The place was not as advertised. It is not a hotel but just a room in an apartment. We arrived after dark; it was dim and dingy, a bit scary for those who are not used to it. Bruno was very helpful, but it was too complicated to get in: too many locks and keys and no lights. Overall, it was annoying. There was too much noise from planes flying overhead. Overall, we were disappointed with the property.

Conveniently located close to the airport. Best choice for a quick one-night rest before the next journey. Excellent host who is very helpful and attentive. Very clean apartment. Nice coffee in the apartment. The only drawback was the noise during a rainy night and if your neighbours need to leave early in the morning.

It was a great place to land after traveling all day and facing another day of travel the next! The owner was very detailed in communicating how to get into the building (they were away), and I felt confident that they would make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was homey and welcoming. The only reason I didn't give it a 10/10 for the location was because it was a little off the beaten path. However, it was still very convenient for the airport and my early flight. I would stay there again!

We generally prefer the privacy of an apartment to a hotel while traveling. Malpensa Garden is a convenient and cost effective option if you need to stay near MXP for any length of time. Communication with Bruno was prompt and his instructions clear and concise on WhatsApp. My Italian is extremely limited and his fluent English on WhatsApp and in person was greatly appreciated. The Yellow Room is as pictured, comfortable with a large ensuite bathroom. The provided breakfast/snack items in the room and espresso machine/refrigerator items in the communal kitchen area came in very handy. The shuttle bus to or from the airport comes around every 15 minutes and the stop near the property is a short walk away. We would not hesitate to stay at Malpensa Garden again should we need to stay near MXP on our travels. Thank you Bruno!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight. The host was on top of communication, he responded very quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend staying here. The price was great. If I had to say anything, it would be that the outward appearance was not great but again if you choose to stay here it’s because of its location to the airport.

The property is conveniently located near the MXP Malpensa airport. You can reach the house by the free shuttle airport bus getting off at Case Nuove stop. Then only 400 meters and you are there. Very good communication with the host.

Overall it was good. The staff was kind through email communications, the room was clean and the breakfast was prepared well. However, it was unfortunate that a small insect appeared from the prepared towel. And it was hard to find the hotel place because there was no sign outside, though the staff gave directions on how to go there. So I think it would be better if any sign is shown outside. Then I checked out, I could not open the door easily though I pressed a key button on a monitor in the kitchen and I tried several times. I hope it will be improved, too.

Great location and price when you need to be close to airport! The place was nice once inside. The building on the outside was a surprise and not so pretty, especially when arriving late at night. I really liked the place, it is very well located, only three minutes from the airport shuttle bus stop. The only downside for me is that it takes a long time for the water in the shower to get warm. It is a lot of waste to wait for warm water, unless you like to take cold showers.

This place can be considered satisfactory if it is presented correctly and with a lower cost. It might be called a high profile hostel in a small village of the 80s and if you make your plans accordingly it can be okay. However, if you assume that it is a quiet and natural place where you can easily reach the airport taking a free shuttle which you can easily get on, you are totally wrong. The shuttle doesn't arrive in front of the place. To reach the so-called free transfer, you have to walk on a rough muddy road with your heavy bags for several hundred meters. For those who are short of time, this is not feasible; and especially for women traveling alone, almost impossible. The place is in a building of several floors with two flats on one floor. Malpensa Gardens is a flat with three close rooms like a small family house. When you open the door with the key to the flat, you enter directly into the kitchen and if the first door is open, you face the people in their bedroom. So you feel as if you were in a hostel with all kinds of people. Luckily, there is a separate bathroom in the room. It was not easy to sleep while people's voices echoed outside. Perhaps they weren't speaking loudly but rather this place was an ordinary small flat. The only positive thing was the regular messages coming from the host before entering the room and the arrival of the extra paid transfer on time in the morning. The information in the advertisements is misleading. Guests may have needs and expectations that cannot be fulfilled by the real condition of this place. The information should be updated so that both guests and the host can feel satisfied.

Overall a good stay! This was the cheapest hotel we could find that was next to the airport. Bruno was extremely good at communicating with us, especially with the instructions on how to get to the property from the airport, which covered every single detail we could have needed to know, so that it was completely impossible to get lost. The property was lovely and clean with a nice range of food for a quick breakfast, and a kitchen to use too, although we didn't really use the kitchen since we were in a rush in the morning. Bruno was very helpful in helping us find a nice place to eat which was both cheap and great food (perhaps the nicest restaurant we ate on our holiday!), and also helped us when we needed help with how to deal with a mosquito in the room. For anyone who's scared of big insects etc, do note that here were a lot of insects in the surrounding area, although obviously this isn't anything that can be helped.

This B&B is close to the airport. It is perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable; it has a nice balcony. There is a good restaurant around the corner you can walk to. The host arranged transportation for us from the bus station to the B&B. Also transportation to the airport the next morning. We highly recommend this place.

Clear instructions from Bruno before arrival. We appreciated the proximity to the airport. From terminal 2 it is essential to take the free shuttle in front of the station and tell the driver the "Case Nuove" stop. The room is clean and tastefully decorated and the bedding is of good quality. A fully equipped kitchen is available if needed.

I was a guest at the property from January 11 to 12, 2025, and I would definitely repeat the experience. Moreover, the Malpensa Garden is very close to the airport and easily accessible. It is comfortable and welcoming: in its simplicity and essentials, it offers everything needed for a short stay. I particularly appreciated the kindness of the manager, Mr. Bruno: he had previously provided me with all the useful information, including those necessary to enter the apartment independently, but I still found him there to personally welcome me on the afternoon of my arrival, despite the unexpected three-hour delay of my train.

My cousin and I stayed at this property for 1 night, arriving in the evening and leaving early in the morning. We really appreciated the possibility of self check-in and check-out, which allowed us to follow our schedules. The managers provided us with a lot of information on how to reach the property and were absolutely available for any clarifications or advice. The breakfast was appreciated as it consisted of prepackaged foods, perfect for everyone's needs and in abundant quantities, also offering the opportunity to use a coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen. Clean and cozy room, perfect for a quick stopover, otherwise a bit tight for 3 people. Courtesy and kindness from the owners who provide all possible information. Definitely worth trying again if needed.

I stayed one night and unfortunately the heating and hot water were not working: it was cold and I couldn't take a hot shower. In my opinion, the photos on the website are nicer than in reality.

Ciao Carlo, mi spiace per l'inconveniente. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla caldaia sistemato la mattina successiva. Arrivando dopo l'una di notte purtroppo non siamo riusciti a intervenire prima. Per il riscaldamento è presente la pompa di calore in camera oltre ai normali caloriferi. In merito alle foto ci tengo a sottolineare che sono state fatte da un fotografo professionista.

Bruno was very kind and very precise in the explanations to reach the Malpensa Garden and use the services. The B&B is located on the ground floor of a small building. From the outside it may seem old, but inside it is modern and well-kept. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity or the need.

I spent only one night at Malpensa Garden but I must say I felt comfortable from the very first moment. The owners were very kind from the moment of booking, providing me with all the necessary information. Abundant breakfast. Surely my choice will be on them if I should find myself in the area next time.

I stayed here for one night, booking the day before. The Bed and Breakfast is very close to Malpensa airport and is well connected with a free public shuttle. Arriving late at night, the structure is located in a poorly illuminated area and therefore not very visible. The manager was very kind, indicating to me in the most precise way possible how to find the building. The apartment is lovely, recently renovated with attention to detail. Everything was very clean, the night in the room was comfortable. Abundant self-service breakfast that satisfies everyone. Owner kind and available for any request or doubt. Perfect for those who need to stay near the terminals.

The exterior leaves a bit to be desired but the structure is clean and welcoming. Rooms tastefully furnished, spacious and equipped with all comforts. Nearby there are two very good pizzerias restaurants. Near the airport with convenient connections to the center of Milan.
