External area not central but reachable by tram in 25 minutes, clean structure. Too bad about the breakfast which is entirely packaged without milk or fresh bread, only coffee capsules, snack & co, all industrial.

Perfect structure, well-kept and well-served by public transport (to access the center of Milan serenely). Clean, well-kept, modern and brand new interiors. Only flaw: the lack of dedicated parking, so (especially in the evening) you have to "manage" near the location (even a few hundred meters away). However, the neighborhood is quiet (safety side). Recommended.

For work reasons, I went to Milan with a colleague. We did not have breakfast because of the apartment formula. The context is well cared for and clean, the apartment seems to have been recently renovated. Quiet area and served by public transport. Recommendation.

For our needs, excellent location well served by tram/bus. A 2-minute drive from the IEO. Very cute and spacious room. The host is very kind and helpful. I have to make one or two notes. The mattress, whose springs were a bit too noticeable, and the TV is a bit small. I would return if I needed to.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for treatments at IEO and I had a great time. It's a 10, 15-minute taxi ride to IEO, next to the hotel there is the La Plancia restaurant where you can eat very well at the right price, and the yellow metro stop is always next to the hotel, in exactly 10 minutes you are in Piazza del Duomo. The room and the surroundings are very clean, the reception staff is very kind, and the buffet breakfast offers everything from sweet to savory. Thank you.

On the same day of the booking, due to a mishap, my wife's appointment at IEO was moved by two days, the lady from Milano Ripa 218 was truly helpful and understanding to change the date for us, and we returned after two days. Everything else is fine.

Precise and punctual welcome, room and bathroom with everything you need, just bring clothes from home. Even the tram becomes just a slight rumble in the background, which after a while you don't even hear anymore. Excellent location, away from the frenetic center of the big city but with a 10-minute tram ride you can reach the Duomo. A few meters away there are a bar, a bank, a pizzeria, and a workshop. I didn't give a 10 for the quality/price ratio because I don't know the market of big cities, but the "product" offered is definitely of quality. I put "not expected" for breakfast because we didn't have it, but it is still offered by the property.

The structure is pleasant, deriving, as I was explained, from an old warehouse and an ancient antique shop, the renovation of which has enhanced the walls, highlighting the old bricks. Impeccable cleanliness. The young manager is kind and helpful. Minimal breakfast, but entirely justifiable by the affordability of the hospitality. The tram line N. 24 stop, which offers a direct connection to the city center, is located a few dozen meters away.

Excellent structure, well located in the Milan area and perfectly served by public transport that takes you to the center. Excellent availability of the manager. The only not so positive note is the breakfast that could be richer (missing butter and the croissants were packaged, although it has a good pastry shop in front). Small problem for car parking. However, as an overall rating, a nice 8.

Great Bed & Breakfast, new and well maintained, convenient for us who were attending a fair in the area near Via Mecenate. Very kind hosts. We are sorry for the cleanliness, but we rate it 7, because unfortunately the blanket on the bed did not have a good smell and there was a noticeable stain, otherwise the cleanliness was impeccable.
