train station so that it is easy to go to Rome as well as the airport. The host is very nice too.

Very centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The room is adequately equipped. The bathroom of our room was separate in the hallway, for a short trip completely okay. Benilde was super nice and flexible, the key handover went very well. Parking is to use the public ones, for a fee you always find one.

Very comfortable, clean, easy and straightforward, with the automatic check-in you can arrive by ferry in the early morning and check in without any problems, and leave in the morning with a decent breakfast. Everything was very well explained and easy, if I return to Civitavecchia under similar conditions, I would do it again.

Terrifying location: the small room is more like a mortuary niche that is frightening. No air conditioning, no welcome water, no comforts of any kind, and a shared bathroom with questionable cleanliness. I would not recommend anyone to stay there, not even for a single night as I did.

Gentile ospite Gianluca Donelli, ci dispiace sentire che non si è trovato bene. Ci dispiace anche che abbia scritto delle cose che non corrispondono alla realtà. Noi siamo in pieno centro storico, vicino a tutto: stazione, porto, lungomare, ristoranti, bar, negozi. E' una location molto comoda da moltissimi punti di vista. E' anche vero che è una zona molto viva e se qualcuno cerca pace e quiete non è il quartiere ideale. Ma questo è facilmente deducibile. La camera è una singola di grandezza normale dove, oltre al letto, armadio e grande cassettiera, entra anche una poltrona ed una tavolino. Il bagno della camera è esterno ma è privato e ad uso esclusivo, come è chiaramente specificato nel nostro annuncio, nel messaggio informativo che mandiamo dopo la prenotazione e addirittura sulla targhetta della porta del bagno. Tutte le altre camere hanno il bagno interno perciò non c'è motivo per gli altri ospiti di usare questo. Ad ogni modo possiamo capire che il fatto di dover uscire dalla camera per usare il bagno, anche se sono solo 3 passi, possa creare qualche disagio per alcuni. L'aria condizionata c'è in tutte le camere. Noi siamo una struttura che ha prezzi contenuti ed ospiti che in genere prenotano per una sola notte prima di partire per una crociera, come probabilmente ha fatto lei. Perciò non siamo il genere di struttura da cui aspettarsi gadget di benvenuto. Ad ogni modo sulla piazza in cui ci troviamo c'è più di un posto dove poter acquistare una bottiglia d'acqua.

The room, at first glance, is bright and has everything you need for your stay. There is something to review in the bathroom and the beds are uncomfortable. The location is excellent and the breakfast is simple. Outside the structure, despite being behind B&B Piazza Fratti, it was difficult to find because the ticket says the café while the current name is wine bar, so it took us a while to find it thinking we had misunderstood.

The experience was terrible. The cleanliness was non-existent; we found hairs in the bathroom, both in the toilet and on the shelf and in the sink. We were forced to buy something to disinfect and clean, as having a small child, I certainly wouldn't have washed him there. Also, the TV didn't work.\n\nThe only positive note is the location. However, this also turned out negative due to the premises below playing music until 3 in the morning.

Congratulations on the bed, it's very soft. I recommend adding a larger trash can compared to the one in the bathroom, which is small. Who knows, maybe next time.

I did not stay at B&B Piazza Fratti because my mother, who made the reservation for me, got the arrival date wrong and so I did not find a place for the night of my stay. However, I can give an excellent rating for the correctness of the manager to whom my mother turned to change the reservation. After verifying that there was no availability for the day of my arrival, he canceled the reservation at no cost and immediately refunded the price paid for the stay via a direct transfer with no charges for me. I will definitely return to him if I find myself in Civitavecchia. THANK YOU Alessio Zoccali.

Beautiful location in a perfect position for those who need to use port services. The only downside is the agreement that the structure made with a bar for breakfast. Really bad both in terms of products and service. I recommend the B&B managers to take action.

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, upon arrival despite the (excellent) indications on how to enter the rooms, the keys to open were not in the indicated place. I had to call the manager.

Located in a small square in the center of Civitavecchia, this B&B is really great for its location near the port, bars, restaurants, and commercial activities. Cozy, clean, with an en-suite bathroom and double window. Equipped with every comfort (tv, air conditioning, hairdryer, and linen) it offers breakfast service at an affiliated facility. The owner is very kind. Also excellent value for money. Recommended.

The B&B is ideally positioned in order to reach the harbor (100 m), the railway station (250 m) and the sea promenade is just around the corner. The best way to reach B&B Piazza Fratti is by train. You can take a train directly into the airport, direction Roma-Ostiense (a departure every 15 minutes - 30 minutes ride). Once arrived in Ostiense you will find a connection to Civitavecchia (a departure every 20/30 minutes - 45/60 minutes ride). In taxi from Fiumicino to Civitavecchia it takes about 30 minutes. - The desk phone in the Bed&Breakfast is enabled only for emergency calls. - Wi-Fi Password: S 7 o e q h z t l l (last two letters are small L) - Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed with a ticket in the Bar "La Caffetteria" (under the B & B) or on Sunday in the Bar "Europa" (Via Cesare Battisti 16). - Please contact us if you are interested to rent for 7 days or more.
