We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house in Pisa. Beautifully decorated. Very well-equipped kitchen overlooking a charming garden where we could enjoy our dinner in peace and quiet. Monica is a very pleasant and attentive host. She made us a very good chocolate cake (my favorite) 😋. All these little touches made us feel at home, thank you. We'll surely come back! 😊

Excellent all-round - the stay, and particularly having breakfast in the garden which was just lovely. We took a taxi from the airport, the journey was quick and cheap, and then went out for a beginning of holiday drink at a bar recommended by the owner. It was a lovely start to a holiday.

Even before reviewing the property, I feel like giving a 10++ to the owner, who not only prepares delicious cakes for breakfast but also explained and told us about Pisa with advice on what to see and where to eat. The property is in a secluded location from the center, so it's quiet, but with a 5-minute walk you are on the Lungarno and a little more in the central streets. Moreover, it's convenient for the airport, it took us 10 minutes (we were passing through Pisa to catch a flight). Simple room with the essentials and a bathroom with a shower in the room. Shared kitchen and garden where you can have breakfast and relax on the rocking chair.

Located a few steps from the historic center, La Bicocca is the ideal accommodation for those who need to spend a stay in Pisa. The possibility of using the shared kitchen allows you to manage meals independently, without necessarily having to go out for dinner every evening. The stay at Monica's place was fantastic. The B&B is only a 15-minute walk from the center and the university. The room was very spacious and clean, and there was plenty of space to put your things. Additionally, having access to the kitchen to cook meals (shared with other guests) was a bit like finding a home away from home. For breakfast, the choice was excellent, with fresh cakes provided regularly, croissants, coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, etc. The friendliness and warmth of the hosts was the aspect I appreciated the most, because it really felt like home for a month. And the cat Ettore was adorable! I would definitely come back to stay here if I were to return to Pisa for extended periods in the future.

Monica has a sense of hospitality, without being intrusive. The kitchen is available to guests with a wide variety of food for breakfast, especially homemade cakes. She was also extremely helpful both for check-in and check-out. The rooms are well-furnished, in particular I found the bed comfortable. The location allows you to be a few steps from the center and close to shops or places useful for work as in our case.

I stayed at La Bicocca for a period of 6 nights and I found it splendid. The bed and breakfast, run by a very kind and helpful couple of owners, is located in the center of Pisa about a 20-minute walk from the central station, in a quiet area near (about 200 meters) the Lungarno. The rooms, equipped with private bathrooms and perfectly clean, are located inside a delightful well-kept period house. When I return to Pisa or one of the nearby cities, I will gladly stay there again.

Great location on the edge of the ZTL near the center. Thanks to the tips from Mrs. Monica (the manager), we optimized the 'hit and run' of Pisa. Good rich breakfast managed freely (thanks also for this) in a comfortable kitchen overlooking a lovely inner garden.

La Bicocca is located in a well renovated historic house. It has only 3 rooms, each with a private bathroom. The furniture is antique, very well cared for. The owner is very kind and friendly. The breakfast room is nice and everything is presented as if it were at home. The only problem is the difficulty in finding parking nearby as everything is paid and very crowded during the day, but a few blocks away there are free parking lots where we easily found a spot.

We stayed at this property for one night, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, we used the kitchen and the garden with a swing and table. The owner was very kind, we left our suitcases in the room and when we returned to leave the key, she invited us to use the garden also for lunch. In the evening, we walked and in 20 minutes we were at the Piazza dei Miracoli passing through the center, enjoying a pleasant walk. If I come back to Pisa, I would like to stay at this property again.

I stayed with my girlfriend at this property for 2 nights. The property is quite small, but the rooms are spacious enough, even though the sink is outside the bathroom, so it is more or less close to the entrance of the room. The cleanliness, the friendliness of the owners, and the value for money are the strong points of this B&B. The distance from the center and the main attractions such as the Piazza dei Miracoli (20-25 minutes on foot) and the central station of Pisa (15-20 minutes), although made less heavy by the Lungarno (the promenade along the river) which offers a very characteristic panorama especially in the evening, is a small downside, as well as the breakfast which, although abundant, did not impress me particularly, probably also due to the absence of the "acclaimed" cakes. In summary, an excellent B&B: quiet, intimate, and peaceful at a great price, a bit far from the main connections and attractions. I would return. Overall rating: 7 1/2.
