We stayed at B&B22 for only one night but we immediately felt at home. The facility is complete with everything one may need, the breakfast service offered was excellent even beyond our expectations, spacious room and bathroom and impeccable cleanliness! Great location close to bus stops. A special thanks to Flaminia and her hospitality, precision and kindness! We had a great time, until next time!

I highly recommend this property, as it is well-structured, new, clean, with the metro just a few steps away to reach the center. As you exit the building, on Viale Libya, you have many shops, bars, pizzerias available. The manager's welcome is very attentive, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable.

B&B di alto livello, da ogni punto di vista. Struttura nuova ed arredata con charme, infinita gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, cucina sempre a disposizione e ben fornita, location ottima in quartiere elegante, tranquillo, ben frequentato e servito egregiamente dai mezzi pubblici. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 3 notti e 4 giorni a dir poco favolosi. È sicuramente la sistemazione ideale per soggiornare a Roma.

Raramente si trova un B&B di questo livello, arredato con gusto, pulito, accogliente. La proprietaria, Flaminia, è gentile, attenta alle esigente, sempre disponibile. La colazione è perfetta, tutto è pulito. Lo consiglio vivamente. Eleonora.

Non ho esitato a mettere il massimo dei voti ad ogni voce perché io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. Gli ambienti sono belli, nuovi e arredati con gusto, tutto è molto curato e c'è grande attenzione al benessere delle ospiti, come il bollitore in camera e la disponibilità ad ogni ora della cucina, sempre allestita per la colazione con grande attenzione a tutti i gusti e le abitudini possibili. Filomena è molto gentile e accogliente, è stato un vero piacere essere sue ospiti. Non mancherò di suggerire il suo B&B a chiunque mi dica che deve passare qualche giorno a Roma. Io stessa spero di tornarvi!

Mi sono trovata benissimo, la zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita per i mezzi di trasporto, i locali molto belli, pulitissimi, la colazione libera ed abbondante e la gentilezza e simpatia di Flaminia impagabile. La prossima volta che tornerò a Roma sarà assolutamente qui. Cecilia.

Ambiente molto curato, pulito e logisticamente strategico per chi non vuole stare a contatto con la bolgia del Centro. I gestori sono riservati, efficienti ed efficaci, fornendo quel che si vuol ricevere e godere da un B&B. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei.

Migliore delle aspettative. L'abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza al Foro Italico ma va benissimo anche per visitare Roma. Pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto e una cucina con succhi e acqua a disposizione. Complimenti a Flaminia. Lo consiglio.

B&B nuovissimo, molto pulito ed ordinato. Le camere sono arredate con stile moderno e la cucina ricorda un po' lo stile provenzale. Flaminia è una persona piacevole e ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!
