Description
Three new rooms located on the 1st floor of a beautiful house surrounded by a beautiful garden.

It will be offered a warm hospitality, and we are ready to fulfill your every request. Guests can use our bikes (to reserve in advance), with them you can reach both the train station and the ferries to the 5 lands in the most simple and fast way.

Our guests with motorcycle can park for free in an area reserved for them inside the property, while for those who come by car parking in front of the villa is free. Nearby there are an excellent pizzeria and two local restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and specialties of our land. In every room there is a fridge and tea and coffee.

Fulvia was the most welcoming and thoughtful host out there. She was responsive with communications. I felt well looked after from check in to check out. The ensuite was fresh, clean and well maintained. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is a small walk from La Spezia Central station which makes access to Cinque Terre relatively easy. I felt safe in the property and walking around the neighborhood even at night. Highly recommended.

We had a great week. Nice clean room with air conditioning and a small fridge. You can relax in the garden and you can use a free bicycle to go to the city center or the harbour. \nThanks for the nice week, and the coffee was well arranged Fulvia.

The proprietress was very friendly and made us feel very welcome! Another plus is that she speaks fluent English and French. Maybe the website description on how to get to her place could be published in English.

Very beautiful house, not very far from the station (20 minutes on foot) and from lively streets. Very good welcome, charming spacious room and bathroom with impeccable cleanliness. Everything is provided to have an excellent stay; there is even a balcony with table and chairs, very pleasant for having your coffee in the morning. The street is very narrow and parking may seem complicated but, on Fulvia's recommendations, we found suitable parking right next door despite our rather large vehicle (Qashqai +2). Everything went without problems. The neighborhood is quiet and we recommend this establishment.

Fulvia welcomed us very warmly, and all her attentions to us touched us a lot. Everything was perfect. From tea and coffee available in our room to the Easter eggs offered, placed on our pillow. The room with a balcony is a huge plus. It is pleasant to have tea there in the morning before leaving or in the evening upon returning. Fulvia provides bicycles, which is a great opportunity to get to the city center or the train station every day. Thank you very much for everything. We would return with great pleasure!!!

Perfect establishment in terms of owners, advice, cleanliness, location for visits. As French Savoyards, we just missed a bit of Italian cheese for breakfast... but it's really a detail. Although we understand the sanitary measures, food a bit too packaged for us, but we understand. Thank you for this stay.

We spent 4 nights at Fulvia's place. Everything was perfect. Welcome, cleanliness, etc. Fulvia speaks French very well. Regarding the restaurant, she gave us a list of restaurants. Nice recently renovated house, cared for in every detail. Nothing is missing. The private parking is an added bonus. The single room is perfect: private bathroom, all brand new and clean. Air conditioning, fridge and accessories to organize clothing and more. Although breakfast is not provided, there was nevertheless a small table with a chair, a kettle with tea, herbal teas and other items available, in addition to the coffee machine on the floor. The owners are delightful and friendly and are available for any need. Fair and reasonable price, 5 minutes from the town centre and the Gulf of La Spezia. Excellent.

What score do you give to a corner of paradise just a few steps from the heart of Spezia? What score do you give to a host who welcomes you with a smile in a villa that radiates care, love for detail, and a sense of home? And what score do you give to an impeccably clean accommodation, tidied up every morning by Mrs. Maria, where we lacked nothing: from the tea or coffee (instant) always available in the room to the free bicycles to facilitate our movements in the city; from the bakery/focacceria/cafeteria around the corner to the little restaurant and the bus stop, to the small terrace from which to enjoy the view with the train returning from the Cinque Terre to the coffee (espresso) and the friendly chat in the garden with Fulvia who always started our Spezia days off well. We arrived as guests and said goodbye as friends. And friends do not get scores; you just wish to see them again soon! Maybe again at "Giardino in città"! Great welcome, Mrs. Fulvia is super hospitable! The room was very clean and meticulously cared for, the breakfast abundant and varied even though not expected! Well-managed facility, tastefully decorated and attentive to details, spacious and clean room. The owner is kind and helpful. Very useful bicycles available for customers. The only downside, the train which for those who are light sleepers at night is quite loud.

We stayed 7 days in this small and charming Bed and Breakfast located in the peripheral area of La Spezia. However, a strategic position due to its proximity to the train station (about 800 meters) and just over a kilometer from the historic center (possibility to reach it with the bicycles offered for free by the Bed and Breakfast upon reservation). Spacious room, equipped with all comforts and clean. The veranda used for breakfast in the garden (well-kept) was very cute. Abundant breakfast with both sweet and savory options, including homemade cakes and jams. The strong point was the hospitality and kindness of Fulvia, the owner. Every morning she would chat with us during breakfast and give us tips on places to visit. What can I say, we really felt at home!
