Description
The house has an entrance, a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an independent courtyard. Opposite the house there is a garden for al fresco dining and chill-out evenings. Our beautiful outdoor swimming pool (7 x 13m) under the cherry trees is available from May to September. Our trulli has a common and a private external area where you can enjoy the garden with trees and firewood BBQ. Don’t miss a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in our trulli. We also have Eco-Friendly facilities like thermic solar heating panels for clean water and for collecting of rain water from the white and very typical trullo stone: "le chianche".

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Das wohnen in einem landestypischen Trullo war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Entspannung benötigt. Die Einrichtung war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Enchanting place, immersed among vineyards, olive trees, and chestnut trees, carefully taken care of by welcoming, kind, and helpful owners. Peace and nature reign supreme. The pool blends in well with the Trulli structure. All four of us, adults and children, are extremely happy to have spent this vacation, a place from which the most beautiful and characteristic villages and places of the Itria Valley can be easily reached.
