Outdoor adventures are within reach, with the northern slope of Etna and its ski slopes just 20 minutes away, while the Alcantara Gorges and the beaches of Fiumefreddo can be easily reached in under 15 minutes. The famous resorts of Giardini Naxos and Taormina, renowned for its Greek theater, are also just a few kilometers away, making our B&B the ideal place to discover Sicilian beauty. The cities of Catania and Syracuse, rich in history and culture, are a 30 and 50-minute drive from our accommodation, respectively.

Every morning, we offer a hearty breakfast prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Guests can enjoy coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, fruit juices, homemade pastries, homemade yogurt, cereals, cheeses, and cold cuts, as well as fresh eggs from our hens, available on request. During the summer, breakfast is served by the pool, while in the colder months, we gather in the charming old wine press with a fireplace.
Il Glicine is passionately managed by Linda and Mariagiovanna, a mother and daughter who have been welcoming their guests with warmth and professionalism for over twenty years. Linda, a retired physical education teacher, and Mariagiovanna, a law graduate and polyglot, have created a family-friendly and welcoming environment, turning hospitality into a family tradition. For those wishing to deepen their knowledge of Sicily, we offer the possibility of organizing excursions on Etna, vineyard visits, wine and local product tastings, as well as traditional cooking classes.
