You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Nice and small bed and breakfast to explore Lucca. Very close to the center, but quiet. Very friendly host. We could safely park our bikes on the terrace.

Great Bed and Breakfast in the historic center of Lucca, convenient for moving around, near the entrance gates of the walls. The owner, Alessandra, is very courteous and hospitable.

Excellent location, with the great convenience of free parking just outside the ZTL. At the same time, a stone's throw from the center and the walls, ideal for those who are on a bike (having the possibility to leave the bikes in the garden). Alessandra is very kind and super organized, having left us the possibility to access the room and parking with late arrival and very clear instructions. The same for the departure. Very beautiful, spacious room, with excellent air circulation and air conditioning to cope with hot moments. Or, as in our case, to stay cool if there is a party outside (but at night you open the window and sleep very well without, as the area is very quiet). Highly recommended. Breakfast is not included but there are two pastry shops and also the Marameo café a stone's throw away.

Great facility for the quality-price ratio and the owner's availability. The only downside is the slightly dated flooring.

Camera e servizio ampi, in zona silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro, vicinanza di bar convenzionati per la colazione, di ristoranti e di noleggio biciclette. Valore aggiunto è la possibilità di utilizzo gratuito del parcheggio coperto Mazzini, vicinissimo alla struttura, tramite una scheda magnetica fornita dalla titolare. Vicinanza al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi e alla ciclo-pedonale lungo le mura. Estrema cura della pulizia e del cambio biancheria. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Attenzione alle misure anti-covid.
