Confort, simplicity and hospitality are the main characteristics of the guest house of family Boldrini.

Situated at 50 mt. from the city door of S. Matteo, inside the wonderfull medieval walls of S. Gimignano, the Hystorical Residence “Palazzo Buonaccorsi” offers the typical tuscan hospitality.

The rooms, restructured in completely respect of the tradition, are furnished with original pieces and have independent entrances and private bathrooms with shower (some rooms have bathroom in common).

On request it’s possible to have double or single beds and also extra bed.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A really nice room decorated respecting the old buildings and surroundings. Our host was excellent and very helpful concerning where to eat and what to see. We were amazed by the accommodation.

In a historic palace in the city center, a comfortable room, although the bathroom is a bit dated. Shared with other guests, a lovely inner courtyard and a large lounge! Very kind welcome with some helpful tips! With a street-facing room, we heard the delivery trucks in the morning.

Fantástica ubicación, propietarios encantadores y atentos que dan valiosa información sobre restaurantes, rutas, dónde aparcar, etc. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, un poco ruidoso temprano por la mañana (6-7am) por parte de furgonetas de reparto y proveedores de los otros negocios de la calle. Recomendaré sin duda y repetiría sin dudar también.

We arrived tired from the journey and found comfort in being in one of the most beautiful sections of the city's main street and in one of the most beautiful buildings: warm brick red like the rest of this wonderful village which has as a counterpoint the crystal gray of its ancient towers. The welcome was full of care and respect: the lady helped us understand that we had parked incorrectly and warned us that we risked a fine. She managed, with our documents, all the registration procedures, making us quickly move the car to areas she clearly indicated with aerial photos that she sent us via WhatsApp. Then, upon returning from the parking lot, we received city maps, information on discounts for museums and more, and tailored travel advice, perfectly understood by the lady. We are very happy with everything, we highly recommend it to those looking for a beautiful and relaxing holiday in Tuscany: San Gimignano and Palazzo Buonaccorsi Residenza d'Epoca.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a palazzo Buonaccorsi per due giorni. Il palazzo è in pieno centro storico dal quale si può accedere a tutti i punti di interesse storico e turistico. Il gestore si è mostrato molto accogliente con noi, cercando subito di metterci a nostro agio e rispondendo anche alle nostre domande legate alla storia e al passato di San Gimignano. Ricorderemo con piacere questi giorni con la speranza di poterci ritornare.

Come tornare indietro nel tempo. Ottima la posizione (in pieno centro di San Gimignano) come l'accoglienza. Stanze molto grandi con letti matrimoniali ed arredo di altri tempi. Soffitti con affreschi ed atmosfera che fa rivivere il passato. Peccato perché alla prenotazione (fatta quasi all'ultimo momento...) le uniche stanze rimaste libere avevano il bagno condiviso (ma la proprietà è stata molo chiara e trasparente sin dalla prenotazione, comunicandocelo) comunque molto pulito. Un Grazie ai due titolari, Marzia e Pierluigi, per le loro "dritte" con indicazioni preziose sui luoghi da visitare e dove poter cenare. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Soggiornare in un palazzo del 300 un esperienza unica. Locali ampi luminosi, ristrutturati di recente, ambienti puliti. Ristrutturazione fatta con dovizia senza rovinare l'essenza del palazzo, pavimenti dell'epoca come i serramemti, arredamenti in linea con la storicità. Gestori simpaticissimi, premurosi e attenti alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno consigliato per il parcheggio e i vari luoghi da visitare a San Gimignano. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per approfondire la conoscenza di questo splendido paese. Svegliarsi alla mattina e aprire le finestre al centro del borgo sensazione bellissima.

Ottima posizione in centro San Gimignano; forse un pò di disturbo la mattina quando passano a raccogliere i rifiuti e pulire la strada, ma meglio il rumore dello sporco! Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto con cortesia e competenza. Non vi è ascensore quindi preparatevi a fare qualche scalino!

Bel palazzo d'epoca in pieno centro storico, perfettamente conservato. Camera confortevole, pulita, ben arredata e tranquilla. Graziosissimo cortile interno. Grande attenzione e disponibilità del gestore. Peccato manchi il servizio di prima colazione.

In palazzo d'epoca, in pieno centro, attentamente restaurato, con mobili d'epoca. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Stanza spaziosa e silenziosa, bagno piccolo, a causa dei vincoli imposti dalla Soprintendenza dei Beni culturali, ma completo. No TV (ma personalmente non mi interessa) WiFi funzionante e gratuito.

Salve ho soggiornato a Palazzo Buonaccorsi nel periodo Pasquale e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo sia come posizione in pieno centro storico che come ospitalità e pulizia della Signora Marzia persona deliziosa pronta a darti 1000 consigli nei posti da visitare nei dintorni. Esperienza da ripetere, magari con tutta la famiglia o gli amici, quella di un weekend a San Gimignano nel Palazzo Buonaccorsi dove si respira l’atmosfera del borgo antico in un edificio d’epoca e si gode della squisita cortesia degli ospiti, sempre disponibili e fonti di preziose informazioni. La comodità della posizione e la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto nelle vicinanze senza troppi problemi sono una ragione in più di apprezzamento. Consigliatissimo.

In pochi minuti ci si può immergere nel cuore della campagna Toscana, con le splendide colline, nonchè il paesaggio stupendo di vigneti e uliveti del Chianti (e' possibile organizzare tour).

Da San Gimignano potete facilmente raggiungere anche Volterra, Siena, Firenze, Pisa, Lucca e tante altre località meritevoli di una visita.

Le camere sono situate al secondo piano della residenza, arredate con mobili in prevalenza originali. Sono ristrutturate nel rispetto della tradizione con pavimenti in cotto, soffitti a volta o con travi e travicelli. Tutte le stanze hanno ingresso indipendente con orario libero di rientro.

A disposizione degli ospiti c'e' una corte interna con tavolini e sedie per potersi riposare e rilassare all'aria aperta.

Accanto al nostro portone troverete un bar e un forno/pasticceria. Inoltre, nella stessa via si trovano anche: un tabacchino, un internet point, un negozio di alimentari e molti altri locali.
Numerosi ristoranti e pizzerie sono all'interno delle mure della città, vicinissimi alla nostra residenza.

La stazione ferroviaria e' a 15 km, comodamente servita da autobus.
La fermata dell'autobus e' a 50 metri (Porta San Matteo).
L'areoporto di Firenze dista 50 km.
