We (4 people) stayed only one night at La Luna and it was a very pleasant stay. The owners are really nice and helpful. The ski bus is just a 3-minute walk, and it is really quiet in the area. Breakfast is fine, with some local ingredients (yogurt, jam and chocolate cream were very tasty!). There is a coffee/tea machine. Clean bathroom, fresh towels. I certainly recommend La Luna. Thank you for everything.

This was a very comfortable 3-night stay for me as a single traveler. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower room would not have been out of place in a very good hotel. The owner was very helpful and her husband helped me find snow chains during a snowstorm to allow me to drive. The property is a 25-minute walk uphill from the village center, but travel to the ski slopes in the morning was very easy with a free bus that runs regularly but only until 5:30 pm. The room had a small fridge which was filled with everything I required for a good breakfast and there was a microwave and coffee machine with plentiful capsules. If my circumstances are similar in the future, I would happily return to stay here.

The B&B LaLuna is really nice and the hosts are very kind. It is a bit out of the way but that is not a problem if you have a car, and in fact I appreciated the peace of being outside the town. Breakfast is self-service but there is everything you need and many local products.

Gentile Ospite, la ringraziamo di cuore per le belle parole spese per LaLuna e per aver apprezzato la tranquillità e i nostri prodotti a km0 💛 Ci fa piacere precisare, per chi legge, che il nostro paese è composto da diverse frazioni: ci troviamo a circa 1 km dagli impianti di risalita, quindi facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Inoltre siamo proprio sull’anello della pista di fondo, una posizione ideale per chi ama questa attività. Durante il giorno, in inverno, è attivo anche un comodo servizio di navetta gratuita che collega tutte le zone del paese, rendendo semplici e pratici gli spostamenti anche senza auto. Speriamo di rivederla presto per un’altra vacanza all’insegna del relax e della natura!

Very nice B&B with a family atmosphere, located in a hamlet above La Thuile, surrounded by nature in a very beautiful setting. Great experience, the owners were very kind. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was prepared in the room with a basket containing jams, hazelnut and chocolate cream (delicious!), honey, packaged pastries, rusk biscuits, sliced sandwich bread and cold cuts. B&B La Luna is located in La Thuille, in the Buic hamlet, not far from the center, which is reachable on foot with a short walk. It is also close to the lifts. The house is quiet and set in a nice area. The room is a bit small to move around comfortably; otherwise everything is fine. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything needed for breakfast.

Room equipped with a kitchenette including a microwave, refrigerator and a sofa. The property is new and welcoming. In the room there was everything needed for a breakfast able to satisfy every palate, from sweet to savory, but what we appreciated most was the quality of the food: jams, hazelnut cream and fontina cream, all strictly produced in the Aosta Valley. The property is located in a wonderfully quiet area slightly higher than the town center and has free parking. It will certainly become a new reference point for us in the Valley.

Room on the first floor of a small house in Buic, set in the greenery of Lathuile, equipped with every comfort. Large, spacious bathroom, with soft, fragrant body towels. Ci dispiace leggere che la colazione non abbia rispecchiato le sue aspettative: desideriamo però precisare che, pur non essendo un agriturismo e non avendo un servizio di ristorazione, ci impegniamo a offrire ai nostri ospiti prodotti del territorio selezionati con cura. Gli yogurt provengono da un caseificio locale, le marmellate sono preparate da una piccola azienda della zona, così come i succhi di mele e la crema di fontina, che sono entrambi un prodotto tipico valdostano. Le brioches e le fette biscottate, invece, sono confezionate singolarmente per garantire la massima igiene, ma ci teniamo a sottolineare che la colazione non è affatto composta solo da prodotti della grande distribuzione. Per quanto riguarda la valutazione su pulizia e accoglienza, rispettiamo la sua opinione ma ci teniamo a precisare che dedichiamo sempre la massima attenzione alla sanificazione e all’ospitalità, come testimoniano anche molte altre recensioni positive. Typical Aosta Valley property immersed in greenery, a bit difficult to reach, but with very convenient parking. Breakfast is not served, but there is a wide selection of packaged products available for guests. The room is basic but clean and provided with everything necessary (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, hairdryer). Only the bidet and a wardrobe are missing.

Buongiorno,la ringrazio per aver soggiornato da noi e per aver condiviso la sua opinione. Mi dispiace che il percorso per arrivare non le sia sembrato comodissimo: la nostra posizione un po’ appartata regala tranquillità, ma capisco che per qualcuno possa risultare meno immediata. Riguardo al bidet, so bene che in Italia è un’abitudine a cui molti non vogliono rinunciare. Per questo abbiamo installato una doccetta accanto al water, una soluzione diversa ma che offre la stessa funzionalità in modo pratico e compatto e così abbiamo potuto realizzare una doccia più grande e comoda.Ci dispiace se non è stata di suo gradimento, ma è stata pensata proprio per garantire comfort anche in spazi più contenuti; mentre riguardo all’armadio abbiamo organizzato uno spazio come “armadio a vista” in modo da lasciare la camera più spaziosa. Il suo commento è comunque prezioso e ci aiuta a capire sempre meglio i bisogni dei nostri ospiti.

The structure was as I wanted it, small but functional. It was equipped with everything for breakfast (very plentiful) as well as for lunch and dinner. Mrs. Laura, a very kind person, too bad it was only for one day, but we will definitely return.

Excellent welcome and structure. Original solution for breakfast in the room. Beautiful interior decoration in a small space, very comfortable beds. Top shower. The lady who also drove us to the starting point of our trekking was very kind as the free shuttle service was not yet available. We will definitely return.

Per quanto riguarda la posizione, capisco che non sia adatta a tutti, anche se di solito prima di prenotare si dà un’occhiata proprio alla zona per capire se è in linea con le proprie esigenze. Sulla colazione, ci tengo a dire che prestiamo molta attenzione alla qualità e alla provenienza di ciò che offriamo: yogurt, succhi e marmellate sono tutti prodotti locali, scelti con cura per valorizzare il territorio. Anche per i saponi e i prodotti da bagno abbiamo scelto un laboratorio artigianale della zona, che lavora con ingredienti naturali e sostenibili. Mi dispiace che tutto questo non sia stato percepito appieno, ma la ringrazio comunque per il suo feedback. Cerchiamo sempre di migliorarci e di accogliere ogni spunto in modo costruttivo. We stayed at B&B La Luna for a weekend of skiing. The experience was really pleasant. The room was cozy, clean, and well-kept. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, ready to meet all our needs. Breakfast served directly in the room was plentiful, varied with local products of excellent quality, very much appreciated! Although the B&B is a bit far from the lifts, there is a ski bus stop (free) right in front of the building. Absolutely recommended!

The B&B La Luna is one of the most affordable accommodations we found in La Thuile, even though it is only 4 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the Planibel parking lot (ski slope entrance). It has several parking spaces and access to the rooms is autonomous. The room is in pure mountain style, all in wood with modern finishes. The breakfast is truly abundant and full of local products, from sweet to savory. Last but not least, Mrs. Laura (host) is truly wonderful, very kind, and super helpful. We recommend staying with them and we will definitely return. PS we had an "unexpected event" and Mrs. Laura was super helpful and always friendly.

We stayed at the property for a long ski weekend. The room is very clean and welcoming, the hosts are always super helpful, and we really liked the location: right in front of the cross-country ski trail, just a few minutes from the ski slopes thanks to the free ski bus that stops right in front of the B&B. Absolutely recommended!

I stayed with friends in this B&B and I was really satisfied. The room was very beautiful, well cared for in detail and always spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, taking care of cleaning the room every day and preparing a delicious breakfast directly in the room, with local products. The location is perfect for visiting La Thuile and the surroundings, convenient and strategic for every activity. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the B&B for a weekend. We had a great time. The owners recommended some restaurants in the area that we liked very much. The area is quiet and ideal both for going to the baths of Pre Saint Didier and for touring the area, which is very beautiful. The rooms are complete and really cute. Breakfast is available in the room, where there is also a microwave oven. Highly recommended.

Great for deaf guests. Pendulum clock that chimes every hour, of course also at night. When asked why, they say they are used to it. Their chairs, when moved, scrape the floor loudly and they respond that they do not put felt pads because they ruin the wood.

We stayed at B&b La Luna for a short period and I must say we had a great time! The lady and her husband are very kind and hospitable. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. The location is a little out of the town center, but with a 15-minute walk you can easily reach it. For those like us who are used to having more abundant breakfasts in the morning, it is advisable to bring something extra. The breakfast provided is very minimal, but for my husband and me, who walk many kilometers a day, it would have been ideal to have something more substantial. In any case, I highly recommend staying at this property for a vacation in complete relaxation and immersed in nature.

A pleasant surprise our stay at LaLuna! Everything excellent. The only note I feel like making is about the breakfast. Great selection of local products, the only thing that turned up noses were the croissants which were purely industrial. I suggest eliminating them, or alternatively offering some other local product (slices of cakes/tarts or similar).

Buonasera la ringrazio per la sua recensione e la ringrazio per il consiglio delle brioches o crostate, ma il motivo per cui i “dolci” sono “industriali” è perché io non posso manipolare alimenti, inoltre, per l’organizzazione in autonomia della colazione preferisco fare uso di prodotti conservati singolarmente che mi danno un senso igienico migliore e per ultimo, ma non meno importante secondo me, in caso di allergie ho la certezza che i cibi non siano contaminati da allergeni che potrebbero causare crisi a chi ha questo problema Grazie ancora

The room was very clean and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast was abundant in the room with quality local products. The owners were very kind and helpful. Very convenient for skiing, the shuttle is at the end of the street and the storage locker is at the foot of the slopes.

Very nice structure, but disappointing services. The heating was not working, we spent a cold night, unacceptable for a mountain structure. A paid service that we could not use. The girl offered us a blanket and tried to improve the situation, but she failed, responding to us in a very rude manner, trying to be right in a situation clearly in defect. The breakfast had expired products and did not offer much variety. The right word is disappointing, we will definitely not return or recommend it. Poor customer care.

Buonasera Mi spiace molto per la sua delusione e che abbia avuto dei disagi mi scuso se le hanno risposto sgarbatamente però sono piuttosto stupita che altri ospiti nella stessa giornata abbiano trovato tutto perfetto e non abbiano avuto freddo e hanno recensito il loro soggiorno con tutti 10 … la caldaia che scalda la casa è la stessa per cui non capisco come sia possibile che la vostra camera fosse fredda però prendo atto e farò controllare all’idraulico se ci sia qualche anomalia, tra l’altro la camera a voi assegnata è solitamente la più calda essendo in mezzo alle altre Per quanto riguarda la colazione solitamente le camere vengono rifornite con diverse tipologie di prodotti sia dolci che salati e mi stupisce che non ci fosse varietà per quanto riguarda le scadenze noi siamo molto attenti e mi pare strano che abbiate trovato prodotti scaduti … Io ci tengo molto al cliente e se legge quello che di solito scrivono i nostri ospiti direi che è confermato Mi dispiace veramente molto che vi siate trovati a disagio

Good evening Madam, we really appreciated your hospitality. We agree that the location of the house cannot be changed. The house is new and very beautiful, but considering the cost of the stay, we expected something more for breakfast. We would have preferred something local instead of anonymous brioches, supermarket ham, and butter. Very convenient is the fact that not far from the house there is a charging station for electric cars, a very relevant detail according to my husband. The managers are kind and welcoming people, the room is very simple but extremely clean, warm and with a delicious mountain flavor. Beautiful view and excellent shuttle service 100 meters from the b&b, which takes you directly to the ski lifts. If I were to come back to LaLuna, I would stay here again.

The owners are very kind and helpful, the room we had was large and welcoming, in the room you can find delights for breakfast at km 0... in short, two hours after leaving I booked a new stay, and another one. After three stays in two months I can only recommend this spotlessly clean, quiet place, far from the chaos but close to everything... we hope to come back soon!

You are not in the center of La Thuile, but in the lovely hamlet of Buic (one minute from the center) which allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility. We stayed one night in the largest room and we really liked it, then one night in the smaller room which may not be ideal for long stays because I felt the lack of the window but for us for one night it was fine. I stayed at B&B LaLuna for two days, a very nice structure surrounded by nature and tranquility. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean, towels are changed every day and cleaning is done. The managers are very kind and polite. The only downside is that you have to pay in cash as there is no POS, so you have to go get it before leaving the room. Good value for money. Breakfast is served directly in the room with products provided by the facility, and there is the possibility to cook or keep food cold using the microwave oven and a small refrigerator. If I really have to express a negative opinion: the bed, being new, is a bit firm, but it's still comfortable to sleep in.

Very nice place and highly recommended structure. The B&B LaLuna is located a few minutes walk from the center of La Thuile. There are free shuttles passing every 20 minutes at the square just a few meters from the property. The room is well organized; the bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There is a table for breakfast and meals with a kitchen area to prepare quick dishes with the microwave or toaster. There is also a coffee machine with pods. The staff of B&B LaLuna is helpful, punctual, and very kind. It is worth noting that the quality of service offered/price ratio is absolutely convenient. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We stayed at the B&B LaLuna the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc and the night we finished it. The property is new and in a quiet area compared to the town center. The room we were assigned was beautiful, cozy, and clean. What struck us the most was the kindness of the owners: Massimo actually drove us to the beginning of the trail in Courmayeur and 14 days later came to pick us up to take us back to the B&B. This way, we could leave our car in a safe place. On the day of departure, we had a pleasant chat with the owners who gave us a lot of information about the valley and made us want to come back in winter. Definitely a place to recommend, also for the agreements they have with restaurants and spas in the area.

For skiers. Excellent location, 50 meters from the skibus stop. For extended stays, there is the possibility of storing boots and skis at the departure of the lifts. Ms. Laura is very friendly and cordial.
