Description
The B&B Gli Olmi is located in Creazzo in a quiet residential area. We have a double bedroom, two single debrooms. The rooms are furnished in modern style, with shared bathroom, TV, fan. The cleaning of the room is daily and there are no limitations for the return time.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer. Towels are provided in the room and there is also the possibility to use the kitchen to heat food and car parking.

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A wonderful place! Excellent cleanliness (the best I've seen), delicious breakfast with homemade pastries, and the owners were very kind with everything I needed, they made my stay magnificent. The location is very good, there are buses to Vicenza, and from there you can take the train to Verona, Padua, Treviso, Bassano. I would love to find a B&B like this everywhere I visit. Thank you very much, I hope to come back!

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera e del bagno, l'ordine e l'organizzazione della struttura, tenuta davvero benissimo. La colazione prevede 2 fette di pancarrè, una fetta di torta, uno yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellate e nutella, a richiesta mi è stato portato del burro. Latte di riso e caffè, volendo tè e tisane a scelta. Ambiente molto curato, gestione seria ed attenta anche nei dettagli. Un gesto di cortesia potrebbe essere l'aggiunta di bottigliette di acqua in frigo, in caso l'ospite ne abbia necessità, ma è un dettaglio. Complimenti Gabriella!

Buongiorno a lei sig. Sciuriello, mi dispiace molto che non si sia trovato bene nella mia struttura. Le spiego comunque la definizione della parola B&B: sistemazione a pagamento di un alloggio e prima colazione, e quindi non prevede la somministrazione di altri pasti, vietato comunque dalla normativa vigente. Mi sembra comunque di essere stata disponibile a soddisfare altre sue richieste che comunque non erano di mia competenza. La prossima volta le consiglio di rivolgersi ad un Hotel -trattoria. Mi sono trovata molto bene, lo consiglio vivamente.. i padroni di casa sono stati veramente molto gentili, addirittura mi hanno accompagnato in macchina per farmi arrivare in orario la mattina successiva - avevo un concorso. Grazie infinite per aver reso il mio soggiorno molto molto piacevole, mi sono sentita come a casa!

Ho portato mia madre dopo una giornata bruttissima mercoledì sera tramite il comune, la signora molto cortese. Il figlio una persona arrogante, solo perchè c'erano due persone all'interno: mia zia e la mia compagna ha cominciato ad arrabbiarsi, "qui non si può stare" e altre cose... Che si vergogni!

Buongiorno, sono il figlio della titolare. Volevo dirle che la ringrazio vivamente per come mi ha descritto. Non so cosa le abbia detto sua madre, ma non sono stato per niente arrogante, non mi sono arrabbiato ma ho solamente chiesto alle persone extra alloggiate cortesemente di non sostare oltre i tempi necessari all'interno della struttura, in seguito è stata sua madre ad arrabbiarsi ed a rispondere scortesemente. Inoltre, come mi sembra giusto, ho chiesto sempre cortesemente di liberare gli ambienti comuni della struttura da sacchetti e soprattutto dalle ciotole e dalla brandina del cane, oggetti che devono essere tenuti in camera per rispetto di altri eventuali clienti fruenti della struttura. Volevo ribadire che saremo stati lieti di ospitare sua madre e il fratello se avessero rispettato e si fossero comportati come normali clienti, e per inciso noi non siamo stati informati dal comune della situazione di sua madre. Con questo penso che la sua descrizione sia esagerata soprattutto con le ultime parole in cui dice che dovrei vergognarmi. Non ho mai mancato di rispetto a sua madre, non ho mai alzato la voce e non l'ho mai obbligata ad andarsene dalla struttura, ma ho solamente detto ciò che mi sembrava giusto e ciò che avrei detto a qualsiasi altro cliente che avesse tenuto quel comportamento all'interno della struttura. E si ricordi che prima di giudicare una persona è meglio averci parlato prima insieme. Concludo e la saluto.

The village is near the highway (Vicenza Ovest) about 3 kilometers, the Vicenza Fair that is just 2 kilometers away and the city center like the FS station is about 6 kilometers.
